Unfortunately, it was not the relaxing getaway my fiancée and I thought it would be. We're not very hard to please and are happy to stay mostly anywhere as long as there's a comfy bed and quiet. We stayed two nights in the garden villa which was the most premium and expensive room on offer, expecting a secluded and private area to ourselves, which for the most part is what we got. Visually, the garden surrounding the villa is stunning with a delightful view of greenery and nature, and there is no one else who stays in that area behind the main building. The room itself was eclectic in decor which was a welcome change to stay somewhere with unique tastes as opposed to the usual and generic designs of modern accommodation. The spa in the room was great and worked very well, it was warm and the jets were functioning fine. However, we had the horrible luck of staying on two nights where there was a family, with children, staying directly above us. The ceiling feels like it's paper thin and you can hear every footstep that people are taking above, specifically when they walk down the hallway to use the bathroom (yes you can tell their movements due to the 10 - 12 steps they take followed soon after by the sound of a toilet flushing and then another 10 - 12 steps and someone going down stairs). This would usually be semi-bearable, as the occasional sound of someone walking back and forth is still annoying, but fine. But as mentioned earlier, there were children staying up there and they insisted on running back and forth down that hallway so many times throughout the day, and especially the early morning, that it became extremely frustrating to hear. I tried to take an afternoon nap when we arrived after being so exhausted from the travel and was woken up by the sound of thumping footsteps running back and forth. As these two nights were supposed to be our little getaway from our own kids, and a chance for us to have a relaxing sleep in, we wanted to nip this problem in the bud immediately. We reported the noise to the proprietor Jenni on the first night, Jenni was very friendly and assured us that she would speak to the family about the kids' running around. We later spoke over the phone again to the other proprietor, Harley who was also very friendly (and characteristically humourous) about the situation, reassuring us that the family had been spoken to. Harley also mentioned that the family was in fact, their own family visiting from the UK (as this site also appears to be the actual residence of the two proprietors). I am unsure of the logistics of this situation, but personally, I believe that having your own family members stay at the location, but cause disruption to the paying customers, is an unfair and detrimental business decision. The next morning I was woken up at approximately 7:00am to the sound of children's feet running back and forth and thumping above me again. La habitación era muy buena, cocina pequeña, gran banco alto, vista a la piscina desde la ventana de cocina. Gran spa en el cuarto no está bien construido para 2 pero puedes hacerlo, sólo no deje que la llave de la habitación termina en tu bolso, traelo a casa con usted, envíe el hubby para correo de vuelta sólo para presentarme con la llave que él expertamente envió a sí mismo, algunos de la madre tiene uno. El tiempo era perfecto, 3 días soleados que hizo la pausa aún mejor, a pesar de que todos los grandes lugares turísticos se cerraron. El Museo del Veterano de Vietnam no sólo abre, sino con una banda en vivo para que usted aprete los pies también mientras compra y tiene un muffin y un latte, grandes chicos de música.

Me alojé por tres noches y viajé por toda la isla, por placer y bien. Reservé una habitación con dos camas individuales y una cama doble. Hay lavadoras y secadoras pagadas. Hay un baño público en el interior (el baño público requiere una contraseña, los huéspedes del hotel no pueden ingresar, se estima que es para personas que viajan en autocaravanas a largo plazo, hay un baño con ducha), debe ir solo. los niños pueden jugar a la piscina. Buena ubicación, a poca distancia de la playa, caballete, muelle, bar restaurante, gran supermercado en coche, esta isla es muy cómoda. Conduzca hasta el cercano Koala Conservation Center, Antarctic Experience Hall, y es conveniente ver a los pequeños pingüinos regresar a casa. Debido a que no hay atascos de tráfico, son básicamente 10 minutos hasta el lugar más lejano. La pasta del restaurante del hotel es apta para niños y el bistec también es bueno

Wifi es muy rápido y estable. La ropa de cama está cubierta con sábanas blancas y está muy limpia. A 3 minutos a pie de la playa, a 10 minutos del supermercado, rodeado de una variedad de instalaciones comerciales, comer y jugar son muy convenientes, así como restaurantes chinos. El jefe chino está muy entusiasmado y detalla las divertidas atracciones de Phillip Island. Muy recomendable.

Reservar en muy rápido y el personal fue excelente, muy amable y útil, muy impresionado con nuestra alojamiento, muy espacioso con 2 dormitorios y gran balcón que olvidó la carretera principal, sí un par de artículos que deben ser abordados, La casa de la habitación era muy buena, pero la casa de la habitación era muy limpia y muy bien planeada.

We have just had a week at the resort and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were friendly and the two bedroom villa was perfect for our needs. Great kitchen that had everything we needed to cook our own meals . Living area was a good side and the adequate bathroom had a bath, great water temperature. Free wifi worked really well and the place was very clean and warm. We had decking area front and back with outdoor furniture, the villas are all individual and in a nice bush setting, the grounds are all well maintained the workers are always busy, good on them. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the indoor and outdoor hot spas. You had to ring each day to book a time for the indoor spa. We did that each morning for a late afternoon session, it worked well. There is a nice walk around the resort with plenty of Birdlife to see. There are two gyms, two pool complex's either end of this big resort also tennis courts, barbecues, game rooms which the kids would love and pedal carts. I imagine this place would be very busy during holiday time . Walked into town each day,takes about 40 minutes to the Port, good exercise. There is a restaurant on site but can't comment as we never ate there. A great place to stay, we look forward to returning.
