En mi opinión el hotel vive de su historía y hoy por hoy no es ni de lejos lo que fue. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Pero necesitan una reforma urgente. Algunas partes como los interiores de armario están decadentes y aunque limpios. Parecen sucios. En cuanto a servicio se recepción y conserjería...bastante mejorable. Nadie nos acompañó a la habitación ni nos explicó nada del hotel...una sola reserva que le pedimos al altivo y antipático conserje, la hizo mal...suerte que al ser dentro del hotel no hubo problema en soluciónalo con el restaurante directamente... El paquete de fin de año, carísimo para lo que es... muy decepcionante. En fin, visto! Pero no volveremos. La localización al lado de la puerta de Brandenburgo y del Parlamento es muy conveniente. Pero queda algo alejado del centro... la relación calidad precio al menos para fin de año...en mi opinión no es buena.

Four things to know about this hotel before you book. 1. If you book early you will pay more. 311 euros a night booked three months ahead. 200 euros a night booked three weeks ahead. Look at any booking website. 2. On check-in they take the full amount of your stay from your credit card, plus a 50 euros a day deposit ”in case you use the mini-bar”. (In fact the mini-bar is empty - see photo). This might be a problem if you have credit limit issues. 3. They use sweaty, clammy poly-cotton bed-linen - see photo of label. You cannot change hotels because they have already trousered your money. To sleep properly we had to buy our own fully cotton bed-linen - see photo of receipt. The reason they use poly-cotton is explained on the manufacturer's website: ​”Bed linen must be lightweight...thus allowing staff to work faster....Experience shows that savings of 5 to 10% can be achieved”. Nothing about the comfort of guests. The staff say that all Westin hotels use poly-cotton. Totally unacceptable in a serious hotel and we shall not stay in a Westin hotel again. 4. Because of the hotel's layout, most bedrooms are 50 to 120 meters from the elevators. In the course of a day you can easily walk a kilometre or more to and from your room. In other respects it is well positioned, if you wish to be in Mitte, the breakfast is good, and the staff are professional and helpful to the extent that the chain allows. Garden rooms are a very little bit smaller than rooms on the street, but much quieter and a few have a balcony.

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. El personal es totalmente amigable a todos - desde los empresarios en las habitaciones de desayuno justo a nosotros tipos de viajeros en nuestra flecha polar y REI pantalones de viaje:) El desayuno es excelente. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y las habitaciones son increíbles. Tubo completo, ducha grande, espejos grandes, buena iluminación. Las toallas son L’Occitane. Hay un fabricante de café y pods. Las ubicacións son perfectas. Nos hemos dado una tonelada de caminar -y en caminar, vi muchos de los otros hoteles de Berlín que había considerado en mi investigación. Ninguno de los otros lugares es perfecto - especialmente para un primer turista a Berlín. Podríamos caminar a la Isla del Museo en menos de 10 minutos. 10 minutos a la La puerta de Brandenburg. 10 minutos a la zona de Checkpoint Charlie. No puedo felicitar al Regent suficiente. Es uno de esos raros hoteles que acaban de hacerlo bien para nosotros.

El hotel cuenta con una estupenda ubicación justo al lado de la estación de Friedrichstrasse que conecta fácilmente con los lugares más importantes de Berlín, pero igualmente se puede ir andando a muchos de ellos ya que este hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. La habitación y el baño son espaciosos, decorados con gusto y con camas muy cómodas. El desayuno es muy abundante y de calidad. Desde luego un hotel perfecto para visitar la ciudad. Lo que veo de negativo en este hotel, y me ha llamado la atención, es no ver a ningún miembro del personal que hable español como en otros hoteles de esta cadena española.

This is a modern functional hotel (which we booked via BA holidays) apparently popular for conferences, so you get the picture. Four of us went for a city break. The hotel is well situated within easy walking distance of Gendarmenmarkt. Spittelmart U-bahn is 2 minutes away. Easy and welcoming check-in. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower although the wash basin had the depth of a birdbath. What was surprising was the amount of wasted space in the bedroom with a great void between the bed and the door which could have been used for some proper drawers and shelves. As it was, there was only 1 drawer and 3 shelves, one of which was useful only if you were 2 metres tall (see photo). The wardrobe, if you could call it that, was an open hanging space, but it was situated at right angles to a padded seat (see photo) making accessibility difficult and there was only one chair in the room. Tea-making facilities were available but instant coffee only and powdered milk. We used to take a small jug of milk from breakfast and keep it in the fridge. There was a very good and comprehensive breakfast with just about everything one could want. As a morning tea drinker I cannot comment on the coffee which came from a machine, but there was an excellent selection of leaf teas. The hot food was OK, but nothing cooked to order so that eggs were either warm scrambled or hard boiled. Staff were very helpful and dishes promptly refilled. We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as the menu looked pretty basic but there are restaurants within walking distance. All in all, nothing special but I would still recommend it for a short stay.

La habitación era muy moderna y fresca, perfecta para pasar la noche en Berlín. La ubicación del hotel es bastante difícil de superar: en transporte público y en las inmediaciones hay restaurantes, tiendas, bares, lugares de interés, etc.

Hotel bueno, me sorprendió lo grande que era, el primer día nos dieron una habitación que tenia un problema con la calefacción y era excesivo el calor que se sentía en la habitación, esto teniendo en cuenta que ya estábamos en primavera y los días eran calurosos, la solución fue cambiarnos de habitación, sin embargo sentía que la nueva habitación tenia el mismo problema aunque a esta al menos le funcionaba un poco el aire, lo mejor para controlar el calor de la habitación fue dejar cerradas las persiana exteriores para que no calentaran la habitación y dejar el aire a -5 con las ventanas abiertas, así se soluciono el problema, buena habitación, cama confortable, baño correcto, desayuno bueno sin ser excelente repetitivo no había nada diferente pero correcto. El personal habla ingles perfectamente ya que nuestro Alemán es bastante básico. La ubicación muy buena eso si en la parte oriental donde todo es mas aburrido a mi parecer. Volveríamos por la ubicación y por que para lo que ofrecen el precio es correcto.

El gran inglés de la recepción está tranquilo y está muy bien, y la habitación está limpia. We reserved the smallest room (comfort) and immediately realized that we would need to upgrade to the superior room. I am traveling with my aunt and we need 2 beds. The comfort room was so small that the 2 beds were together with little space to move on the sides. It was not suitable for us. The pictures do show all the twin beds together, but naturally we assumed that they could be separated. When we asked about changing rooms, the delightful woman at the front desk (Victoria) graciously offered to show us the options available for the bigger rooms. We viewed the executive and superior rooms and were happy to pay the 15 Euro more for the superior room. Well worth the extra money given the difference in size. Now that we were settled with our room, we were off to explore Berlin. The location of this hotel is ideal. I learned that Mitte means center and surely this hotel is centrally located. Easy to find and easy to get to/ from. A special thank you to Victoria and her colleague at the front desk. We were very pleased with our experience at the Leonardo Berlin Mitte and would recommend to others.

Es un hotel agradable a la vista. Decorado en azul con terciopelo que daba apariencia de sofisticado. La habitación era limpia, me gustó la calidad del colchón, los endredones eran individuales y las almohadas bajas de plumas. El baño estaba muy limpio, azulejos blancos con juntas negras que no permitían ver si se forman hongos. Las toallas eran de calidad standard y limpias. Había secador de toallas que también calienta el baño. Tomamos una habitación de 16 m2 q era un poquito más grande q la de 14m2 y simplemente teníamos espacio para una persona a cada lado de la cama y una pasada algo más amplia a los pies. Pero nunca fue un problema para nosotros. Contaba con ropero con perchas fijas y cofre de seguridad. Una ventana con vista al patio interno con buena insonorización, pues un día en el patio funcionó un animado Bar al aire libre y no se escuchaba ruido. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado. No hay ni frigobar, ni agua, ni jarra eléctrica y menos Nespresso de cortesía. Solo 2 vasos de vidrio. Si se te ocurra pedir una Coca-Cola, cuesta 4€ una de 200cc. Me hizo falta una heladera y café. Los hoteles numa dan otro mimo al huésped pero no me animé a alojarme con ellos por que algunas reseñas eran malas en puntos importantes para mi. Hay solo shampoo y jabón líquido que parece de buena calidad, yo no lo uso. El secador está incómodamente enchufado con cable extensible dentro de un cajón. No hay pequeños detalles para brindar comodidad y hospitalidad al invitado. Está bien ubicado frente a una salida de U Bahn de Oranienburguer Tor. En resumen era bastante fácil movernos con el U Bahn y dormimos cómodos en un lugar limpio y agradable.

me hospede en Arcotel Velvet Berlín unos días en mi estadía en Alemania, y me pareció el hotel perfecto. su ubicación es inmejorable, todo los sitios que quería visitar estaban cerca y también la estación central de trenes. la habitación era espaciosa, una hermosa vista y con todas las comodidades. pero lo que más me gusto fue el servicio de sus empleados. no tengo con que agradecer su excelente servicio e incluso su ayuda con una dificultad que tuve. me resolvieron un problema incluso cuando ya no era su huésped. la próxima vez que regrese a Berlín ni siquiera buscaré un hotel en internet, sin ninguna duda regresaré a Arcotel Velvet. un saludo y un abrazo a todo el personal del hotel ! Ich war während meines Aufenthalts in Deutschland für ein paar Tage im Arcotel Velvet Berlin und es schien das perfekte Hotel zu sein. Seine Lage ist unschlagbar, alle Orte, die ich besuchen wollte, waren in der Nähe und auch der Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer war geräumig, eine wunderschöne Aussicht und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Aber was mir am besten gefallen hat, war der Service der Mitarbeiter. Ich habe nichts zu verdanken für Ihren exzellenten Service und sogar Ihre Hilfe bei einer Schwierigkeit, die ich hatte. La suite Gottfried nos ha pasado unos días y ha sido increíble, muy cómoda, cocina, baño grande y ducha más grande. A 5/10 a pocos minutos a pie de la estación con trenes S y U Bahn a lo largo de muchos restaurantes y tiendas. El hotel tiene un desayuno en el primer día, porque aunque tuvo una excelente selección no era lo que queríamos, pero como teníamos la cocina que podíamos hacer fácilmente por nosotros mismos. La habitación tenía tanto la caldera como la máquina Nespresso, así que se desmontó para la elección en ese frente. Los vestidos y los pantalones siempre son un signo de un establecimiento clásico, los vestidos eran XL pero se sentían un poco más pequeño que eso, pero eso no es un problema como el trabajo - sólo tenía que estar cuidadosamente en el balcón cuando salía del duche! Me gustaría visitar de nuevo.
