The hotel is only 1.5 km from the Batam Centre terminal. It is convenient. The decor of the hotel is unique. It has an Egyptian theme. Also very convenient to go anywhere as the private service is cheap, good and efficient. Value for money. Hotel is not big and the staff is friendly.

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. Bueno, el valor más alto es en el secador de pelo, es muy raro encontrar en este hotel de clase Orange Sky, bien, para el transporte, los viajeros no tienen que luchar para encontrar el transporte desde y hacia los hoteles aquí están disponibles. Puedes incluso reservar para lugares de recogida para trabajo/proyecto. Estoy muy agradecido por esta instalación. Gracias gente del Sky Inn. Espero volver de nuevo

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

Esta noche es nuestra última noche aquí en Eska. Está bien. Calefactor de agua, toallas espesas (algunos hoteles tienen toallas muy finas), secador de pelo. A/C estaba funcionando bien. Mini refrigerador estaba bien. No es tan frío. No hueles divertidos en la habitación y el baño, limpio. El lobby está limpio. El equipo de mantenimiento era grande. La placa de desayuno también era buena. La cama no era mala($40+, sí). Sólo las piñas tú. Encontro que es bastante plano. Haha. Y Kepri Mall está permanentemente cerrado. Así que, su pequeño silencio. Sugiero que te consigas una tarjeta de prepago para datos*obtengas un Gb mayor, si te gusta ver Netflix o videos*. Sólo para espera. Heh! Llegamos el viernes por la tarde, conexión Wifi, TV estaba bien. Pero, cuando volvimos a esa noche prolly alrededor de 10pm ish. no hay conexión Wifi en absoluto hasta el próximo mng. Pero ahora, 12.38am, Sat night. Wifi fue buena. Idk ya sea la conexión o qué. Acabo de usar mis datos ayer 😅 para navegar en Internet. No hemos probado el spa aquí, porque teníamos nuestro lugar de masaje regular en otro lugar. Y hay un restaurante en la parte superior del techo. Muy bonito. Pero no tuvimos la oportunidad de sentarse allí, como lluvia. Sí. En general, vale la pena la estadía. Sólo la Wifi.

Recommended by a friend, it is my first time staying at Best Western Panbil, Batam and it is exceeded my expectation. The team prepared a birthday surprise in the room with baloon and cake. It was so pretty and memorable. A nice touch! Thank you! We visited ARTrium and Eco Farm which within the premises of the hotel. We tried the Gelato and loved it! There is a supermarket, complete with a wide range of products, very convenient. The room is spacious, minibar included with a good variety from alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages and some snacks. The bed is SUPER comfortable. I personally love the amenities especially the shower gel with Lemongrass Ginger, relaxing and calming. The staffs are very friendly and shout out to Pak Ade for the hospitality. Definitely recommend to my friends and family!
