Casa Karina Bansko - Wellness & Ski hotel

"Great hotel in a good location - five minute walk to lifts and close to bars and restaurants in the evening. Rooms were basic / no frills but comfortable. Food was amazing and the chef doing eggs at breakfast was a winner for me. Liked that breakfast started at 7, so you still had time to change into ski gear and get on an early lift. Staff friendly. What stands out of this hotel, is the spa facilities - pool area is warm and inviting, perfect place to relax. Spa services were fabulous and reasonably priced. Bar and public areas nice, too. Ski storage and ski hire on site. Reception extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely return."

Belvedere Holiday Club

"Had a lovely stay once again in Belvedere. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was serviced daily. Perhaps the housekeeper was a bit over zealous about towels etc! The Reception staff this time were much friendlier and accommodating than previously. The outside pool area is as nice as anywhere I’ve been, with very clean, clear water, a picturesque panorama and pleasant ambience. You can swim up to the pool bar which is fun. The outdoor staff were friendly and efficient. Afternoon snacks from the restaurant were good quality and cheap. Overall I’d recommend Belvedere. It is well located in the town of Bansko within walking distance of the town centre and very close to supermarkets and the gondola. It has magnificent views of the Pirin Mountains.A trip up in the cable car is an enjoyable visit, even in summer. Weather ranged from cool to very pleasantly warm."

"This hotel is great value for money. I liked the SPA a lot, they have a very good Hamman. 24 hours reception, it is located away from the big noise but still close to the centre (walking distance). Very friendly and English speaking staff. Free parking space close by. Variated breakfast."

"El calor excesivo en la habitación, no se ajustaba de alguna parte.Dormíamos con ventanas abiertas ... El baño no es práctico, las perforaciones de agua en las máquinas de lavar son demasiado cortas, no se podía lavar, El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Personal con algunas excepciones a las niñas alegre, relutante como si les debíamos ir ... El limpieza no es bueno, aunque el primer día que llegamos a la habitación estaba bien las dos camas simples se pusieron y el baño estaba vacío. La piscina es pequeña en relación con el tamaño del hotel, el segundo día que cloreamos los ojos (incluso para aquellos que no han notado) El lobby es muy pequeño en relación con lo que parece en la foto. Hotel Crima porque tiene posibilidades Por el precio que pagamos fue inaceptable ...."

"Coach driver had no idea where he was going once we got to bansko. Arrived at hotel gone midnight. Room ok, comfy and clean. Food atrocious, always luke warm or cold, stuck together scrambled and fried eggs, tasteless cereal and bread so hard it didn’t need toasting. Evening meal awful, once again luke warm and very unappetising. No English breakfast tea after the third day of our week. Staff not very helpful made worse by about 40 kids arriving on our second day treating the hotel like a racetrack. Running round the corridors and making a noise, 7 teachers taking no notice and letting them run riot. Kids sitting up at the bar with the teachers. Picked up to go home 90 minutes after our pick up time so a mad rush when we got back to Sofia airport. Total chaos and came home in desperate need of a holiday. Hotel pirin should be called hostel pirin."

"For a family of four, the hot water supply was insufficient, and it took quite a while to heat up. Hopefully, it could be expedited. The terrace was large and comfortable, with a beautiful view; definitely worth visiting again."

"La ubicación es increíble a sólo 15 minutos a pie de la estación de gondola. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero no se podía encontrar en el hotel. El único lado que diría es que el ducha tenía algunas formas, pero que es un fácil reparación y la matriz fue un poco suave reemplazo de necesidades."

"Hotel was clean and tidy, beds helped after a long day skiing. The family hosts are very welcoming and funny, Marin will take you to the top gondola (when police allow for a reasonable fee) worth it instead of queuing for a few hours at the bottom!"
