5mins from ferry terminal will reach Anmon They have wonderful customer service etc 1) Ferry transfer 2 way 2)buggy 24/7 service just whatapp 3) everything whatapp can communicate with hotel staff Everything was great except ! I would like to had bad review on Compass Rose 1)Breakfast not much variety and not nice , there’s flies over cake which is not covered 2) Lunch we Ordered food waited very very long, and with the price food I expected better taste however disappointed us , Not Nice 3) Kitchen under renovation hacking and however still prepared food at the same place ? Isn’t there’s dust etc , should separate mobile kitchen or etc. Pretty much to improved on Compass Rose

I rated cleanliness as 4/5 as it was almost perfect clean but there was a cockroach in my room. This I might not fully blame the resort as we are in nature. This resort is perfect is you are looking for secluded and quiet spot to getaway for a family or a couple. You won’t need to venture out. But it’s a long drive to the resort to the ferry where you need to factor travelling time in your itinerary. I went with my family and the in-house farm was a blast for my kid feeding bunnies, chickens and fishes. Kiki the person in charge was very friendly and served us well. There is a club for kids activities. Service was perfect. Everyone was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would go back again. Take note that is 21% charges of tax on top of the prices - service charges and Govt tax.

¡Tuvimos una estadía genial en Cassia! 1) El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuesto a saludar a las personas con una sonrisa, charlas informales, se esforzó al máximo para brindar un servicio de primera. Un agradecimiento especial a Yance (lo conocimos en el club de playa Xana), que fue muy amable y estuvo dispuesto a hacer todo lo posible para garantizar que la pasáramos muy bien ☺️ y al instructor de Zumba, que era un derroche de energía 😂 2) La comida estaba deliciosa, Lotus Cafe, U Beach Club, Vista, Treetops, probé la comida de todos los lugares mencionados y ¡fue increíble! Deliciosa, limpia y superó mis expectativas. 3) Actividades divertidas: bádminton, voleibol de playa, fútbol, ​​tenis de mesa, aqua Zumba, fiesta en la piscina con espuma, etc. ¡La piscina infinita también fue genial! Estaba súper limpia y el agua no estaba fría. 4) La habitación estaba limpia, brindan agua potable todos los días, torre de playa con una bolsa (¡lo cual es genial!). También brindan servicio de transporte gratuito para recoger y dejar en la terminal de ferry (en autobús operado por el hotel). No tengo nada de que quejarme de este lugar, muy recomendable 🫶🏼

La comida está bien. No hay otra actividad que hacer. No bar. Productos limitados en almacén.

Área extensa con villas y hoteles. Ubicación: está lejos de la ciudad (no es gran cosa porque no hay nada en la ciudad de Tanjung Pinang) pero cerca de la terminal de ferry. Servicios completos, pero no estoy seguro del mantenimiento; parecía descuidado para tirolina, tiro con arco y escalada en pared. La habitación estaba bien, la cama y las almohadas eran cómodas. La presión del agua en el inodoro era baja y la ducha no era agradable. Es imposible moverse en Grab o Gojek y reserve su alquiler. El que ofrece el hotel era caro. De hecho, el hotel ofrece una serie de servicios, pero el precio es alto. Cogí el buggy para explorar y costaba 20 SGD/hora. Cenamos en una cafetería y 2 personas pagaron 80 SGD; el servicio fue bueno, pero la calidad no tanto (bastante salada).

Friendly staff . Beautiful location . Unfortunately it is monsoon so no water sports . Kudos to housekeeper Edi who make sure my room is clean and well supplied with water and ice cubes .Breakfast is delicious . Menu changes with new varieties . Had our dinner at Lotus cafe . Food is good too . Saffron at Banyan Tree is good too but expensive . Went to Banyan tree for spa . Excellent massage worth the money spent . Good trip for rest and relaxation . The downside that there is no shopping and everywhere is far . The TV reception is poor and could be improved .

I have been here many times and every time I come back I feel relaxed, I enjoyed my stay here a lot. The food is good and the party is excellent. This would have got an average rating had it not been for the staff - competent, professional and always willing to help. The facilities seem jaded maybe due to the Covid related lockdowns etc and some parts especially the toilets ( the toilet seat was almost black ) were a disappointment. The location is excellent with a fantastic sea view from the restaurant and the beach is clean for the most part. The villas are good with a nice private pool and decent sized rooms. Our requests for buggy to transfer us from our Villa to the main building were always attended to promptly. The a-la-carte food that we had in their restaurant- we tried the local Indonesian cuisine- was excellent but the breakfast buffet was average. When I had interacted with the staff after booking this place, I was told that late check out is subject to ‘availability’ but it clearly isn’t as they charge for every extra hour. This could have been communicated in a better way. There is room for improvement but overall we had a good stay as the property is quite good.
