Hoy, 22 de marzo de 2020 (Domingo) fue un bloqueo completo debido a la enfermedad de Coronavirus (COVID-19) de 7 a 9 PM. Desafortunadamente, yo tenía mi fecha de salida hoy mismo. En esta situación de crisis, había pedido al hotel que prolongara mi estancia por otro día con una tarifa mínima para que no arriesgue la vida de mí mismo y de mi familia a salir del hotel. El hotel ***agement había negado claramente esta afirmación de que el tiempo de salida es 12 PM y al máximo pueden permitir dos horas más, lo que es 2PM. Más tarde, acordaron el check-out 3PM y después de un argumento caliente dijeron que puedo hacerlo por 4PM. Si estoy en el hotel más allá de 4PM me cobrarán el mismo precio (puede ser INR 200-300 menos) que he estado en el hotel durante los últimos días. Estaban aprovechando esta oportunidad para ganar más dinero y aprovechar esta rara y muy crítica situación. Personalmente, lo había considerado como un delito, en lugar de extender una mano de ayuda, pensaban simplemente en dinero en esta situación de crisis. Deseo hacer una cosa muy clara: había pedido al hotel SFO que prorrogar mi estancia por otro día con tarifa mínima no porque quería quedarme en ese hotel por placer, sino porque pensé que no tenía otra opción en esta situación de crisis. La única opción que tenía en este momento era moverme a mí mismo y a mi familia a otro lugar (aunque es una amenaza para la vida) que está a una ***ageable distancia a pie (~2 KM) del hotel SFO, ya que el transporte público también se cerró. El otro hotel ha entendido mi situación y ha proporcionado un cuarto de 2 noches a tarifa muy nominal. El escritorio frontal ***ager había actuado muy generosamente conmigo y parecía que el ***agement no se importaba de ser hu***, pero que sólo querían dinero incluso en esta crisis. No tienen miedo de perder negocios como han colaborado con ***y empresas y creen que sus negocios continúan fluyendo debido a viajes de negocios y incluso si se comportan mal con sus huéspedes... Realmente deseo y oro que este hotel aprenda su lección algún día...
