Esto ocurrió 5 veces! Aunque tuviéramos una NO DISTURBA en nuestra puerta, no les detuvo de invadir nuestra privacidad. Esto fue muy irritante y incómodo. (No mencionar ser desnudo y no tener tiempo para cubrirse cuando viene una compañía indeseable y inesperada) La otra cosa que queríamos mencionar fue la comida de servicio de habitaciones. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad.

Must say the hotel is in a nice spot beautiful views and the walk into Cavtat is pleasant Unfortunately for us these were the only positives. We stayed there in July which is perhaps the busiest time and a bit of an excuse for the very long food queues at mealtimes. It could also explain the used glasses and dirty plates left for hours in the corridors outside rooms. Same in the bar and not surprisingly the tables in the dining areas. Not a good look and makes the hotel appear scruffy. Our main grievance started with the room, so small we could only walk round it sideways. This was NOT the standard room advertised. No balcony which was surprising.According to jet2 rooms accommodate 2/3 people. Impossible !! Eventually relocated at a cost. Took this to their complaints dept on return but a total waste of time.. The entertainment day and night was just for french speaking. Differs again from the jet2 description. Queried with reception and was told 'no English entertainment' The manager defended this saying it was miscommunication but comments on Facebook confirm our version. We all have different opinions about food quality and I wouldn't be arrogant and question other people's opinions but for us it was disappointing. The breakfast offerings were just about OK but all other meals were poor. Half cooked bloody pork steaks one day. Too many examples to repeat. All subject to long food queues, some days just couldn't be bothered. Drinks were rubbish.. Tried various spirits with their undrinkable coke and couldn't finish one of them. Beer was sometimes ok if the pump was working properly.The soft drinks also poor. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Not a big issue but when we were checking out and looked under our bed surprised to find someone's discarded water bottle. Wonder how long it had been there? Security at the hotel was non existent. The 'private' beach is open to the public which probably explained the difficulties in getting a sunbed.. On our last nite we were woken by people in the swimming pool around 4am. We have done several AI holidays over the last year and without doubt this was by far the worst. Very disappointing.

Tuve que prolongar 1 noche para tomar el avión temprano en la mañana. Para una habitación individual demasiado cara. Pero el hotel está a medio camino de DBV y, como ya se dijo, con una bonita piscina y playa. Ninguna vista al mar estaba bien (vista en el lugar de estacionamiento). Pero la habitación 101 debe estar al lado de una instalación técnica o un ventilador: siempre un tono de vibración monótono. Tuve que usar mis auriculares con cancelación de ruido.
