Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel una volta meraviglioso per una settimana. I sentimenti sono contrastanti... da una parte la posizione eccezionale, la vista che si ha sull'arcipelago della Maddalena, le strutture presenti ma.... ci sono tanti ma. A titolo esemplificativo: per fare le pulizie i primi 3 gg sempre un problema. Chiedevamo venissero fatte la mattina e venivano alle 14 o alle 15 quando stavamo riposando, immondizia non ritirata, cambio biancheria da letto non fatta. La cosa più grave erano le mancate risposte della reception. Dopo 3 giorni finalmente le cose si sono sistemare.Poi piscina 2 gg chiusa per manutenzione (può capitare per carità). Gli alloggi da sistemare, letti piuttosto scomodi, mobilio datato. I negozi all'interno del villaggio tutti desolatamente chiusi. Assenza totale di animazione. Bar all'interno dell'hotel alla richiesta di un cocktail non può rispondere che non ha quasi niente. L'impressione é che il personale sia ridotto all'osso e chi c'è si barcamena come può usando a volte scuse risibili. Peccato perché ci ero stato 15 anni fa ed era incantevole

We visited for my husbands 40th birthday. This hotel is stunning to look at and is situated next to a large harbour. We booked via Tui and had a very large room that over looked the pool with a balcony. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable! The rooms are cleaned twice a day unless you mark do not disturb, once for a clean and then a turn down service. I cannot describe how amazing breakfast is! The coffee is lovely, the selection of foods available and the view over the harbour while you eat was the best way to start each day. I noticed there were were lots of gluten free options. However, after breakfast, as with everything in Sardinia (!) the food and drink is expensive! We didn't mind too much as we were away for a special occasion and the prices are in line with the rest of the island. When you're looking for dinner we found a very reasonably priced restaurant a 5 min walk away called Volemose Bene. Delicious food! There is a courtesy bus to two different beaches and this is well worth booking onto. The hotel provide beach towels and sunbeds and parasols. The beaches are stunning but have very little amenities. We bought drinks/snacks from the shop nr the hotel and took them with us. The hotel pool has plenty of very comfortable sunbeds and they also provide pool towels just ask the lifeguard. This hotel lost a star from us because there were no tea and coffee facilities in our room. This was a big negative for us as we like to wake up and have a cuppa in our room before starting our day. Lastly I must just say the staff were incredibly polite and attentive and an absolute credit to the hotel.

No podemos decir lo suficientemente buenas palabras sobre nuestra estancia reciente. Desde el minuto que nos saludamos y nos inspeccionamos a nuestra salida relutante y verifiquemos el personal en todo el negocio fueron tan amigable profesional y respetable cuando ayudamos con cualquier pregunta o exigencias que teníamos una mención especial debe ir a Francesco & Massimo, que nos estaban mirando y que era un crédito para el negocio, nos alegraba de la ubicación del hotel y de su estupendo punto de vista a través de su propia playa privada. Puede haber sido el final de la temporada, pero todos los miembros del personal nos trataron tan bien como si fuera la primera semana de la temporada. Recomendamos este hotel si busca una relajación agradable y disfruta de servicio de primera clase de todos los servicios que el hotel tiene que ofrecer. A heads up, though due to its secluded location if you want to explore and see other things the island has to offer make sure to rent a car which the hotel can arrange for you. We will definitely come back to Sardinia 😀

Estado muy bien situado, cerca del centro de la ciudad. Hotel,si bien envejecido, pero muy bien mantenido. Habitaciones espaciosas, muy limpias, letrina impeccable. Personal encargado de la recepción y el del restaurante muy agradables y a la escucha de los clientes. Buen desayuno. Un mencionamiento especial al gerente, hablando muy bien el francés por la pertinencia de sus consejos sobre los sitios que visitar. Otro punto positivo: el parking frente al hotel.

Boutique hotel located just off the centre in a narrow road with limited parking. Stayed four nights as good base for travelling around Costa Smeralda. Very friendly and helpful staff. It has a great spa in basement. Nice bedroom and very comfy beds and a pleasant bathroom. Must make a special mention of the excellent breakfast and the lovely lady who serves it. Definitely recommend.
