Gran experiencia, la habitación es hermosa, el equipo es nuevo y el personal es muy amable. Hay dos cosas que más me impresionaron. La comida estuvo deliciosa y recomiendo especialmente el postre de terciopelo rojo. Además, el servicio fue realmente bueno. Cuando regresé de nadar por la tarde, la habitación estaba limpia y arreglada. muy prolijo y lo más agradable de todo fue que guardé mi cable USB; vi que tenía gafas de sol e incluso tomé un paño para limpiar lentes. Realmente no pude presentar ninguna queja. La única sugerencia para la habitación: la ducha es un poco pequeña.

Desayuno: Servicio pésimo, poco amable con los huéspedes chinos. Solo en este hotel tengo esta fuerte sensación. Nos alojamos en el Atlantis Palm y el St. Regis Abu Dabi durante nuestras vacaciones, ¡y todo fue perfecto! En el Jumeirah Beach Hotel, la mayoría del personal del área de desayuno no es amable, no sonríe, y me sentí intimidado por el personal de servicio. Servicio de carritos: Cuando pedimos el carrito, el tipo que estaba allí nos dijo que camináramos porque estaba muy cerca. ¡Jaja, qué gracioso! Todos nos engañan como tontos. Preparas este servicio y, cuando llego, me pides que camine. ¿Qué quieres decir? ¡Qué experiencia tan horrible! ¡Jamás recomendaré este hotel a nadie con cara china o asiática! ¡Nunca malgastes tu dinero con alguien a quien no le importa tu estancia! Mensaje para el Jumeirah Beach Hotel: Si no están listos para recibir a chinos, ¡por favor, cancelen su reserva! ¡No intentes aceptar nuestro dinero y luego darme este maldito servicio! El servicio fue muy cálido y meticuloso, un poco demasiado meticuloso. El check-in tarda bastante tiempo. Afortunadamente, reservamos el Royal Club y lo tramitamos sentados. We had a lovely stay at Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah. Check in was smooth and Yazan was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even upgraded us to a room with a better view, which was a really nice gesture and made our stay even more special. The views from the hotel are stunning, the room was beautiful, and the shower was honestly a dream. The bell team provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the reception team was always responsive and helpful. We visited during Eid, so the hotel was understandably busy. One thing I wish is that the swimming pool stayed open a little later, as it got quite crowded during the day and it would have been nice to enjoy it in the evening as well. We also experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room, which kept stopping and starting intermittently. It wasn't a major issue for us and we didn't raise a complaint during our stay, but it is something that could be looked into. The dinner buffet was good, although I would have appreciated a wider variety of options. Breakfast, however, was excellent. The restaurant managers at both dinner and breakfast went above and beyond and were genuinely wonderful people who made us feel very welcome. As a Muslim guest, I would also appreciate clearer and more prominent labeling of pork items in the breakfast area. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and felt very well looked after. The service was outstanding, the property is beautiful, and I would definitely return in the future.

My stay at Mövenpick was honestly amazing and one of the experiences I truly enjoyed from start to finish 😍✨ The hotel is right in the heart of JBR which makes everything so easy and convenient. There is a great selection of restaurants all around 🍽️✨ and the whole area is full of life. The beach is only a short walk away 🌊☀️ and the view of Dubai Eye from there is just beautiful 😍🎡 It adds such a special feeling to the whole place. The room was spacious and very clean 🛏️💛 Everything felt comfortable and relaxing and it really gave me that proper holiday mood. A very big thank you to Divya and Umaima 🤍✨ They were so cooperative and pleasant to deal with. Their kindness and professionalism made the stay even better. They handled every request with a smile and made sure everything went smoothly. One of the sweetest touches was the birthday cake they placed in the room 🎂🥹💛 It made me so happy and showed how thoughtful the team is. They continued to check on me throughout the stay to make sure everything was up to my standards and that I was enjoying my time 🤗✨ I truly had such a wonderful stay 🙌💛 From the location to the service to the warm hospitality every detail added something special to the experience. I definitely recommend it ⭐️ And I will for sure be coming back because the whole stay was simply unforgettable 😍🌟✨

Сервис хороший, всегда шли на уступки. Вид из номера красивый и близко до пляжа. На пляж выдают полотенца в сумочке, что тоже очень удобно. В общем, я получила от отдыха все, что мне было необходимо

Amazing hotel and service. We loved everything about the hotel. All of us adults and kids had fun. Breakfast was super delicious. My wife visited the spa and it was amazing. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in experience was fair comparing to the number of people in the queue.

As a regular Accor guest globally, I was extremely disappointed by my recent stay at Rixos. This was a birthday suprise for my GF and there there were issues throughout the one night stay: • Valet arrival experience was poor. We waited around 10 minutes for someone to take the car and assist with luggage. • Check-in took almost one hour to be seen, which is unacceptable for this category of hotel. • No one escorted us to the room. • Luggage took approximately 45 minutes to arrive after multiple follow-ups. • Pool service was extremely slow, with around one hour waiting time for drinks and only one staff member serving guests. • Restaurants were closed, only the buffet or 4 dish options in a pool restaurant or an Italian at night that we was informed only when booked its exclusive to guests with 4 days or more so don’t be fooled by the marketing claims online, you will only access a buffet. • Breakfast buffet is like something you would see in Benidorm. Disorganized, tables not cleaned or ready for the breakfast rush and many empty display trays so you are left to find scraps (see photos taken at 9.30am) • On departure for our evening at Atlantis Royal, we waited approximately 25 minutes for valet to bring the car, causing us to arrive late. • On return to the hotel, there was again no valet team present, only security, and we waited another 10 minutes for a driver to attend. Overall, the stay felt badly understaffed, poorly coordinated, and nowhere near the standards expected of a premium luxury property under the Accor brand. This experience honestly made me regret choosing the hotel for a special occasion. I genuinely believe the property should be reviewed directly by Accor’s central management team in France, because in its current form it does not reflect the standards associated with Rixos Ultra or Accor luxury positioning. There are many nice hotels in Dubai, please do yourself a huge favor, spend your money in any other but this one.

Me gustó mucho la habitación: grande, con dos baños solos para mí y ventanas panorámicas. Hay accesorios de baño. La ducha tiene un sistema complicado, pero se entiende rápidamente (tira de la palanca debajo del grifo hacia ti). Por desgracia, la ducha está fija en la parte superior, no hay manguera, así que tendrás que lavarte de pies a cabeza. La cocina del apartamento es de 3 habitaciones, un poco anticuada, pero tiene lo mínimo para cocinar. Ten en cuenta que las habitaciones tienen enchufes ingleses; si no hay adaptador, tendrás que comprar uno; no hay ninguno en recepción (eso es lo que me dijeron). Hay transporte gratuito a la playa. Hay pocas plazas, así que te aconsejo que llegues temprano para pillar al conductor. Un buen hotel por su precio.
