"Came on a 4 day 3 night coach trip didn't really expect luxury as was a cheap trip. Stains on carpets, very dark in the corridors. Breakfast was okay usual continental and scrambled eggs, bacon and mini sausages there was a good selection of fruit and pastries"

"Si el placer de una estancia de dos noches y llegar tarde estaba preocupado no necesitan que el profesional en el escritorio pronto me reservado . La habitación era pequeña pero muy bien decorada y sin lugar a ducha, con congelador de aire, etc. era muy buena que no podía trabajar el fabricante de té, pero probablemente mi culpa era un Luddite de Bolton. En todo un gran estancia, me quedaría de nuevo, pero reservaría directamente con el hotel para asegurarme de que me da el desayuno."

"Had to book this one at 1am as got stuck in Oostende, charged 147 Euros with breakfast. No real complaints although I think the price was a bit naughty, when they wouldn't have sold that room otherwise. Average experience all round and definitely not worth 147 Euros"

"Good shower and bed but rest disappointing. Despite being told on booking that breakfast was available at weekends, it wasn't. It also states that rooms cleaned etc every other day it was not, which meant we only had 2 coffees, 2 milks and only one breakfast tea bag to last for the 3 nights of our stay. No staff on site. We booked well in advance and on looking at price week before we went discovered that the overall price had dropped by 109 euros from the 372 we paid, the owner disputed this but I had it copied at home on my computer. He offered a discount off a future stay but we would not stay here again. Toilet area very small, difficult to negotiate unless you are very small."

"Location of this B&B is good, easy walking distance to the beachfront and to the center of town. The place doesn't offer parking, but can give you tips when and where to park. We spent quite some time trying to find street parking, and managed in the end, but it took some effort. Not the responsibility of the B&B to offer parking, but something to be aware of. Timing can be important in finding parking (Saturday afternoon turned out to be a poor choice of arriving). We were welcomed with a cup of coffee and a nice chat with the owner, a very good first impression and start of the stay. Our room/studio was at the top floor. The stairs are typical Dutch/Flemish steep and narrow. Not a problem for us, but another thing to be aware of, especially if you have heavy or bulky luggage. The room was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. It also had a terrace with a nice view over the rooftops. Breakfast was excellent, freshly made and served every day by the owner. He also explained what everything was and where it was sourced, which added a nice touch. The owner also gave us tips of what to do and see in the area, and there is also a host of information in the common room of the B&B. Overall a very nice stay, and definitely recommended."
