PPeterCPAmazing hotel. Front desk and staff service is top notch. our room was clean, spacious and quite modern. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of choices, as well as a noodle cook and a fresh egg cook including omelets. the restaurant on the first floor had an excelkent selection of delicious cuisine with excellent service. the hotel also has a great heated pool, sauna and a small gym. short car ride to.the center of Shunde with lots to do and a wide variety of restaurants. When we come back to Shunde will definitely stay here again.

El entorno es hermoso y relajado Las áreas públicas son espaciosas y la vista de la habitación es excelente. El único lado de la habitación y el tamaño de la cama doble son relativamente pequeños y se sienten un poco viejos y recién llegados.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es sin duda cinco estrellas. Aunque un poco viejo, el valor para el dinero y el servicio es excelente. La habitación que tenemos está bien en tamaño. Sólo el aire acondicionado no es lo suficientemente fuerte. Sente calor durante la noche. El baño puede tener problemas con drenaje. También huele un poco. Pero el personal ofrece servicio de almuerzo superior. Las cosas deseables pueden mejorarse y esperar visitar de nuevo pronto.

UUsuario invitadoI've stayed in this hotel on prior trips as well. During the Chinese New Year I hotel hop to the best hotels for value since prices go up so much during the 10 days. This hotel is nice, and it has a good breakfast, but it is definitely feeling ”older”. The service at this hotel is not bad, but it isn't as good as I would expect at a Sheraton. I always feel like the front desk staff have a slight ”ego”. And it isn't the ”slightly shy with their English” type of thing that I get at some hotels. Which with that, I COMPLETELY understand. It's always been a smugness. I remember two years ago they were rude to my girlfriend at the time and she is Chinese. A plus of this hotel is you only have to register your car once and can come and go as you please during the entire stay. Most hotels make you register each day or each time you leave. No one explained this to us on the first trip, so when she went to scan again instead of politely letting her know she doesn't need to do that, it was more of a ”ni you bing ma” attitude. This time, no one was rude, but no one was nice either. However the porters do a great job helping pack the luggage in your car. If you're going to be in Shunde, this is a great location, and I like that the room has outdoor space (just remember MOSQUITOS in the warmer months so keep the door closed). I gave the facilities a 4 out of 5 because although the lobby and dining are nice, however the rooms themselves are starting to feel dated. I would gladly stay at this hotel again if it was the lowest price between ATour and Jade. I just wish the front desk staff were a little nicer. I don't need the GREETINGS! I get at St. Regis or Four Seasons, but a little warmth would be nice. And again, I do not think this is the ”English Shy” personality I am getting. I've been coming to China for 10 years and Foshan for 5 and it's almost like more of a ”We want to show we are very professional” but loses any warmth or ”Glad you chose to stay here”. If you compare the other hotels in the area and this is a great price, give it a try. If it's higher than Jade or Atour at Happy Landing, give those a try.

UUsuario invitadoEstaba en viaje de negocios. Ya conocía el Hotel Yazhi en otras ciudades y me había llevado una muy buena impresión del servicio. Esta vez, al llegar a Foshan, curioseé en el andén y vi la tienda Yazhi Guangfo Zhicheng, así que la elegí sin dudarlo. El espacio elegante y luminoso que vi al entrar en el vestíbulo y el cálido y cordial saludo del personal me hicieron sentir muy bien. Los chicos y chicas de recepción fueron muy amables y eficientes. La habitación tenía ventanales panorámicos, estaba limpia y ordenada, y contaba con un sistema de control inteligente para los huéspedes. Está cerca de la zona de negocios y ocio de Lingnan Tiandi. Es muy conveniente para comer, ir de compras y viajar. El hotel ofrece plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas, principalmente subterráneas. Puede ingresar directamente la matrícula y automáticamente tendrá un permiso de reconocimiento. Quédate. Es muy conveniente. El hotel está justo en el centro de la ciudad, no lejos de cualquier atracción turística, y es aún más ventajoso viajar de noche.

UUsuario invitadoI’d like to start by saying that the room was lovely and comfortable and the reception staff was accommodating and helpful.
That being said - I will not be returning to this hotel and I especially would not bring family here.
When I arrived there was a man screaming at the receptionist and knocking things off her desk. When he finally screamed loudly enough that security heard him the security guards came and talked with him for a few minutes and then THEY LEFT. It was just me, this extremely aggressive guy, and the tiny girl at reception. He immediately started knocking things down again.
Later that night, I heard the sounds of a woman sobbing, a man screaming and loud crashing noises in the room next to me. These sounds went on in increasing severity for half an hour. I was initially scared to leave because the man kept walking into the hallway and slamming the door as hard as he could over and over again. Eventually, I went down and tried to convince security there was a problem, and the security guard was just smirking and occasionally outright laughing. When I eventually convinced him and another security guard to come up to the room with me, they were talking in the elevator about how it was just a drunk guy and laughing about it. Once we got upstairs, they heard the shower running and said “it’s nothing,” with an I-told-you-so kind of look. The shouting picked up again after they left. They didn’t even knock!
I do not blame the hotel for having difficult customers. But I do fault them for their complete lack of awareness and consideration when addressing security concerns.
I didn’t feel safe in this hotel, though the room was very nice.
