Si puedo calificar este hotel más de 5 estrellas, lo haré. Esos son los gurus de hospitalidad, el modo en que me trataron y mi familia nos hizo feliz a todos. - Una vez en el restaurante mi hijo era dudoso y en segundos el chef le hizo una orden especial que se ajusta a su sabor. - Las pizzas y las snacks son tan guapas. - El hotel es agradable y acogedor. - Las vistas son relajantes. - Super limpio habitaciones, piscinas y restaurantes. -El restaurante principal sirvió comida de mar varias veces. Sin embargo, nunca huele y esto es un plus. -El acceso está disponible en la hermosa playa de arena de Jaz Casa Del Mar. Las palabras no expresarán mis sentimientos cuando el hotel me envió una torta de cumpleaños complimentaria en mi cumpleaños y otro compliment fue enviado el día siguiente (pasta de frutas, nueces y maccarones 😋😋) Gracias especialmente a los miembros del equipo de recepción (Mohamed por su estrecha seguimiento de cualquier cuestión, Ibrahim por su complemento y Filópate por recibirnos). El Holiday Inn Hurghada incluye todas las comidas y es adecuado para más de 3 días. Tiene un barco para bucear, su propio muelle, centro de buceo, 3 piscinas y su propia playa privada. Hay apartamentos y hoteles, así como un gran centro comercial. Se recomienda alojarse en un hotel con vistas al mar. Hay una zona comercial a 15 o 20 minutos a pie a la izquierda de la puerta. para navegar. Es un muy buen hotel. Realmente recomiendo alojarse aquí.

Hotel is really nice and clean. Lots of restaurants with a good choice of food. When checking in Ahmed Mazhar and Mostafa were amazing and made me feel right at home. Sorted my room and managed to get my family close to me as I was here to surprise them. 5⭐️ service and definitely an asset to the hotel. Thank you again to you both. The pool is one of the cleanest pools I’ve ever seen. Entertainment staff really nice and helpful. Lack of things on during the day is the only thing I would say. Mohammed the housekeeper went above and beyond always to make sure we had everything we needed. Whilst all in all the hotel was great there are some things that let it down. In general all staff were helpful and happy, however as always there were a few that weren’t and wouldn’t do anything to help. Soft drinks are all bottles so it’s fine if you order a drink and it’s a fresh bottle but sometimes you get a bottle and it’s flat. Snack bar is poor and not much selection between the hours of 10am-1pm and 3pm-7pm there isn’t anywhere you can get a light bite. The marina serves some things but is very far away and not convenient if you’re at the pool. No chips or french fries anywhere. This was really disappointing, my mum and auntie loves chips so had to order them in the restaurant for $3 per portion. Not what you expect at an all inclusive. As I mentioned all in all we had a very good stay, I would return to this hotel definitely and had the potential to be an outstanding hotel.

The location and the beach at Sheraton Soma Bay are truly beautiful, and the welcome upon arrival was friendly and attentive. The property is well maintained, but overall it feels quite outdated and somewhat old-fashioned. Unfortunately, we experienced several service and organizational issues during our stay. At the beach bar, we ordered a milkshake but were served a juice instead without being asked — we were later told there was an issue with the ice. Instead of informing us, the staff simply replaced the drink without consultation. At dinner, incorrect dishes were brought to our table, and when we pointed it out, we were told the mistake was due to our ordering. One evening, a staff member pressured us to pay immediately and insisted on accompanying us to the reception to clarify the charge, even though we explained that we wanted to charge it to the room. At reception, we were told that charging to the room was perfectly fine. At check-out, we also discovered that one dinner had been charged twice. In addition, our room key stopped working several times on the day of departure — even though we had paid extra for a late check-out. The food and beverage offering is disappointing. The selection is very limited, especially for non-all-inclusive guests, with very few healthy options. The bar menus — both at the beach bar and the main bar — are closer to snack-bar level than to a hotel of this category. All-inclusive wine is served from cartons, and plastic water bottles are placed on the dinner tables. At breakfast, fresh juices often ran out quickly and were not refilled. The restaurant is frequently overcrowded, making it difficult to find a table. Compared to other hotels in Soma Bay, this property offers noticeably less atmosphere, entertainment, and overall quality. In Conclusion: Beautiful location and beach, but service, organization, and overall standards unfortunately do not meet expectations for a hotel in this category. There are clearly better alternatives in Soma Bay.

We stayed in Jaz hotel for 4 days in early April in a deluxe pool-view queen room. Positives: - The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, on the touristic promenade and quite close to the airport.  - The pools are great, the hotels has in total 6 pools and even though we sometimes had difficulty finding an empty spot to sit at the main pool, we could always find a spot on the other pools where the atmosphere was equally amazing and very relaxing. - The restaurant quality is top notch, one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had anywhere, with a big variety across the different days, along with a focus on egyptian food and seafood, which i appreciated. The restaurant’s head chef himself supervised the dinner serving and gave us daily recommendations. Negatives: - The staff is helpful but not as overtly friendly and willing to help as we had experienced in other hotels. Service can sometimes be quite slow. - The room furniture, even though it’s modern, looks a bit used and is not very well maintained. - The rooms are clean, but again not at the same level of cleanliness you would expect at this price level. - Internet speed is quite low (2-3 Mbps), so no streaming possible - There are daily nightly entertainment programs, however, they are not as varied or extensive as other hotels i had experienced. I got the impression that the hotel is more targeted towards older travelers who prefer the peace and quiet and don’t care about nightly activities, but it may be because of the time of the year I visited in. Overall, it was a good experience and the negatives I listed can be considered nitpicky, but honestly, at this price level, I would expect a flawless experience and I have had better experiences at this price level in Hurghada. The only clear positive for Jaz is the quality of the restaurant.

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food is just normal, not too much variety. I ate dinner after checking in and had stomach pains with very frequent toilet visits and fever the next day... Overpriced shops all around the area and also don't bother with onsite trip centre as that is very overpriced. Good sides? Amazing snorkeling location. Would go back only because of the snorkeling

El Regina es un hotel básico con todo incluido en pleno centro de Hurghada. Está a poca distancia a pie del puerto deportivo y hay bares, restaurantes, etc., justo en la puerta. La mayoría del personal es amable y las propinas te ayudan a disfrutar más (como en la mayoría de los lugares de Egipto). Samir, quien limpió nuestro bungalow, fue absolutamente fantástico. Cada día dejaba algo en la habitación que nos ayudó a disfrutar de nuestra estancia. Desde una tetera (poco común en Egipto con todo incluido) hasta zapatillas bordadas del hotel y una sonrisa maravillosa todos los días. Espero que la gerencia lo tenga en alta estima, ya que es simplemente genial. El bungalow era bastante espacioso, pero la ducha era diminuta, las camas eran cómodas y había muchas toallas limpias. La comida es básica y no está al nivel que he probado en otros hoteles de Hurghada, pero siempre había algo para picar. La cerveza se sirve en vasos pequeños de una botella y todos los licores son locales. Si, como yo, necesitas café temprano por la mañana (antes de las 7), tendrás que pagarlo. Tienen una máquina en una pequeña cafetería y en los chiringuitos de la piscina y la playa, pero no hay café de máquina disponible mientras se sirve el desayuno. En su lugar, se sirve en una tetera enorme y no es muy agradable. Si llegas antes de las 15:00, no tienes derecho a comer ni cenar después de las 12:00 de tu último día de salida; te cortan la pulsera al salir. Si llegas después de las 15:00, puedes obtener un cupón en recepción que te permite comer. Nunca he tenido esto en ningún otro hotel de Egipto (esta fue mi decimoctava visita) y le da un toque más básico al hotel. Si buscas un hotel económico para disfrutar del sol, el Regina podría ser ideal.

Hisham was incredibly helpful and really made our stay feel like a 5-star experience. The rooms, pools, and beaches are lovely, but the people are what truly make this hotel special. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only small downside for me was that some of the food, especially the desserts, tasted a bit bland, but there are plenty of options to choose from. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

Por tercera vez en este hotel. y cada vez sorprende gratamente. A pesar de que siempre se limpiaba el antiguo hotel, se limpiaba el restaurante principal. Se cocinan deliciosamente ... especialmente deliciosa carne y pescado. Varias. Limpieza todos los días. agua potable en la habitación. la playa está limpia, limpia. Personal agradable y educado. Por 3 *** vale la pena ... y sé de qué estoy escribiendo. Si necesita relajarse por poco dinero, puede reservar de forma segura
