La recepción del hotel fue agradable cuando vinimos a hacer el check-in. Siempre allí con un sonrisa. Teníamos una habitación familiar en el cuarto piso. Podría parecer bien, pero la única cosa es que el ascensor es muy pequeño y tuvimos que ver cómo llegamos con todas nuestras maletas. Si es un poco deportivo, ponga su equipaje en el ascensor, presione el número de piso derecho de su habitación y suba las escaleras. La habitación en sí sirve su propósito y tiene las cosas que necesitan: máquina de café, secador de pelo, suficientes cocinas (un poco a duro en mi opinión) , un teléfono para llamar a la recepción. La habitación era muy caliente y no podíamos bajar la temperatura, ya que el botón de aire acondicionado estaba fuera. La habitación estaba limpia, el desayuno estaba bien, pero, en mi opinión, la calidad ha disminuido desde que estuvimos allí en 2019. La calidad de la carne era de alguna manera industrial y el bacon no era tan bueno. Mi esposa dijo que se perdió más quesos, verduras y frutas.

Cuando entras en la habitación, hueles como si hubieran fumado en ella, las camas no estaban frescas, la cama estaba llena de arena, no estabas disfrutando de dormir, la bañera estaba limpia. Tampoco la puerta de la habitación era agradable.
