They had roaches and family lived in the lobby that they don’t have open to the public

The rooms I stayed in needs to be painted and a few repairs it was clean and it was quiet. The only recommendation I would make is ask if someone wants an adjoining door to the next room first before giving them the room. Mine had a joining door to the room next-door Which often makes me uncomfortable when I don’t know the person in the other room

The room was crawling with bugs on the bed and in the restroom. The hotel front desk lady only said she would move us to a different room. There are holes in the walls so moving to a different room wouldn't make the situation better. The beds are hard and have cigarette holes in the mattress. The room smelled like mildew.
Worse hotel we ever booked!

At the booking, it said free breakfast. At the check-in, I was told there is no breakfast. I was disappointed and felt cheated. Not happy at all with this dishonest.

Check in was smooth and the room was pretty nice. However, mattress was very hard and base was a metal one that creaked and thumped like an empty metal barrel when you were on the bed and moved.

non smoking room, but the room reeked of smoke, and there were cigarette burns in the bed. The beds were very noisy when moving around. The floor was clean.
The smoke detector was covered in plastic, which seems illegal.

Bugs in the bathroom, broken coffee pot that bobbled when I removed the hot cup - which I dropped on the floor and hot water (making tea) spilled on my sock (immediately removed so not scalded but pink spot), uncomfortable bed.
No breakfast.
