Very small room, like a capsule hotel. But it was clean and had a big bed and tv! It’s also very central. Not the room for an extended stay but perfect if you’re travelling light and want a comfortable place to stop off for a day or two.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and the hotel looks impressive from the outside. The reception area also looked nice and the staff were efficient checking us in. However as soon as we opened the door to go to our room it went downhill rather quickly. Stair carpets looked dirty and old and scuffed paint everywhere on the woodwork. For £130 a night we expected the room to be at least clean and comfortable so we weren't too worried about the room. What a shock......it was awful. We found a wood lice scurrying along the carpet in amongst the thick layer of dust and paint flakes. Carpet was full of stains and felt sticky. Furnishings were old and grubby. The headboard was a fake bamboo concoction......very strange. The bathroom wasn't much better with dust layers on pipes and paint peeling off the radiator. Also the room was cold and felt damp. The heating must of been switched off as nothing appeared to work. Found an old radiator in the cupboard but didn't dare touch it as it looked like it had been in there for years. Damp patch in the bathroom didn't add to the ambiance. It was just horrible. In the morning there was no lights working in the bathroom......very odd. Tea tray in the room was okay and there were 2 bottles of water. Breakfast the next morning was self-serve. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. Cheap pbread for toast and looked like defrosted pastries. No plant based butter which was rather annoying after being told via email they cater fully for plant based diets. We would never ever stay here again......we couldn't wait to check out. I felt dirty and itchy when I left.......not pleasant.

El servicio del hotel es de primer nivel, el personal de recepción es super amable, la señorita charlará contigo por cierto, si es necesario, se preparará una taza de té y café durante el tiempo de espera, especialmente dulce. Estaba preocupado por la habitación estándar pequeña y especialmente configurada de la habitación. Cuando entré en la habitación, sentí que el espacio era bastante grande. Trajimos dos cajas de 28 pulgadas y no hubo ningún problema. Pedimos el plato principal para el desayuno según el menú. Los pasteles de buffet eran muy auténticos. El estilo, Egg Benedict es muy bueno, pero no pruebes la morcilla a la ligera. No estoy acostumbrado a él, no importa cuántas veces lo coma. Bath es muy pequeño y se puede llegar a todos los lugares de interés a pie. El hotel está a 7-8 minutos a pie de los baños romanos, la abadía de Bath está frente a los baños y el famoso spa de termas está a 3 minutos de la abadía. La casa de Jane Austen y el meseum de la moda están en la misma calle, incluso el más lejano The Royal Crescent está a solo 15 minutos a pie. Cabe señalar que el horario de check-in es después de las 3 pm y el check out antes de las 11 am. Aunque el tiempo es un poco escaso, este servicio es realmente el mejor en el hotel de estilo inglés en el que me he alojado. Reservamos este hotel como habíamos decidido tener una noche lejos en Bath para nuestro aniversario de bodas. Nos encontramos en línea que el check-in no fue hasta las 4:00, sin embargo, cuando llegamos a Bath temprano para hacer el máximo de nuestra estadía, nos volvimos al hotel para preguntar si podíamos dejar nuestra maleta para no llevarla todo el día. La habitación es muy amplia, el desayuno es muy rico, las características escocesas lentamente, el hotel no es grande, es la instalación de alojamiento en el campo de golf. La señora del servicio de recepción es muy entusiasta ❤️ vale la pena quedarse, jugar al fútbol, sabor.

Un hotel en un entorno inmejorable , el servicio del restaurante rápido, organizado y muy atento al cliente, a destacar el afternoon tea una experiencia muy agradable , y la limpieza de todas sus instalaciones !
