En realidad disfrutó nuestro tiempo a lo largo del The Anmon Resort Bintan. El check-in fue rápido y gratis. Muy agradable y amable personal. La habitación era limpia y espaciosa. Venga con transferencias gratuitas del jet BBT y desayuno buffet gratuito. Seguramente volvería!

Though the location is slightly far away (1 hour from the Tanjong Pinang jetty), I think it’s totally worthwhile. My husband and I had a very chill and relaxing weekends. The food options are limited to the 3 restaurants in the resort so I suggest that you bring some tidbits along. No convenient stores available. The breakfast spread is decent and I found the bbq restaurant dining by the beach very special. Special mention to the server Edi? (Starts with a “E”) and the restaurant manager at the rimbun. Above all, the rooms are clean and very spacious and the service and hospitality is excellent. Thank you Jorwa, tono, rez’a and everyone at the poor bar for making our stay very special. We love the acoustic night at the pool bar with Fey and her guitarist. They are a power duo and this makes the best part of our trip. Kudos to the team at pool bar!

En conclusión, Cassia Bintan ofrece un ambiente de playa pintoresco, actividades agradables como piscina Zumba y fiestas de burbujas, pero se prepárense para enterrar profundamente en sus bolsillos para la experiencia. Si estás dispuesto a abrazar por un paseo de lujo, este podría ser el lugar para ti.

La comida está bien. No hay otra actividad que hacer. No bar. Productos limitados en almacén.

The resort is big building and beach front but it is not for swimming, the hotel is okay, the pool got 3 parts. No sauna in the resort. The Staff at restaurant and room service and housekeeping are friendly. Susan is very helpful but I was surprised that my 11 yrs old child was charges as adult even it stated in your website that Child is 11 yrs old I contest it but no avail so I paid as Adult for 11 yrs old. We had lunch at Mayang Sari restaurant that serves local cuisine which we always try whenever we visits Indonesia we ordered Oxtail soup but the soup is bland, no umami taste, the beef is dry it's disappointing. The service is good though. Our check out time was not smooth either, I was asks to pay the bill of more than 3 ml+ idr but my actual bill is just 1 ml + idr.

Kudos a la casa de cuidadores Edi que asegura que mi habitación es limpia y bien entregada con agua y cubos de hielo .El desayuno es delicioso . El menú cambia con nuevas variedades . Tenía nuestra cena en el café Lotus . La comida también es buena . Safran en Banyan Tree es buena también pero caro . Vaya al árbol Banyan para el spa . Excelente masaje por el dinero gastado . Buen viaje para descanso y relajación . El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad , y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad .

I have been here many times and every time I come back I feel relaxed, I enjoyed my stay here a lot. The food is good and the party is excellent. This would have got an average rating had it not been for the staff - competent, professional and always willing to help. The facilities seem jaded maybe due to the Covid related lockdowns etc and some parts especially the toilets ( the toilet seat was almost black ) were a disappointment. The location is excellent with a fantastic sea view from the restaurant and the beach is clean for the most part. The villas are good with a nice private pool and decent sized rooms. Our requests for buggy to transfer us from our Villa to the main building were always attended to promptly. The a-la-carte food that we had in their restaurant- we tried the local Indonesian cuisine- was excellent but the breakfast buffet was average. When I had interacted with the staff after booking this place, I was told that late check out is subject to ‘availability’ but it clearly isn’t as they charge for every extra hour. This could have been communicated in a better way. There is room for improvement but overall we had a good stay as the property is quite good.
