La ubicación es conveniente, a poca distancia en automóvil de Business Bay y del centro. El hotel tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. El personal es amable y las habitaciones están limpias. Debería sonar un timbre para abrir el estacionamiento antes del check-in. Tengo que llamar cada vez para solicitar que se abra el estacionamiento. El check-in podría ser más rápido para los visitantes frecuentes. Pero en general lo recomiendo.

The most impressive thing in the hotel was the staff. Every single staff member was friendly and always able to help (from the people in the breakfast, the pool guys, the reception to the cleaners). Especially in the restaurant Kishan ( a lovely waiter) is always with a smile on the face ready to assist you. My room was every day clean and on the desk I had free hot beverage (coffee, tea). I loved my bed even my pillows.. so soft. The hotel is approx 12 min away from the centre by car, but thats no problem because the main transportation is the taxi in Dubai. For sure i will come back and I highly recommend this hotel especially to the women that travel alone. It feels very safe

Me gusto mucho el hotel, mi estadía fue de 1 mes, siempre bajaba al buffet a desayunar a las 10:00 la comida deliciosa el gym está bien equipado y la piscina muy agradable con vista al burj Alarab ... realmente me sentí muy a gusto, Hannah limpio mi habitación y fue muy gentil❤️

Good but not great - as others have noted the Wild Wadi was closed due to maintenance as this was a major part of reasoning in booking our stay this was very disappointing, not much open in there and the place felt dirty and a bit run down - they need to close it all for a year almost and refit it out, we were planning on spending at least 2-3 days in the Waterpark and my 8 yr old was most disappointed 'Wild Wadi is rubbish' were his words Hotel was nice, service was excellent as you would expect from a 5 star, however huge profiteering on the meal drinks, effectively 7Gbp for a 1.5 litre of still water, when you can get free inhouse filtered water all day at the pool does feel a bit of a rip off. Special mention for Kevin and his colleagues on hotel valet parking and greeting new arrivals, Kevin especially was great and deserves to be recognised as a key member of staff. Some things were lacking off of what has been seen in the past - no fruit bowls in the rooms, no newspapers (now an app to read online on phones) - understand its cheaper but the option to have a physical paper should be in place - if i want to read news online i can do that via BBC etc sites - pointless to have an app. Buggies service and the drivers are great - if you have kids make sure to visit feeding time for the turtles in the rescue pools (ask the buggy driver to drop you) and make sure you take the Dhow tour at night around the Madinat canals - there is a fantastic photo opp of the Burj Al Arab you can get while on the water, especially when its all lit up.

Para opinar sobre Burj Al Arab, debes darle una calificación de cinco estrellas. Por supuesto, teniendo en cuenta el precio, le daría una estrella. Shangdao: Verificará la información de la reserva. Recepción: Los porteros son todos altos y poderosos. Check-in: La recepcionista fue muy educada y hablaba bien inglés. La recepción en chino fue muy amable y el mayordomo también entendía chino, lo cual fue genial. Habitación: es lo suficientemente grande y digna, y muestra el aura de riqueza y nobleza en todas partes. Detalles: Recibí un regalo exclusivo para los chinos durante la estadía en el Festival de Primavera, ¡pero faltaba una de las tazas! Ropa de cama: extremadamente cómoda y extremadamente relajante para un sueño reparador. Aire acondicionado: potente, el aislamiento acústico es bastante bueno. Servicio: El servicio es muy proactivo y la limpieza se realiza durante la salida. También hay asistentes que entrarán y sacarán su equipaje. Bañ****: El agua caliente del baño es conveniente y los obsequios tienen un gran valor. Instalaciones: Las piscinas interior y exterior son claras y el entorno es hermoso. We are very lucky to have stayed in many beautiful hotels in Dubai, and around the world, but Jumeirah Al Naseem is quite possibly our favourite hotel ever...! This year's stay excelled last years visit, the customer service seems to have jumped up another level in 12 months, from an already high bar! Particular shout outs have to go to the Butler team: Ashraf, Diego, Lee, Feroz, Usman, Zaheer and Zsofia (and my sincere apologies if I missed anyone out!). The team looked after us extremely attentively, made sure everything went smoothly, and were always on hand whether via WhatsApp or in person - a huge thanks from me and my family! I can only repeat my previous review in regards this hotel: fantastic room/suite, dining options were always plentiful and top standard; pool, beach, kids club, watersports, tennis pitches, buggy service, access to Wild Wadi were all huge contributors to an awesome holiday!

Me quedé una noche y olvidé un teléfono móvil Huawei cuando salí de la tienda al día siguiente. Dos semanas después, fui a la recepción del hotel para preguntar si había encontrado un teléfono móvil. Después de 10 minutos de información de registro en el en recepción le informo al celular que lo limpiaron y lo guardaron despues de firmar y confirmar me dieron que sorpresa 👏👏

Me gustan las instalaciones y el personal es muy servicial, especialmente el gerente de la recepción. Les reservé dos veces. Gracias y volveré con seguridad 'la limpieza fue muy mala' lo siento, pero esté atento y la recepcionista también, todas las damas no son complacientes, tome nota de que estas damas, si están en la recepcionista, deberían ser geniales y sonreír a sus invitados siempre. ayudarlos en lo que quieran. La sonrisa es la clave para que su invitado siempre regrese y hable amablemente, incluso si no es bueno en inglés, debe comprender lo que quieren los invitados. Solo observo, todas las damas no sonríen bien. He sido recepcionista y sé cómo manejar las necesidades de los huéspedes. Espero que si voy a volver pueda ver tu sonrisa en tu cara, gracias. MAYO
