Love it love it love it. This hotel deserves their five stars service reviews. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The spa facilities was absolutely perfect! Will definitely be back!

The swimming pool was a little cold

Nice , clean hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast selection. Evening meals reparative though and not exactly schemed for a specific cuisine…. but plenty of choices. Large rooms, clean with good quality bedding, but too hot for us and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. Lovely spa and swimming pool facilities …. and shuttle bus to slopes every 15 minutes, 👍 Thanks for lovely stay. Hope to see you again!

We went to the spa and it was fabulous. We had some issues with our original booking and our airport transfer and the staff were so accommodating and made some calls to get our bookings changed to an earlier time. The actual spa itself was lovely and serene. I received a back, shoulder and neck massage from Florida which was absolutely divine. She managed to locate every area of tension on my back and ironed it out. I wish I could go back to get massages from her on a regular basis! A bit pricier than other spas in the area but well worth every penny.

The hotels Junior suite is spacious .Booked late deal to celebrate my wife's birthday.Excellant skiing conditions and having a marvellous time.The tour operator Balkan Ski arranged Ski tuition and lift passes for us so we did not have to worry about the booking of our ski school.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. The food was good and plentiful, our Alpine room was lovely very warm and cosy (531). Sunday nights entertainment was amazing. Shuttle bus to the slopes was an added bonus, running every 15 minutes. Would recommend.

My family (2 adults and 2 kids) spent five days at the hotel for a ski trip. We had a really good time at Premier. Reservation and transfers were done by email. Katerina was always super fast to reply, very polite and effective. Our transfer was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and he was very polite and professional. We arrived few minutes before 9 pm. That’s the time the dinner buffet ends but the reception staff (Tks Abdi!) contacted the kitchen and they allowed us to dinner even though it was over 9 pm. The Staff is really amazing. They always greet you with a smile and try to do an extra mile to please the guests. We hired the equipment and ski coaches from the hotel’s ski shop and did not regret. Vic was always happy to help us to put our boots on and help with the equipment. Our coaches (Daniel with the adults and Plamen with the kids) were really good as well. The possibility of buying the VIP ski passes to skip the line was also good. Room was massive. Looked a little outdated but it was more than good for us. As there is always room for improvement: 1. Food from the main restaurant was really good (we had half board), especially the soups. But it could have more variety from one day to another. Even on the thematic dinners, we had the impression that they used the same ingredients but presented differently. 2. The hotel location is not very central (10 min on foot from the centre. It’s not a big deal). The hotel provides a very comfortable shuttle to the ski station entrance from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from the ski station to the hotel from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. I would suggest to start the shuttle in the afternoon a little early like some other hotels do. 3. The spa area was nice. Kids loved the pool and jacuzzi and my wife loved the sauna and steam. It was packed as there were lots of guests (UK’s school half term). Some days there were no chairs for us and one day they run out of towels. I recommend the hotel and would return. Its a pity because this hotel does many things very well but on 3 or 4 separate occasions over the course of the week they really let themselves down. The rooms for the most part are great and spacious however the food is average at best and far from 5 star We asked for tap water at dinner on night 1 and were told it was hotel policy to not allow this ( although its perfectly OK just upstairs in the bar ). Having eaten at a variety of Michelin star restaurants across the globe we always ask for tap water and its never an issue. Sorry I just don't like to pay for water. Forgive me. Secondly the glass in the shower in our friends room shattered as she was trying to get into the shower. If it was my room I would have complained immediately but they decided against it although she had pieces of glass in her foot and her head. Fair enough. But on check out the hotel reception had the audacity to add 600 euros to their hotel bill for a broken shower door. You just couldn't make it up. Eventually they decided to write it off in return for a good TA review. One or two other little things across the course of the week were also highly frustrating but all in all this is not a hotel I would return to simply because the staff and the management ( with some exceptions) are rude and inclined to make ill advised decisions
