A special mention must go to Kader at the front desk, who was outstanding. His professionalism, warmth, and efficiency made our arrival seamless and welcoming, and setting the tone for the rest of our stay. Also Nael, for assisting so kindly with our extended checkout.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the housekeeping team and the restaurant waiters, all of whom consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendliness and dedication did not go unnoticed and greatly enhanced our overall experience.
Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed their time at the Kids Club, and we are especially grateful to Rosita for her kindness, enthusiasm, and care. It was reassuring to know our childr was in such capable hands. We would also like to thank Wasila for her constant support and assistance throughout our stay—her help was invaluable and always delivered with a smile.
A heartfelt thank you goes to Hotel Manager Nader, who took the time to personally speak with us and sit down for a conversation. This personal touch demonstrated strong leadership and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction, which is rare and deeply appreciated.
Although the hotel is currently in its soft launch phase, it already operates at an impressive standard. We have no doubt that Al Kasr Hotel will continue to grow from strength to strength and establish itself as one of the leading resorts in the region.
This was our third visit to Hurghada, and having stayed at some of the finest hotels in the area, we can confidently say that Al Kasr Hotel sits comfortably alongside the very best. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with elegant surroundings, a relaxing atmosphere, and a clear focus on quality and guest experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend Al Kasr Hotel to anyone seeking excellent service, luxury, and genuine hospitality.

The water temperature was just too cold to fully enjoy it, as in you always felt a little bit too cold to stay in and enjoy the pools or slides. The resort was clean even though the staff were not as friendly or helpful.
We also received a below average room at first and then was swapped only the next day. It looked like they are used to switching rooms as this was a regular process for lots of guests. This is disappointing as you want to enjoy from the first day and not have to pack and unpack twice. It felt like they take a chance on guests not complaining and only once you do complain will they give you a better room.

Habitación: muebles nuevos y de calidad, es agradable, tenga cuidado, ciertas áreas del hotel pueden ser ruidosas por la noche durante el entretenimiento.
Restaurante: muy bueno, con mucha variedad, siempre hay espacio para comer. Fuera del horario de comidas es más complicado conseguir comida, incluso con la fórmula todo incluido.
Bares: muy buenos cócteles.
Playa: limpia y cómoda, sin embargo se escuchan todas las actividades en el hotel de al lado, no es buena para descansar.
Piscinas: muy buenas.
Animación: peor que en otros establecimientos, el espectáculo nocturno no es muy bueno, durante el día las actividades son siempre las mismas.

Великолепные завтраки. Отличное обслуживание везде, ребята очень стараются, и не из под палки а от души. Отель конечно мягко говоря «подуставший», требуется реновация, но стараниями персонала и местоположением это компенсируется))). С удовольствием вернусь.

HHuseyinOzcanHotel is half-pansion system means you have a good breakfast and a good dinner. Hotel has her own beach and heated pool. If you used to huge hotels this hotel is like a small nice boutique hotel.
Hotel is very clean. Rooms are cleaning every day. Bottled water, coffee, tea and kettle are suitable every day in the room. Flat tv, refrigirator and clima are in the room. I couldn't be able to start the clima machine for heating but there is a good machine. You ask hair drier from reception for free.
Restaurant is also clean and meals are enough and delicious.
If you will go to early tour hotel prepare your breakfast for free and if your tour return late hotel prepare and serve your dinner late. Just tell the reception you will go early and returning late. They just ask 50 eygpt pound per person for packing the meals.
1 gb internet for room is not enough for the stay but you can buy extra from the reception.
Only one card for a room and extra charge for second room card is not fair.
Whole employee of the hotel are very kind and try to help you but each of them should ask everthing to manager.
Taking pitza or something from outside is a problem. Also alcohol is not permitted in this hotel as mostly in Egypt. I think hotel needs more customer needs and pleasures based; not rules based.
They need to have a fair price for early checkin and late checkout. May be just for shower.
Tour desk in the hotel is very helpful and fair price.
If you have any problem find Mr. Alla and Ms. Ruvan. Your problem will be solved faster.
I advice my two friends to checkin this hotel and they checkin. I will come back.
