En general es bastante bueno y adecuado para un traslado. Llegué solo por la noche, hay un pequeño bar frente al bar donde puedes probar la cerveza de barril, que no es cara. La recepcionista de la recepción tuvo una buena actitud y ofreció membresía Hilton gratis. Hay un comedor de China Airline en la sala de desayunos, que parece más amigable.

El aeropuerto esta muy cerca de la terminal 2 del aeropuerto adolfo suarez. En 15 minutos andando. Las instalaciones son bastantes nuevas y modernas. El personal muy servicial. Salimos muy contentos

Teníamos que estar en Barajas a las 7 de la mañana, y veníamos de Valencia en coche el dia anterior. Encontré este hotel en Google, que además ofrecía posibilidad de parking de larga estancia a un precio bastante más asequible que el del aeropuerto. Habitación perfecta e impecable. A diez minutos en coche del aeropuerto. El servicio de traslado gratuito no estaba operativo, pero con Cabify no hubo problema. No hay apenas locales para comer en los alrededores, más allá de un Burguer, un Hollywood Express y una tasca. Al regresar de nuestro viaje fuimos a recoger el coche, y la atención igual de magnífica. Si vuelvo a tener que pernoctar cerca de Barajas, no tengo que buscar nada más, este hotel es perfecto y muy cómodo.

El hotel está en la misma T4 en la planta - 1. Con ello se evita el incomodo transfer cuando se está una noche en tránsito. Se puede reservar también para unas horas. Las habitaciones son confortables aunque sin ventanas. Ofrece un buen servicio de comida en la habitación para una cena rápida. Check in y salida agiles. No es barato pero si muy cómodo.

I had to double-check how many stars the hotel has (4, fyi), because the first room I got was so bad, I thought I was in a college dormitory. The receptionist said they'll tell maintenance to fix the socket. They didn't. Complained again, got a new room. It was better, but the tear and wear was also prominent in the bathroom and my bedding had a hole in it! The only positive thing is, that the rooms are clean and the staff is nice. But definitely not worth the money. Never staying in another Novotel again, that's for sure. They shouldn't have opened the room for guests until they fixed it. It was that bad. Ah, yeah, pool was closed (beginning of June), cause obviously, 33°C is not hot enough to call it summer and open up the pool. I did have a nice view of it from my rooms, though.

The hotel probably was built in the 90s so the facilities are a bit worn out. But we had a very comfortable stay there. The hotel is quite clean and staffs are friendly. Good value if you need to catch a morning flight. They don’t offer the free shuttle bus to the airport anymore but the subway is very close by, 3-4 minutes walk. The food in the bar restaurants can be improved.
