Una estancia excelente que refleja fielmente la calidez y la profesionalidad de la auténtica hospitalidad de Sri Lanka. El hotel era cómodo, con un servicio eficiente y un ambiente acogedor. El personal fue excepcionalmente cortés, atento y profesional durante toda mi estancia, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera perfecta y agradable. En resumen, una estancia fantástica con un servicio excepcional. Muy recomendable tanto para viajeros de negocios como de placer.

La habitación era limpia y cómoda, y el personal era muy amable y útil. La ubicación es conveniente, y todo satisface mis expectativas. Excelente valor por dinero. Me gustaría quedarme aquí otra vez y recomendarlo a otros.

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. Nos hemos dado la oportunidad de comer y de comer todos esos días. La ubicación es buena. El personal es amable. La habitación es básica, pero está bien. El desayuno era básico: tostadas, tortilla y fideos, pero suficiente. ¡Vale la pena por el precio si buscas comodidad!

Adoro la calidad de la lavandería y las opciones de la barra y la comida fueron un bonito bono, pero honestamente, el standing fue el servicio. En el momento en que me fui, me sentí como si tuviera mi propio entouramiento personal de caballeros de Sri Lanka. 😊 Los hombres de la puerta siempre estaban allí para ayudar con mis preguntas de navegación, y con obtener un tuk-tuk medido. Lo hicieron con los sonrisos más amables y tan gentilmente, me recordó a mis queridos tíos de vuelta en Canadá. Además, la piscina de techo es fantasticsea un gran lugar para relajarse y relajarse. El único pequeño problema es que hay que esperar un poco de agua caliente, pero no afecta el uso. En general, el precio es muy alto, la próxima vez que vienen aquí debería considerar la posibilidad de volver a vivir.

Berjaya Hotel is a grand entrance. Feels like premium hotel and is best for the people who want to explore the beach. The view from the hotel was very serene, waking up to the sight of beach is amazing. The train passes by every few minutes which might be a nuance if you like absolute quiet environments. There are restraunts and bars nearby on the beach which is a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It was strange to find a lack of amenities in the room like toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. I had a walk a couple of kilometres to find a shop to buy slippers before I could take a shower and relax after a long flight. The staff was very helpful during the checkin and checkout process helping me carry my luggage even at 4am in the morning. The complimentary breakfast was also delightfully diverse with a mix of Desi, Continental and Srilankan dishes. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I hope the hotel management can add to the amenities so the international travellers can have a more comfortable stay.

I booked this hotel on August 8 and received a confirmation. However, when I arrived at around 9 PM on August 15, the hotel had no record of my booking under my name. It was a really frustrating experience – especially after a long day of travel. I contacted Trip.com customer service immediately, and they worked on it, but unfortunately they couldn't secure a room for me at this property. I had to find another hotel last minute that night. The good news: Trip.com has already reached out to me and confirmed they'll reimburse all my costs. That's a huge relief, and I really appreciate their responsiveness. Despite this one-off glitch, I still trust Trip.com for future travels – these things happen, and they handled it professionally. Since I never actually stayed here, I can't comment on the rooms, cleanliness, or service – so I'm keeping my ratings neutral across all categories. A quick tip for fellow travelers: Always double-check your booking by calling the hotel directly a day before arrival, especially if you're arriving late. Even with confirmation, errors can slip through. That way, you avoid the stress I went through. Overall, I can't recommend or criticize this hotel – I just didn't get to stay. But full credit to Trip.com for stepping up and making things right. Will definitely book with them again.
