"This is one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had! Very disappointing. No rest and did not feel safe as a solo traveler. The building inside is dirty and outdated. The hallway access to rooms reeks of dog and cigarettes. The room had broken furniture and dirty. I stayed in a kitchenette that was not stocked. NOTHING! All drawers and cabinets were empty except for a fire extinguisher. The bathroom had towels, a plastic cup, bar of soap and shampoo. I went to the front desk to ask about a hair dryer and was told they were locked in storage room and could get one the next morning around 10 am. My stay required me to be checked out and on the road before 10 am. The room was right next to the storage room or vending. ALL night long I heard the creaking and slamming of that door and so was unable to get any sleep. I booked through Trip.com that showed this to have a 7 out of 10 rating. That is not accurate. Personally, I would rate it at 2 out of 10. At $90 for one night is ridiculous for this hotel. If it weren’t for it being non refundable, I would have cancelled after I saw the room and would have stayed somewhere else. I have stayed in cheap hotels (I frequently travel all over) and this one has been the worst. I don’t need a fancy hotel when traveling or passing through. However at this price I expect something at least stocked with basics like a hair dryer (as it were advertised), to feel safe and get some sleep for the night. This was the first time I have booked through Trip.com and if is their rating system, I will not use them again and will go back to ******* or one of the other booking apps! The description and rating was very deceiving."
