This is a huge hotel, and presumably has suffered a lack of investment due to low tourist numbers because of lockdowns and other problems - hence some of the complaints in other reviews - but it looks as though investment is now happening. Our room was in very good condition, spacious and clean, and well-equipped. We had a great view along the public beach and spent ages watching all the photo-shoots which were taking place on the beach. The restaurant was very good and offered a great selection of food. One tip I would offer is to check all the food areas before starting to eat dinner - I did not realise that the internal area had a lot of salad and sushi options as well as desserts, until after I had had my main course! Dining outside is an option, but it was too hot for us so we ate inside. Live music was being played on the terrace. Breakfast was also good, although I had trouble getting a cup of coffee: when I got up and went over to get my own, staff suddenly appeared from nowhere, berating me for using the machine and shouting that this coffee was chargeable, and without giving me the option to pay, a waiter pressed the "cancel" button; not the best start to the day. There is a comfortable lounge area with a bar, close to reception. The private beach to the south of the hotel is beautiful.
