Hoteles en Playa del Carmen con desayuno

Abba Suites is sweet! Great downtown location. Right in the middle of it all on 10 & 10...We stayed here a total of 10 nights on our month long family beach vacation. The rooms were great...very nice and newer...full kitchen minus the oven which you dont really need on a trip to Mexico...seperate bedroom from living area which was nice for mommy and daddy 😄🙌. The absolute best rooftop swimming pool view...were we could watch sunrise & sunset! The standout stars were Denise & Nevida! They are just great and made this stay extra special for us. Everytime we walked in the building they were so welcoming and helpful with any questions or suggestions we had. Honestly we could easily just talk and hang out with them. Nevida turns out to be very good at rubik cube solving and our 7 year old son took a liking to him right away and even with how busy he was he took the time to teach our son some super helpful tips and encouraged him to keep practicing the rubiks cube. Keep being Awesome you guys! See you again next time we are in Playa 😄👍

My suggestion: Not ideal for couples. Best for girls trips/boys trips where you plan to party all night and stay in all day. Not the most relaxing place to stay. Budget friendly, but you get what you pay for.

La ubicación del hotel era muy buena. Está a una calle de una calle muy viva y alta, por lo que el hotel está en una ubicación tranquila durante el día. También tuvimos una cuestión de falta de dinero, y creo que el gerente lo ha manejado muy bien; la investigación, dandonos la actualización, todo.

Great Stay at Riu Playacar We enjoyed our stay at this clean, well-organized resort with spacious, quiet rooms (ours had no balcony, but it was fine). The minibar was a nice touch, and the bathroom was spotless. Highlights: ✔ Food variety – Multiple à-la-carte restaurants (dinner reservations not needed) and buffets with good lunch/breakfast options. ✔beach – Plenty of sunbeds but no umberalla so bring your sunscreen, though pools get crowded les sunbeds. ✔ Access to sister hotels – Party lovers can visit Riu Tequila’s club nearby. ✔ Convenient location – Mini-market across the street, and Playa del Carmen (5th Ave) is just a 150-peso taxi ride away. ✔ Easy airport transfer – ADO bus (250 pesos/person, 45-min ride + 5-min taxi 150 pesos next to ado turism station). Minor drawbacks: ✖ No elevators – Tough for guests with mobility issues. ✖ Entertainment hiccups – The host sometimes forgot to switch back to English after Spanish announcements. Perfect for: Travelers who want good value, variety, and proximity to Playa’s nightlife.

Lo mejor del hotel es la comida. Sin embargo, la experiencia no fue todo lo que esperaba. Tenía que llamar en la noche para que rellenaran las amenidades incluidas (como dulces y jabones). Todo el tiempo están intentando vender noches adicionales, vinos o la membresía del hotel. No respetan el tiempo del huésped que pagó para utilizar las facilidades y comidas no queremos perder tiempo en ventas. En un todo incluido no quiero pensar en tener que comprar nada. Menos en un hotel de este calibre que se pago tanto la noche.

El hotel fue fantástico: cerca del centro de Playa y con excelentes instalaciones que incluyen piscinas, gimnasio, muchos restaurantes y actividades. ¡Perfecto para parejas!

Pros - the staff is all wonderful. The resort has been recently renovated so it’s in relatively good condition.  Cons - the food isn’t great… I would call it mediocre verging on poor. The a la carte restaurants weren’t great either and I would call the booking system/insane red tape process to visit the a la carte restaurants off putting, verging on insane.  I probably won’t be back for the above stated reasons, but I must reiterate that all of the service staff were truly lovely and no question the highlight of the trip.

Aunque hay una sensación general de limpieza, las instalaciones están anticuadas, como el espejo del baño sucio, la boquilla de la ducha no funciona y la presión del agua es débil. Además, como había fiesta en el primer piso o en la azotea hasta casi las 24:00, la música estaba tan alta que me desperté alrededor de las 3:00 a. m. con el sonido de sillas que tiraban del piso de arriba. El desayuno estuvo delicioso el primer día, pero no tan bueno el segundo día. Además, aunque ya había reservado y pagado el impuesto de alojamiento, no podía entender por qué me cobraron una tarifa adicional ese día. El acceso es bueno, pero considerando el precio, es un hotel Samsung.

Firstly El Beso is simply 1 building within the larger Ocean Rivera resort. Meaning only your building is Adults Only. Our Swim up room was lovely. We tried almost all if not all of the 10 restaurants and we had no complaints the food was good. Maybe not always amazing but never terrible. There’s like 3/4 different brands or levels of service within the larger resort. El Beso seems to be 1 level from the top which is Privilege we switched for an extra night & the mini bar for privilege was much better as well as having the butler service and priority restaurant bookings when they were all booked. There’s also a special restaurant only for privilege that was great but none of the restaurants were extremely crowded. There’s an app or webpage that works like an app with all of the resort info and you can book reservations there. There’s also lots of entertainment nightly. It’s definitely a place to go and stay there’s no need to venture outside of the resort there’s so many things to do schedules are packed for all of the different areas & a bowling alley and theater. There is not much near by the tourist area is maybe 20 mins away by car down the beach.

Es muy emocionante y puedes ir directamente al parque a jugar. Tanto adultos como niños se lo pasaron genial. El ambiente es muy bueno, el servicio está en el lugar y las instalaciones completas. Volveré la próxima vez que tenga la oportunidad.
