NNadine NEl hotel es un hotel de 2 estrellas. Es bueno que traten a los visitantes que regresan como VIP y están dispuestos a hacerlo en el momento de considerar ciertas concesiones.
Yo había echado accidentalmente mi cola de chocolate en las hojas. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer”. UUsuario invitadoMy stay coincided with the king’s coronation holiday and I was certainly in for treat! Three nights of fireworks, how lucky! I even got to witness a ceremony of sorts from my room window (red carpet and the full works).
The hotel’s location is amazing with unmatched views of the Royal Palace, Wat Botum Park and from the rooftop infinity pool on the 12th floor, a breathtaking view of the river!
Just a short walk on the main road, you’ll find a small Daily Mart with necessities, the victory monument just across the road, and Brown Cafe (it’s not the only branch but it’s the coolest-looking one with a little glass house centre and good cold drip coffee).
While the hotel doesn’t have a gym, Phnom Penh is a relatively walkable city and you can definitely get your steps in while exploring.
Don’t miss the sunset - absolutely stunning from the pool. You can order food from the restaurant (the hotel’s only restaurant on the 11th floor) and they’ll serve it to you poolside.
Breakfast and the food at the hotel’s restaurant is average at best and you’re much better off having it at Brown Cafe just 2 min walk from the hotel, or any of the local eateries nearby.
When I checked in, the hotel upgraded me to a deluxe king room but I noticed a strong smell of turpentine or some chemical sealant that stung my eyes. It was likely from some recent repair works. Turning up the AC and opening the windows solved it.
Bonus points for the bedding - super comfortable. Had the best sleep and there were mornings where I had to pull myself out of bed.
But the best part of this comfortable fuss-free hotel is the warm hospitality and service from the hotel staff. They truly made my stay feel like a home away from home. Special shoutout to Thiya from the front desk for helping me out when I broke a glass in the bathroom, and for his patience with my incessant queries. I’ll certainly be back!

Al llegar a la recepción del hotel, el personal fue muy amable y me acompañó personalmente a la habitación, preguntándome si estaba satisfecho. ¡Dije que sí! Al irse, me di cuenta de que era solo una habitación doble estándar. Cuando volví a recepción para preguntar qué había pasado, me dijo que era por las vacaciones y por la gran cantidad de huéspedes. Le pregunté: ”Entonces, como reservé a través de TripAdvisor y hay muchos huéspedes, ¿podrían ceder mi habitación confirmada a otros huéspedes?”. El gerente salió, se disculpó y no dijo nada más. Tuve que decirle que querían un reembolso de la diferencia de precio. El gerente dijo que, para obtenerlo, tendrían que cancelar el desayuno que originalmente estaba incluido. Al final, me reembolsaron la diferencia de US$20 por las dos noches, pero no me dieron desayuno. ¡Estoy muy decepcionado con el servicio del hotel!

No me gustaron los desayunos; estaban fríos y sin sabor. Sin embargo, el hotel los encarga a un proveedor y te los lleva a la habitación en bandejas. Fuimos a la piscina. La vista era preciosa, pero no nos atrevimos a nadar porque el agua estaba fría.

RRobsastarEn este viaje, me remonté a uno de sus apartamentos y eso hizo que mi semana más cómoda.. Muy espacioso, baño, 2 duchas 2 WC, 2 buenas unidades de aire acondicionado y un pequeño balcón con vistas a Wat Botum pagoda.
Un buen congelador de tamaño familiar significaba mis bebidas, la carne de leche y el queso estaban fríos.
Las herramientas básicas, pero la punta superior, traigan un cuchillo de corte normal.
En el cuarto piso, me encantaba un espectáculo de relámpago imposible de ver, sin el ruido del tormenta.
El personal era lindo y muy útil. El desayuno todavía muy bueno, simple pero abundante. Pero el ”auto-catering” me permitió conseguir mis flores de maíz y leche fría de la mañana. No puedes vencer eso!
La próxima visita me verá reservar un apartamento solo.
Le Botum fue un lugar maravilloso para mí.
Ir a la calle 172. Una gran cantidad de expats .... También algunos caracteres ... y un supermercado 24h llamado 'Smile' y lo hará.
Libro Le Botum. No se decepcionará.

The primary issue was consistent noise and disruption. The hotel is currently accommodating a large number of former and displaced call center workers, and a subset of these guests regularly disregarded posted rules. This manifested as open smoking in non-designated areas and loud gatherings in the corridors late into the night, creating a challenging environment for rest.
Compounding this was a noticeable inconsistency in evening service. A clear operational friction exists between the regular floor staff and an on-site promoter subsidized by a beer company. This often led to conflicting information, particularly regarding food and beverage pricing and promotions, requiring guests to seek clarification to avoid confusion.
While the hotel's location inherently brings some ambient energy, the current level of disruption exceeds reasonable expectations. For management, addressing the enforcement of quiet hours and streamlining guest communications is crucial. For future guests seeking a quiet stay, it may be wise to inquire about the current occupancy mix or consider an upper-floor room until these operational challenges are resolved.
The potential for a good stay is here, but it is currently undermined by these preventable issues.

MMorning BeerEl hotel estaba convenientemente ubicado cerca de atracciones turísticas famosas y del centro.
La habitación era amplia y tenía un balcón donde podía fumar.
El personal también fue muy agradable.
Sin embargo, hubo un día en que un niño pequeño que parecía un niño de la calle andaba todo el tiempo en el piso donde yo me quedaba.
Además, la puerta de la habitación frente a la mía estaba abierta todo el tiempo y a menudo veía a una persona tatuada y de aspecto brusco fumando en la habitación.
No sé si era huésped o empleado del hotel, pero pasé 3 noches allí sintiéndome inseguro.

UUsuario invitadoTurned up at 6am as arrived on the overnight bus. My 2 cabin cases were carried upstairs for me to my awaiting “pod”! It had a light, plug socket & usb socket and fan, clean bedding! I slept for 5 hours until I had to leave for my plane. Bed was comfy, slept like a baby. Didn’t have time to use the amenities but saw a pool, a bar, pool table, menus , plenty of games - looked like it would’ve been a fun time! Arrived at the airport and realised I’d left my backpack & laptop etc !!! Couldn’t find the telephone no: but sent a grab and the bar man helped locate it and I managed to get it before the flight! If only I’d had more time - looked fun !
