Nos encantó el hotel. La ubicación es muy buena, dentro del parque. La habitación es muy cómoda, limpia y grande. El hotel es muy bonito y el personal muy amable, nos ayudó en todo momento. El desayuno muy bueno y con varias opciones. Hay que llegar al centro turistico del parque y ahí contactan con el hotel para pasar a buscar y trasladarte al lobby en un bus. Dependiendo de la habitación, hay que subir algunas escaleras, nosotras dejamos la maleta grande en consigna en la estación de tren para evitar cargarlas. Sin duda repetiríamos

Llegamos en coche y aparcamos en el centro de visitantes. Después de hacer el check-in, el personal nos ayudó con el equipaje y nos acompañó a la habitación. Los diferentes tipos de habitaciones están distribuidos en distintas zonas del complejo. Esta suite dúplex con hamaca está justo al lado de la zona de bares, y por la noche es extremadamente ruidosa, ya que los establecimientos abren hasta las 2 de la madrugada. Desaconsejo encarecidamente elegir este tipo de habitación. Viajando con mis padres, nos resultó imposible descansar por el ruido. Afortunadamente, el personal gestionó un cambio de habitación y nos asignaron una más alejada de la zona de bares, mucho más tranquila. Agradezco enormemente su rápida y eficaz gestión. Sugiero que se marquen claramente los inconvenientes de este tipo de habitación en la página de reservas, para que los huéspedes puedan tomar una decisión informada al reservar.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

Elegimos el Valle de Wangxian como primera parada en nuestro viaje a Jiangxi por el Día Nacional. El paisaje era precioso y el hotel estaba situado dentro del área escénica; el GPS nos llevó directamente al aparcamiento, lo cual fue muy práctico. La pensión al borde del acantilado era única y las habitaciones estaban totalmente equipadas con todas las comodidades que necesitábamos. La cafetera y el secador de pelo eran de alta gama, e incluso nos proporcionaron fruta y aperitivos, lo que hizo muy felices a los niños. En particular, el servicio de nuestra ama de llaves, Xiao Dai, fue excepcionalmente cálido y atento. Amablemente nos recordó la información para el registro en el hotel tres días antes de nuestra llegada a Jiangxi, y al llegar, nos ayudó con el equipaje y les ofreció a los niños un desayuno gratuito. En resumen, una experiencia muy buena.

Very stylish ID for this hotel, you can see the owner has put lots of efforts. We had very good stay here, spacious room, comfortable bed, nice pillow… just the right height (yes, they even went down to the detail of the pillow choices) Breakfast was good, 谢谢你阿姨，especially for the 小米粥. Location was superb, many eatery places around. Walking distance to major places of attraction. Very close walking distance to the famous 陶溪川, which we were so lucky to have impromptu visit to the 春秋大集. But above all, it was the extra efforts & services the owner has offered to us. Firstly the hotel helped us to move our luggages from our previous stay so that we could have late check-in, more time to visit the places we wanted to go. By the time we were back at nite, everything was already well arranged, our luggages were nicely in our rooms. Welcoming us with a beautiful bowl… full of local fruits. They even gave us a very beautiful multi-purposed bag with all the room amenities in it. The bag is huge, meant for laundry too. Oh yes, we did our laundry there, so convenient and thoughtful. BEST OF ALL 🥰 (this was way too unexpected) We were simply just wanted to arrange our next destination transportation. Ended up the owner shared us his beautiful car, asking one of the assistant to drive us personally. How long was the journey? Not close by at all, 2 hours to get there (for us), to and fro in 4 hours (for him). For that, we simply would like to express our gratitude for everything, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you thank you, all the very best for each of you who has made this trip memorable. 🙏 ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ♾️

El hotel está muy bien situado y está muy bien situado. La habitación era muy agradable, porque vine directamente de otro hotel de la misma gama de precios y la estancia era como día y noche. Las habitaciones están en el lado más pequeño y un poco llenas, la ubicación lo hace. Las opciones de desayuno fueron otra gran joya. El vibe total es 6/10.

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄
