"We went for a full body massage here and it was excellent! The best full-body massage I’ve ever had. (And they do mean full body…!) The masseuse was very skilful at finding the places where my muscles ache and massaging them with just the right amount of pressure. Extremely enjoyable. My husband found his massage very high-pressure and more of a struggle, but still enjoyable and the masseur gave advice for his posture etc too."

"El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas con 3 habitaciones. El centro de spa era agradable con una buena piscina, jacuzzi y sauna, además con un centro de fitness. El hotel está muy cerca de las pistas de esquí, lo que hizo la experiencia para los esquíes muy fácil y práctico. El personal era muy bueno. Ellos eran muy amables, tratando de satisfacer todas nuestras necesidades. El ascensor se rompe uno de los días y nos ofrecen inmediatamente otro apartamento 1-bedroom en el piso, ya que teníamos a una persona mayor con nosotros. El otro apartamento también tenía lavavajillas, que se demostró ser muy útil durante nuestra estancia. La gente de la ciudad se ha convertido en un buen lugar para la celebración de la ciudad, la música y el baile. En general, hemos pasado un tiempo fabuloso y volveremos a este hotel la próxima vez que estamos en Bansko."

"For a family of four, the hot water supply was insufficient, and it took quite a while to heat up. Hopefully, it could be expedited. The terrace was large and comfortable, with a beautiful view; definitely worth visiting again."

"This shouldn’t be a 4* hotel ,we are staying as a family of 7 people in just at the time of writing this review in all inclusive basis,apparently the all inclusive works only in between the hours when the kitchen works,as an example 7-10.30am breakfast or 18.30pm-21.00pm diner,you get the cheapest stuff and you have to pay for a Coca Cola or a mineral water for an example,it’s a joke of a an all inclusive,the food is fine,the alcohol is the cheapest possible for a all inclusive(you have no choice),the night bar close down at 11pm and the night shift reception composed of old farts it’s clearly not to be there, rude old people for a 4* hotel ,not to forget,don’t ever buy a massage,the massages are done by an Ukrainian lady who clearly doesn’t know what a massage means and tries to put her fingers up in your ass,location talking it’s great and all in all this is 3* hotel"

"Absolutely wonderful stay. The kindness of the hosts made it feel like home from home, without the squabbling children or yapping dogs! The hotel was spotless, comfy and incredibly well priced. No hesitation in recommending it, just not when I’m staying, so I can get a room! They have created a warm, relaxed bar area, which is perfect for post ski, pre dinner drinks and, of course, a night cap. This was my third and best stay yet. Will be back next year, if only to drink the fabulous wine Marin gave me, that I had to leave behind the bar. Superb people, lovely hotel and great town."

"I booked this hotel on Priceline where it advertises Free Airport Shuttle. I contacted the hotel to arrange the transfer and their response was "You must be joking if you expect free airport shuttle Come on " Whilst I wouldn't expect such an unprofessional response, more concerning, it is illegal to falsely advertise a service as part of the deal and to refuse to provide it. At the moment they are refusing to provide a refund. The screen shot of the false advertising is shown below."
