This is one of the best resorts on Da Nang coast line. The private beach is clean and beautiful. The facilities are top notch and the villas are amazing. The celing height is more than 12 feet which makes the villa airy. The private pool is the USP of this place. The water body running through the property is a nice touch. The best part is that the golf karts are easily available. Highly recommended for people travelling in groups. Only demerit is that the location is a bit away from main town. P.S. This place is a favorite among tourist from south korea.

it has been a really great trip. i brought my brother's couple & husband together and they also loved the service and the hygiene level very much as well as the surrounding amenity during our stay. especially the cleaning service and the staff at the concierge were very kind and helpful until.the last day of our stay. we would like to come back for anytime :) Specially thanks to Mr Cuong Loc Son for your tight care and kindness until our leave to the airport!! thankyou

El entorno general del nuevo hotel está bien, los detalles del servicio deben reforzarse. Recuerda que no estaba despierto a más de las nueve de la mañana siguiente. El hotel llamó para preguntar si quieres comer desayuno! 😳 Entiendo que el hotel quiere ser entusiasta con los clientes, pero esto afecta a los clientes a descansar! ¡Sigue dormido! Luego, más de las 11:00, el hotel nos llamó para recordarnos que tomamos el mapa de la habitación para actualizar. Y levantése y corremos para recibir el teléfono (mi tipo de habitación es con piscina, el teléfono de la habitación no está en la cama, sino en la sala de restaurante, así que cada vez que contesto el teléfono me enfurece), este diseño tiene algunos problemas y es incómodo. Volví al hotel después de la mañana siguiente. Tengo una llamada especial para decir a la recepción que no me llame por la noche que necesito dormir. Tengo que hacer el vuelo a las cinco de la tarde, necesito retrasar la salida hasta las dos de la tarde! La recepción dijo que tenía que solicitar, dije que no había problema, pero no llamar a la habitación antes de las 12:00! ¿Quién sabe que la recepción puede llamar a las 10 y me puede retrasar a las 2 y me desagradan los momentos! Porque me ahogó el sueño de nuevo. En 20 minutos, me levanté y me dirigí a la recepción. El hotel llamó a la habitación para saber si el coche de moto alquilado ya se había devuelto a la recepción. ¡Ya me había puesto en la recepción el día anterior 😓 ¡Es realmente muy enojado! Entiendo el inicio del hotel para ofrecer un mejor servicio, pero los detalles del servicio deben reforzarse y contactar con el equipo de entrenamiento de reemplazo! ¡Esto no es como la gestión de un hotel de cinco estrellas! Además, hablamos del entorno de la habitación. La habitación está bien, es que muchos lugares no están diseñados razonablemente No hay toallas, el baño está limpio, y la posición del papel de la toalla está fijada en la posición posterior, y el papel es muy incómodo. No es conveniente mencionar que no hay teléfono en mi cama de casa. El ascensor es como un camión, no está totalmente decorado. La primera vez que veo la luz del salón de noche es blanca, no caliente, no es como el hotel. En general, el servicio es entusiasta, es decir, no cuidar de los detalles. ¡Espero que la próxima vez pueda cambiar!

One of my best hotel experiences. The villa is fantastic, overlooking the sea and offers all the comforts you want starting with the private pool. Breakfast is amazing, with a wide selection of all kinds of food and drink, really excellent quality. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great position that allows you not only to enjoy the sea but also to reach nearby attractions such as the town of Hội An and the golden bridge. You’re gonna love every single thing in this hotel.

Todo fue perfecto desde el momento en que me fui al hotel para comprobar, excepto que la vista no era exactamente vista del océano, más de una vista de piscina. Así que no feliz de esto. Estar en Block E217. El hotel está a 15 minutos a pie de las montañas Marble, pero me atrapó desde que llueve. 30min a Hoi An y 15min a la ciudad & 20min al aeropuerto. Playa delante del hotel es super bien y limpia , fue a la puerta de Marriot , la playa fue un poco sucia con un poco de rubia. El hotel ha gastado muchas comidas y la comida era excelente, excepto la panadería, deberían ampliar las ofertas.

We booked this resort mainly for the kid's waterpark/play area and were not disappointed. This is a HUGE, beautiful resort with 3 different kids' play areas. Check-In was easy and efficient. The bellboy took us to our room and gave us a tour of the room and how everything works. We wanted an extra bed and it was promptly brought over and set up for us. The staff are extremely friendly and always have a smile and greeting for you. Since it is kind of secluded and you need a car or taxi to go anywhere, it would have been nice if there were more restaurants within the resort. The food selections were quite limited throughout the resort with only room service or the beach restaurant providing meals. We didn't try the steakhouse but the room service and beach restaurant had good food. The kid's play areas were excellent. There is a kid's pool with a playground and water slide which our daughter thoroughly enjoyed. The surface of the play area is a kind of soft rubber but also porous so any water spillage would simply disappear and not stay gathered for someone to slip and fall. There is a second play area not listed on the hotel website with slides and climbing areas. I have enclosed a few photos of this area. There is also an indoor play area with 3 rooms consisting of a slide and small plastic balls, a games and toys room as well as a video game room. The beach is absolutely beautiful with soft fine sand and nice waves washing up on shore. There is plenty of chairs and loungers throughout the pool and beach area. the beach also has 2 soccer nets and a volleyball net. The infinity pool is very good and joins together to make a huge swimming pool extending all the way back to the main lobby area. The room is spacious with a nice bathroom, bathtub, and shower area. The sitting room has nice furniture as well as a balcony to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The kitchen area has a sink, kettle, and 2 hotplates as well as a full-size fridge. The breakfast buffet was Excellent!! Very fresh food and a good variety. I would HIGHLY recommend this resort for a luxury, relaxing holiday destination.

Tuve que cambiar mi horario debido a Corona 19. Fue una situación embarazosa, pero con la ayuda de la persona responsable, Jenny, pude cambiar y cancelar mi horario. El viaje fue cancelado, pero me impresionó la calurosa consideración del Sr. Jenny. No sé cuándo la Corona 19 será mejor, pero me gustaría visitar y expresar mi apreciación directamente. La gente de la ciudad se ha vuelto muy bien, pero no me parece que sea suficiente para dar a un amable manager 5 estrellas. Creo que todas las partes desafortunadas pueden ser olvidadas naturalmente. Altamente recomendado. Y gracias Jenny.

Yo vivo en un tipo de apartamento. Limpio, no hay problema especial, pero está lejos de la recepción del hotel, y no veo el coche. A veces ni siquiera se llama el coche de compras, por lo que es negativo. El desayuno parece ser un par de elegidos, pero he elegido comer junto a la recepción. Hay muchos menús y es delicioso. Cuando se retiró, no se reconoció la tarjeta, pasó media hora y no se recibió el tiempo para comprar memorias, por lo que mejor se pagó por anticipado.
