This is the best airport nearby hotel so far, i stayed here for one day, but got treated as longstay guest, really feel special and comfy. The nasi goreng for breakfast is absolutely delicious, the employee are friendly and always helpful, great job! Although i have to wait for free shuttle at 10 after they drop another guest, but that seems okay as long as i got free one! Thank you illira! definitely will comeback again at near future

Recientemente tuve una experiencia decepcionante con el servicio de un hotel que me gustaría compartir con otros. Mi pareja y yo reservamos una habitación a través de Agoda con una cama doble para nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, a nuestra llegada al hotel, nos dieron una habitación con dos camas individuales. Cuando me acerqué al personal del hotel sobre el error, me mostraron la reserva que habían recibido, que indicaba dos camas individuales. Estaba confundido y frustrado, ya que la confirmación de mi reserva mostraba claramente que tenía una habitación con cama doble. A pesar de hablar con tres miembros diferentes del personal, ninguno de ellos pudo ofrecer una solución y seguían diciéndonos que este no es su problema. Nos sentimos decepcionados y frustrados porque el personal ni siquiera quería ayudar. Si bien entiendo que pueden ocurrir errores, me decepcionó cómo el personal del hotel manejó la situación. Hubiera sido útil que nos hubieran ofrecido trasladarnos a otra habitación con cama doble o que nos hubieran proporcionado algún tipo de compensación por las molestias. Al final, después de pasar horas con ellos, finalmente ofrecen una solución agregando 60 dólares más para cambi**** a otra habitación. Lo cual está totalmente bien para nosotros, lo único que desearía es que nos hubieran ofrecido horas antes. En general, no recomendaría este hotel debido al mal servicio.

Este hotel es el mejor en Lombok. Si está buscando un lugar agradable para aloj**** junto a la playa, reserve este hotel. Eric me atendió e incluso recordó mi nombre. Estuve allí el día de Navidad y hay muchos invitados. Su acto definitivamente me hizo recordar este lugar positivamente. Lo recomendaré a mis amigos.

ZamZam is a fantastic value! The hotel is simple and straightforward, but super comfortable. Selong Belanak beach is a bit further than I expected taking about 10 minutes to walk there from the hotel, but I rented a scooter easily enough to get around to some of the big surf breaks. I really enjoyed surfing at Serana and Mawi, which are both short and beautiful drives from the hotel. Tello the hotel manager is a super friendly, funny, and helpful man! His wife cooks delicious food as well! I liked it so much at ZamZam that I extended my original two nights and ended up staying eight nights in total!

This bad review, is because of how the front desk clerks changes the way they want to regard on the offer, i know that price of a hotel can change and depends on the pick time and all, but this time is really out of the ordinary, why i say this, its because they raise their price just because i called the second time in just few hours gap, crazy part is because i want to make a booking, and not just for a night or 2 but for 3 night, they knew that so he raised the price and when i asked them i would like to talk to the manager because i find it fishy, but he responded by saying he will delivery my concern,he also insist on me closing the phone and that he will call back, but when i said ill wait i dont mind waiting, but he didnt want me to like he didnt want me to listen to his conversations with manager, and also he said that he need this line to call the manager but i can hear him already talking to one other guy i dont know if its the manager or not but the guys sound like a manager, and when i insist on hold ing and waiting by the phone then he come back and tell me that he had talk to the manager but what he had said to the manager is different then what is happening, he basically said that ” i had fine a cheaper price then what the front desk clerks are offering me” which i have not said that and i didnt want to even said anything regard to that what i wan to say and ask, is that why they change the price and make it more expensive just in few hours after my first call? The thing is the guy who ans my first call is the same guy who ans my scnd call. The reason that force me to make this review is that this guy really refuse me to talk to the manager, and that hit me is that he said and i quote ” bapak dengerin saya ya”( his telling me to listen to him) why should i listen to him, he want me to listen to what he have to tell me,
