MPM Hotel Sport Ski-in, Ski-Out

Though read some nasty reviews online, I booked it anyways. The hotel is indeed a bit old, but very modern, clean and well maintained! The room was great, fully modern, clean, with new shower and awesome bed! The staff is very polite and helpful. WiFi needs an upgraded... I got an eSIM... I recommend

We stayed here for a week and safe to say the recent refurbishments are excellent. Rooms are exactly like the photos, plenty of space, cosy, warm, and had everything you needed and more. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The lobby bar area is a great place to relax for a drink. We stayed half board breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options. Dinner was pre ordered at breakfast from an a al carte menu. Up to five courses available if you wish and plenty of mains to pick from. We’d highly recommend the soup and the salads there were delicious. The hotel is situated ideal for walking to the gondola and views of the slopes and mountains. Not having to get a shuttle bus there and back was great. A short 15min walk to the old down is a must visit when you stay there as well. Shops, restaurants etc are all within walking distance of the hotel which is an added bonus. This was the first time we’ve stayed here we will be back and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Just wanted to say… We have just got home to the Uk following a truly magical stay at your hotel & the service was exceptional! Truly a 5 star experience. Welcome and staff brilliant. Attention to détail excellent. Food - very good. Spa & massage.. world class. My family and I loved our stay.. I even received a surprise birthday cake delivered to my room. We are thinking of coming back next season. Extremely impressed!

Great hotel! Location is priceless. Just near the gondola and at the heart of everything . Spacious rooms, very friendly service , good breakfast. Small but nice SPA center with great and affordable massage trea**ents. Will definitely visit again!

Stayed at the MPM Sport in February 2024. Rooms, apparently, had recently been refurbished and were clean and comfortable and of a decent size. Unlike our friends room, our room (number 6) didnt have a shower screen on the bath, so I’m sure you can imagine the state of the floor after the shower had been used. Also, the toilet was too close to the bath, so sitting down was extremely awkward. Again, this was only our room as the toilet in our friends room seemed to be placed where it should be. Also, the room was like a furnace with no way to adjust the temperature. Minor *******, that didn’t really affect our stay. Rooms cleaned everyday. Very good selection for breakfast. Cereals, fruit, yogurt, omelettes, other hot items, toast, bread, ham, cheese, etc…. Didn’t eat in there for dinner, so can’t comment on evening meals. The boot/ski room is based on the lower ground floor and has direct access outside. You can come back in the same way, so don’t forget you key card to enable access. The room is literally that… a room. It incorporated racks and shelves but no secure lockers, which I’ve had in other hotels in other resorts. In my opinion, the room could be done with being a bit bigger as well. The spa was lovely and was relaxing after a days skiing. The pool was a good size and the sauna and steam room were great. There was also a separate room with, what I can only describe, as having hot baths in. These were also very nice. There was also a hot tub outside. Just remember your key card so you can get back in!! They also massages and trea**ents at a cost, but I didn’t get any, so can’t comment. Overall, the hotel is in a good location with the main area of bars/ restaurants bring about a 2-3 minute walk.

Spent 4 nights at MPM Sport Hotel in February. The hotel has a great location next to the gondola and in the main street with resturants and bars. My room had a balcony with a view to the bottom of the ski road and I did not notice any noice from the outside. Good breakfast and nice spa area. Would defenitly reccomend this hotel to guests visiting Bansko.

Worst 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at, this hotel is definitely not 5 star, everything needs updating, we had to move rooms 3 times during a 1 week stay because of an insect infestation. Food isn’t great either, definitely look elswere for your accommodation

First of all definitely NOT 5 STAR HOTEL , staff were very friendly and polite, especially the dining room staff. Location for ski was very good ski slope at the back of hotel . Rooms are very old need updating . We stayed half board & only had 1 evening meal as food wasn’t good. Breakfast was ok except the fruit was rotten Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
