I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and offered breathtaking views of the sea and Burj Al Arab.
The facilities are world-class – the private beach, swimming pools, and restaurants all exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet had an incredible variety, and every meal we had was delicious. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine warmth of the team, which made the experience truly memorable.
This hotel is perfect for families as well as couples, with plenty of activities and entertainment for all ages. I would highly recommend Jumeirah Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and will definitely return on my next trip.

CCai deReiWe had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable hotel experiences ever.
At first glance, the property may look a bit “old school” in design — and yes, some modernization might be needed soon — but once you spend time here, you realize it has something far more valuable: true warmth, character, and heart. In a world of glossy “design hotels” that often feel empty in spirit, I would choose this one any day.
A huge compliment goes to the housekeeping team, especially Sachith Karan, who did an outstanding job every day. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and filled with thoughtful touches. Sachith’s professionalism and genuine care made a real difference and truly reflected the Ritz-Carlton spirit.
The grounds are breathtaking — lush gardens, peaceful walkways, and multiple pools that even have well-placed shade, which is perfect in the Dubai heat. There are activities and games to enjoy throughout the property, making it ideal for both relaxation and fun.
The food here is excellent across the board, but a special mention must go to the Arabic outdoor restaurant on-site — it’s pure magic. The atmosphere, the flavors, the setting under the stars — it captures the essence of Dubai in the most beautiful way.
Most of all, the team makes this hotel what it is. Every staff member is kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You never feel like just another guest — you feel truly welcomed and valued.
In short: while it may not have the ultra-modern look of some newer hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Dubai shines where it truly matters — heart, hospitality, and unforgettable atmosphere.

La vista al mar desde la habitación es tan hermosa que no se puede describir con palabras. También es conveniente tomar un helicóptero. Está justo al lado. El parque acuático es súper divertido. Es más rentable que los domésticos. Vale la pena recomendarlo y volveré a ir.

Enjoyed the gym very much, even though it could be a bit more spacious, but that's the balance between the amount of the equipment and the free space. For the 4-star hotel it's brilliant
The hotel itself is well-maintained, though one could tell it's almost 20 years old, just the vibe of 2000s is almost everywhere, funny machine translations for Russian visitors are there too
Overall, I would recommend it for the beach/spa kind of vacation, the beach is nearby and the JBR's vibrant nightlife is right by your side. The only downside is that the traffic around the area is permanently jammed (while now it's nonexistent due to obvious reasons)

MMarchiboLa habitación está bien, no hay dudas al respecto. Todo está limpio, toallas y ropa de cama nuevas, ponen bastante agua. El personal ayuda con todo. A petición mía me trasladaron a otra habitación y me ayudaron con mi equipaje. La comida en los restaurantes y el servicio de habitaciones es deliciosa. Pero hay mosquitos y arañas en la habitación. Lleva contigo un fumigador y repelente de mosquitos. Existen dudas sobre el territorio y la limpieza de los muebles exteriores de las habitaciones. En los restaurantes, los muebles están todos sucios o desgastados. La zona está cubierta de arbustos desnudos, todo está cubierto de hojas secas y cuelgan ramas de palma secas. Hay colillas de cigarrillos e incluso pañales de bebé sucios tirados por todos lados. Las toallas de la piscina están nuevas y sucias. Constantemente tuve que pedir por otros. No es agradable estar en la cafetería cerca de las piscinas, hay mesas y algunas cajas sucias cerca, todo está cubierto de excrementos de pájaros. Las piscinas del parque acuático están sucias. En general, el territorio está mal mantenido. Encontré un par de fotos en mi teléfono, pero ciertamente no transmiten toda la “belleza”.

UUsuario invitadoAs a regular Accor guest globally, I was extremely disappointed by my recent stay at Rixos. This was a birthday suprise for my GF and there there were issues throughout the one night stay:
• Valet arrival experience was poor. We waited around 10 minutes for someone to take the car and assist with luggage.
• Check-in took almost one hour to be seen, which is unacceptable for this category of hotel.
• No one escorted us to the room.
• Luggage took approximately 45 minutes to arrive after multiple follow-ups.
• Pool service was extremely slow, with around one hour waiting time for drinks and only one staff member serving guests.
• Restaurants were closed, only the buffet or 4 dish options in a pool restaurant or an Italian at night that we was informed only when booked its exclusive to guests with 4 days or more so don’t be fooled by the marketing claims online, you will only access a buffet.
• Breakfast buffet is like something you would see in Benidorm. Disorganized, tables not cleaned or ready for the breakfast rush and many empty display trays so you are left to find scraps (see photos taken at 9.30am)
• On departure for our evening at Atlantis Royal, we waited approximately 25 minutes for valet to bring the car, causing us to arrive late.
• On return to the hotel, there was again no valet team present, only security, and we waited another 10 minutes for a driver to attend.
Overall, the stay felt badly understaffed, poorly coordinated, and nowhere near the standards expected of a premium luxury property under the Accor brand.
This experience honestly made me regret choosing the hotel for a special occasion. I genuinely believe the property should be reviewed directly by Accor’s central management team in France, because in its current form it does not reflect the standards associated with Rixos Ultra or Accor luxury positioning. There are many nice hotels in Dubai, please do yourself a huge favor, spend your money in any other but this one.

MM00_M00I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent experience at the hotel. While there were positive aspects, there were also significant concerns that impacted my overall satisfaction.
On arrival, we were disappointed to find that the sea view room we had booked was unavailable. However, the receptionist, Malsha, was very courteous and resolved the issue by providing a room upgrade and a late check-out, which we appreciated. Additionally, the food quality was good, and the dining experience met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and taste (Thank you Daniel for your kind dining services).
Unfortunately, several issues detracted from our stay. First, our key card was not updated in the system by 12:00 PM the following day, resulting in us being locked out of our room. More concerning, the cleaning supervisor entered our room without prior notice while my family members were asleep and while I was only partially dressed (wrapped in a towel). It was highly unprofessional for the supervisor to be unaware that the room was occupied, and this breach of privacy was unacceptable.
When I raised these issues with the staff, the response was limited to an apology, with no further resolution or compensation offered. Given these incidents, I do not plan to return to this hotel in the future.
While the staff’s initial efforts to accommodate us were commendable, the lack of attention to guest privacy and key card management significantly marred our experience.

EEkaterina1515El hotel está convenientemente ubicado cerca del Dubai Marina Mall y el paseo marítimo.
La playa está a 20 minutos a pie, pero el hotel ofrece un servicio de transporte diario desde las 10:00 hasta las 12:30. Tiempo suficiente para evitar quemaduras solares.
La playa de JBR no tiene el agua más cristalina, pero es estupenda. Hicimos la excursión en el Kite, que recuerda a las Maldivas (el agua es muy clara). La recomendamos. Un viaje de ida y vuelta en taxi cuesta 90 dirhams.
Sobre el hotel: No esperen un hotel ni habitaciones de lujo. Es un hotel económico, pero tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. Su ubicación privilegiada lo compensa. Si desayunan, pueden almorzar cerca en la cafetería del mismo nombre (muy económica).
El supermercado West Zone cercano también es económico.
Como ya han mencionado otros huéspedes, los desayunos no eran nada del otro mundo, pero no se quedarán con hambre.
Sabíamos adónde íbamos. Gracias al amable personal del hotel por atender mi solicitud.
El hotel también cuenta con dos chicas que hablan ruso y que pueden ayudarle con todo, organizar excursiones u traslados al casco antiguo.
Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia porque visitamos principalmente lugares preciosos y regresamos al hotel por la noche.
