We have been in 2 other countries in asia before, but this was by far our best hotel! We stayed with family and where immediately greeted with a warm cup of tea. We had a lot of questions to begin with and needed a driver for the rest of our trip, and the cordial service manager was so helpful and she even organized an all inclusive driver for us. Also Linda & Ashley from the hotel team helped us to the maximum extend and even stayed in contact with us via wechat, even though we already left Fuzhou, just to make sure that our trip is going smoothly and we can enjoy a great time in beautiful China. It is just excellent and outstanding service! The hotel itself is located directly on the west side of the UNESCO world heritage site of Sanfang Qixiang and when you turn right after exiting the main lobby you enter the site. The hotel is built in the same style and flair of Sanfang Qixiang ”The Beverly Hills of China” and has a lot of ambiance and elegance to it. Thanks to the 24/7 reception I was even able to get two ice packs for my swollen foot late at night There is also a coffee machine in the lobby that serves great coffee and tea and infused water and the breakfast is one floor down and has tasty vegetarian buffet. Also in the room you are greated with a tea set and a plate of fresh fruits local to the region. We were even able to send post cards from the hotel reception. Just a stellar experience! If you decide to see the beautiful cultural heritage site, then I can whole-heartedly recommend the San Po Hotel / Sanbaobindi Hotel in Fuzhou!! You will not regret it.

It clean and convenient. level 5&6 for hotel rooms. Level 3 has the famous seafood restaurant and all dine in individual room. Opposite the hotel is one big shopping mall and there is Macdonald and one two level supermarket located just beside the hotel.

The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to business areas, restaurants, and local attractions. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and hospitality made for an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend Hampton by Hilton to both business and leisure travelers and would be happy to stay there again.

A Truly Wonderful Stay! This hotel is absolutely beautiful, located in a incredibly convenient spot for exploring the city center, which is full of charm with its ancient-style houses, lovely shops, and trees decorated with lanterns. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming — every day you’ll find fresh fruit and sweets waiting in your room, and there’s always a warm smile to greet you on arrival. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and come with all the amenities you could need. We didn’t get the chance to try their restaurant, but it looks very promising and well worth a visit! We highly recommend this hotel to everyone — it was a truly memorable experience. A well-deserved top rating from us! ⭐

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent. The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable. The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement. In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.

A hotel at an excellent location. A small unassuming entrance but the interior has a spacious lobby where we sometimes gathered. Cotti coffee, macdonalds, opticians, tong ren tang and even a highly recommended massage place are within 5 mins walk along the same stretch. I chose this hotel because of tis proximity to Da ming food street and through the food street you get to san fang qi xiang easily. The staff is also very good. The first night I was there, the receptionist brought out my Taobao parcel without me asking when I returned. It shows his attentiveness to the guests because he recognised that the parcel was mine. The only downside is the long corridor for that single floor of rooms if you have anyone with walking challenge. So ask for a room closer to the lift if available! Washing machines are available here !

Un hotel muy rentable. La salida A de la estación Luozhou Hot Spring de la línea 4 del metro está justo enfrente del hotel, lo cual es muy conveniente. Muy satisfecho con la estancia y el servicio! Ocurrió un incidente durante mi estadía: pedí comida para llevar y me la entregaron en el hotel equivocado (no sé a qué hotel la entregaron. Llamé a la recepción para pedir ayuda). y tomó la comida para llevar del hotel equivocado. Fue muy extraño. El pequeño capítulo de la recepción ofrece varias guías de viaje, ¡lo cual es doblemente agradable!

Muy buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad. Muy cerca de la estación de metro. Se supone que es una habitación/hotel para no fumadores, pero huele a tabaco por todas partes. Las tuberías del baño necesitan una mejora, ya que se bloqueaban después de un uso normal. El desayuno también era normal; parece haber muchas opciones, pero no muchos platos de estilo occidental.

Room is OK, with a slight smell of smoke. what could be improved is to help hotel guests to arrange taxi service. It is the first time I heard from a hotel at this level that such service could not be arranged. Not all hotel guests have local phone number for hiring taxi or cars on mobile apps.
