Este hotel ya me ha permitido visitar en el pasado. Había que ser un poco viejo, necesitaba una actualización y eso fue un éxito! Bella habitación, fresca, agradable servicio y una fantástica vista. Un lugar muy agradable y sigue siendo una buena ubicación. Un consejero, el tranvía y el metro junto a la puerta.

My experience in this hotel was really nice. It's located near the city center and the metro station and you can practically have everything you need (supermarkets, shops, food) within a few minutes on foot. All the stuff is really kind and helpful for anything it may occur during your stay in the hotel. Breakfast has not a big variety of drinks and food but it's still really good. My only complaint about this hotel is that there is no fridge in the room, which you really going to need if you are staying for more than 5 days. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay in days inn and I would definitely visit this hotel again.

I stayed for just a couple days but I immediately felt involved in the social atmosphere of the Hub! The room was cozy and welcoming, very clean and quiet. The common spaces are great, the food and drinks are nice and always served with a smile. I would really have liked to be able to stay more and fully enjoy the social events and spaces!

Yo estaba allí en el 3.3.-4.3.2023 con mi esposa y hijo adulto. Un total de 2 habitaciones que ya habían sido pagadas por tarjeta de crédito. En la llegada, una recepcionista aparentemente exagerada nos pidió que pagase en efectivo a la camarera, porque algo no funciona con la liquidación de tarjetas de crédito. Y por favor, con dinero porque su propia máquina de tarjetas de crédito no funciona. Porque nos apresuramos mucho, nuestro nieto nació en Rotterdam, pagamos. Dos semanas después, mi tarjeta de crédito fue cargada dos veces!!!! Después de protestas masivas, se ha pagado una carga, pero no el pago en efectivo. Ahora estoy en contacto por teléfono y por escrito con la dirección del hotel desde hace dos meses. Aunque se reconoció por escrito el error y se prometió el pago, con nuevas excusas se retrasa la transferencia, por lo que se ha dado la impresión de que me quieren robar hasta que me abandone nervioso. ¡Pero no lo hago! Mi informe debería ser un aviso para no convencerse de los pagos cuestionables en el terreno, y, obviamente, hay personal incapacitado y poco dispuesto a resolver el problema con facilidad de los clientes, y lo entrego a un abogado.

After stay at the Copenhagen CityHub I thought why not give this Rotterdam one a go as my experience before was great. Well firstly my god it was noisy, I had requested a quiet pod in the hotel as I'm a very light sleeper (even with earplugs in and pillow overhead lol) . So I was placed near the toilets/showers.... Ding ding ding alarms should have been going off then as the amount of banging those toilets/showers doors and the thumping of the people who sounded like they was thumping past all the pods (request a top pod in future). With ear plugs I was woken up early by other pod users who didn't have a care about anybody else who would have even been asleep as long as the could have a chat in the hall ways as loud as possible. So if you are going out and getting drunk this hotel is perfect for you but if you are on a sightseeing trip and wanting a early night we'll best of luck with that. None of my USB chargers were working in my pod but luckily I had brought a plug with more than 1 socket on it for charging. You get what you pay here and for a single person it's the cheapest option in the city. Lockers are huge and fitted my large suitcase in very easily. Staff very helpful as usual especially the American guy. Would I stay again, I'm afraid I wouldn't at this one as far too noisy for me. Maybe big groups shouldn't be all put on same floor and then they can meet in area downstairs and chat as loud as possible as they want at any time that suits them.

Muy satisfecho, el hotel es muy adecuado para viajar en coche. Alquilamos un automóvil y lo condujimos al otro lado del molino de viento para niños al día siguiente. Originalmente, la tarifa de la habitación no incluía el desayuno, pero no sabía cómo darnos dos desayunos, que también estaban muy ricos. Aunque las instalaciones del hotel son antiguas, pero el saneamiento es excelente, el entorno circundante también es muy bueno

Stayed here for one evening and enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the excellent front-desk service. The location seemed isolated from town. While it had AC, I couldn’t get the room to feel cool as the thermostat only allows for changes of +/- 3 degrees from whatever central temp they have programmed. While I wasn’t a fan of the service in the restaurant, I was happy in the hotel and bar.

El hotel es histórico, por lo que tiene escaleras angostas y detalles hermosos. Esta muy bien situado, en el centro de la ciudad. Eso permite moverse con facilidad para cenar y pasear. La habitación es muy amplia, impecable y moderna. Solo que no disponía de teléfono para cualquier eventualidad o contacto con la recepción. El resto, impecable. El desayuno no es tan variado pero tiene lo justo y de calidad. La ambientación del hotel es exquisita.

Coming to this hotel on regular basis on business trips over the last 9 years, so have quite good comparison how it was changing over the years. 1. Staff at the reception is rude and not helpful. I wanted to check in on 01/02 and was welcomed with „what do you want” in english by long blond haired lady at front desk…. No Hello or good afternoon. 2. No restaurant menu available in the room or online. I Could not find it in the room so called the front desk. Lady at the reception told me to go downstairs, take a photo of the menu and order downstairs or by phone. Considering the room service is quite expensive here this is quite ridiculous. 3. No safety regarding the luggage storage - „leave what you want, take what you want” approach. Missing name tags or something similar. 3. Quality of meals served in the restaurant has decreased 4. Nice to see the hotel rooms finally got the nice re-touch and the super friendly afternoon restaurant and bar team is still there and not changing over the years.
