El personal es muy amable, de acuerdo con nuestro presupuesto y propósito del viaje, el hotel se ajustó a nuestras necesidades! Recomendado!

Vivimos en el piso 13 y podemos ver la playa de Myxi, la península de Chashan, el Puente del Dragón y la escena nocturna local. Se tarda solo cinco minutos en caminar hasta My Khe Beach. El hotel tiene un precio razonable y el ambiente es limpio e higiénico. Apto para niños. Está a unos quince minutos del aeropuerto, lo cual es muy conveniente.

My third time here but not impressed with my room on this.. it was noisy.. cleaning ladies didn t follow do not disturb sign & kept trying to get in when asleep in morning. Noisy customers too both sides .No proper curtain closing.. draining issues in bathroom.
The only good thing is rooftop pool and reception staff

No luck to use the pool, though, the views were fantastic. Sunday provide no poolside breakfast. It's very close to mykee beach. No airport pickup service although Trips. Com stated in their advertisement.

Rules was very strict. Remember, partial sea view just see Seaview from your window corner. It’s not worthy for money, Trip : go for City view if you have budget for hotel. 🏨
You can exchange your $ from hotel reception. And breakfast 🥞 was very good and buffet.
Last but not the least, infinity ♾️ pool. Wow 🤩 best experience and water was clean 🤙

The staff are really nice and helpful
Susie! She is amazing and also a guy who was one of the staff( I don’t know his name) he is really helpful , the hostel it’s really clean and nice fitness, swimming at the rooftop also a bar , great view up there , I came with my friend and we really enjoyed while we stayed there , the location it’s really nice many restaurants around easy to walk not too far to walk to the beach
10/10 I recommend!!!

Good hotel with cheap price as compare with surrounding hotels. The price is very attractive considering that the hotel has just renovated and rejuvenated in 2023. After the renovation, the standard has gone up many notches. The hotel location is on one of the busiest street and within walking distance to My Khe beach. Also very near to the city and Han river. There is two swimming pools at the top floor which also gives you an open beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding city nights light. These makes for good instagrammable background photos.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It would helps in communication if you could use Google translate to Vietnamese to communicate with them. The front desk and receptionist can communicate in English and the bell hop can communicate with a bit of Chinese.
The hotel also can arranges and provides tour bookings to all the tourist attractions as well as transportation booking, which would be helpful for non-local tourists.
Laundry service is available and good. The clothes when collected before 9.00 am in morning, it will be sent back to your room in the evening.
Buffet breakfast for two is included in the hotel rates and the food is good.
