The employees at this Hotel are super friendly and Hospitable. They ALL speak to you. They made me feel very welcome. Tammy was one of the sweetest. I was sitting in their lounge area and couldn’t help but over hear her interact with all the guest. I thought, ‘she has really found a job that makes her heart sing. She is truly in the right job with her personality.’ Francis was friendly with me too. After she set up the breakfast items, she was curious about what I was working on and I asked her to allow me to explain it to her. Little did she know, she helped me get a little nerves out since I was preparing for a presentation that I was about to do with a local business nearby. Pros: Friendly professional Service, clean everything, feels like home away from home. Cons: the Hotel is currently under construction, but it did not matter because they don’t put you in rooms near the construction.

Entrada y salida a la habitación, huele como fumacion, ragas sucias, cachorro en el baño, y hojas sucias. Fue a la mesa delantera y nos dijo en otra habitación. La otra habitación, las paredes caían separadas, moldeado en el techo del baño, cama rota. La piscina estaba cerrada, el ascensor estaba roto, otro familiar tuvo que permanecer en otra habitación porque el ascensor estaba roto y no podía subir las escaleras. La máquina de hielo no funciona, y mientras allí pintaban dos escaleras, y desde que el ascensor se rompió, tenían problemas para llegar a la habitación. El hotel está cayendo por separado y no saneamiento. La única cosa buena fue el personal es excelente! Haga una gran reparación en el hotel y mantenga el gran personal.

Por favor, deje de limpiar mi habitación cuando se va. No lleva ningún tipo de máscaras y tos 247 y roba. También espiga en el duche. La quinta vez tengo que tirar cualquier comida abierta o bebida. I don't think I ever had such a bad experience at a Marriott hotel. Front desk told me they couldn't find my reservation and even when I showed them the confirmation I got from Expedia they couldn't care less. I called Expedia and their customer service tried to get in touch with the hotel staff. I could hear the phone ringing but the front desk lady would just walk away when it rang. I told her that's Expedia calling to clarify my reservation but she was flat out rude and said that's not the hotel's problem. I asked for a manager, she told me the manager will be there at 6am tomorrow so I can come back then. All of this, while I was at the hotel, late at night, with a hungry and tire toddler. She didn't care and you could tell she hates her job. Half an hour later, the ”absent” manager turned out was actually around. I approached him and, while he was a little more (not much) polite than the front desk lady, he wouldn't want to help and kept on blaming Expedia (he, as well, refused to take call from Expedia escalation manager who was trying to help locating the reservation). It was obvious they have an issue with Expedia, however, they were punishing the customer for that. Eventually Expedia made another reservation with me on the phone and they couldn't claim there is no reservation. The whole check-in experience took 2 hours. Check-out wasn't any more pleasant but there wasn't much there with the exception of the $4.95 fee which they insisted on charging for premium internet, although I tried to explain that, for a Platinum member, premium internet is free.
