PP¡P€Este hotel es muy bonito, y el personal es super útil. El desayuno es un menú conjunto, y puedes pedirlo el día anterior. La habitación no tiene A/C, pero hay un fan. El baño es bonito, y mi habitación tiene un baño con ducha – lo amamos! El hotel está muy bien situado, y es muy limpio y en general perfecto. Recomiendo quedarse aquí. También tienen un servicio de alquiler de motocicletas/autos, que es de manera más barata que otros transportes.

El hotel es antiguo pero recientemente renovado. Tengo una gran habitación con balcón frente a la carretera. Hay mucha hornea de vehículos grandes en la mañana. Mis otros amigos tenían las habitaciones frente al otro lado. Oyen a los perros que se despiertan continuamente toda la noche .
El desayuno servido era decente.
El hotel dispone de un café Highland.

SSobel PhangLa habitación era muy espaciosa y la cama estaba cómoda. Linh era muy útil y capaz de hablar bien inglés. Nos pedimos para extras y Linh lo envió inmediatamente a nuestra habitación. La vista del balcón era impresionante, con vistas a la ciudad de un lado y la selva del otro.
La zona es bastante tranquila, pero no tenemos ningún problema para entrar y salir por Grab. Hay un lindo café llamado deer en la tienda de bosques y desserts llamada NA & pasteles que sirve pasteles muy asequibles, aunque deliciosos.
Recomendaría este hotel a amigos y familia

RRambo MA well appointed Hotel of the highest standard. Rooms are a good size amazing views overlooking DaLat City centre all the way out to the mountains. Spectacular views.
Breakfast is of the highest standard and there is a lot of choice. Different meats, vegetable dishes, excellent omelette and sunny eggs station, coffees ☕️, tea 🍵, fruit selection, fresh pastries ..everything included 😋.
The staff were brilliant and very helpful. Concierge staff are on hand to help with anything - even operating the photo booth (Duc Nguyen in the hotel lobby was awesome and nothing was too much effort 👌). They have a fun photo booth and guests can use for free.
Large reception area is very tastefully decorated ( had Christmas decorations ).
All the staff are very helpful and friendly (and they speak English as well which is super helpful)
Highly recommend this hotel if you come to DaLat. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Very negative attitude for our questions,
Gave a wrong info or I don't know!
The food was so TERRIBL, we ordered for lunch on 1st day.
Pumpkin soup and Pizza - So terrible !
No Hot pepper or no Hot sauce. They brought chilli sauce for the Pho!
But one manager was so professional, she gave us all we need plus many helpful tips
so we could finish our trip without any further trouble.
A huge hotel but very few trained staff!

It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore.
We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials.
Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat.
We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished.
We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards.
The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls.
Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing.
Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there.
On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise.

UUsuario invitadoThis place is amazing, the people were so nice and accommodating even I stayed only one night. Rooms are perhaps a little smaller than others in the area but they make up for it with thoughtful design and even the small rooms have little balcony — what else to ask for. There’s nice area on the top of the hotel with great views where you can order coffee of small bites and spend time at the computer or read.
Fair warning: this place is NOT in the city centre, it’s a bit on the outskirts so come here for serene time and peaceful scenery.

Была готова ко всему. Но очень хотела увидеть лес.
Когда заехала я поняла, как люди себя переоценивают.
Отель очень красивый! Чувствуется уровень. Причем за очень доступную стоимость. Прекрасный сад, лес и вид на озеро. Комната просто королевская. Красивая мебель, много зеркал, шикарная ванная комната.
Отличный завтрак- шведский стол. Мясные фрикадельки, бекон и сосиски, мой любимый бо кхо, много азиатских блюд, каша, свежие и тушеные овощи. Все вкусно. Не пережарено, не пересолено.
В отзывах читала, что кому то не хватило сыра и разнообразной выпечки... за такую цену вы их и не должны получить.
Девушка на ресепшене при заселениии дала номер более высокого класса, чем приятно удивила.
Место отлично подойдет для отдыха. Рядом все популярные места Далата- водопад, лавандовое поле, глиняный город и красивое озеро.
Если вы путкшествуете летом, берите тепые вещи. Вечером на улице прохладно.

The hotel itself is very beautiful as well as outside and inside. The lobby is just wow!, very stylish and once you get there it’s inviting you to sit, relax and have some drinks there!
The hotel located in very quite area, so if you are light sleeper like me it’s a perfect choice. Many nice hotels in Dalat are located next to the busy roads and do not have soundproofing (even if they say they have it), so it’s very hard to sleep there. Mercure is soooo quiet!
All the rooms located in the villas at the backyard of the hotel ( behind the main building).
All villas are designed in the French style, so once you step there it feels like you ve been teleported in the old France, though all the buildings are new.
The nice little thing that makes you feel very relaxed is the French music (chanson) playing on the territory.
The room was quite big and very nice decorated in the French- indochine style. It made me feel very comfortable like I m not in the hotel, but in my granny’s house☺️
In the evenings with the lighting the hotel looks very romantic.
The bed and pillows are super comfy.
The problem of the most hotels in Dalat in rainy season - the humidity. Unlike many hotels Mercure has air-con in the rooms, so there is no humidity.
Breakfast has a lot of options - Vietnamese and Western food. You wont stay hungry.
Also I d like to highlight the hotel staff and management. They work by high European standards providing the best service.
The only sad thing about my stay - 2 nights in this amazing place were not enough to enjoy my time there. If I ever come again to Dalat, I ll choose Mercure.
