It was a great hotel. The food at their restaurants were excellent. The service by the various staff in the hotel was also excellent. The hotel had great facilities with Gym and Spa, etc. The hotel is well located in the city center and opposite the Trade Center.

El hotel más satisfactorio en el que nos hemos alojado en Colombo, Sri Lanka. Aunque la habitación es un poco anticuada, ¡la vista es fantástica! El restaurante del hotel sirve suntuosos y deliciosos desayunos, almuerzos y cenas. Hay un bar al lado de la piscina, que es muy adecuado para ver. The front desk staff wasn't much helpful when we checked in. He didn't give us much information about the hotel. There was no welcome drink served and after check in we had to figure out the rest ourselves like our room floor, breakfast, swimming pool, etc. We had to communicate directly to the housekeeping manager for our extra bed. I commend the housekeeping manager and staffs for a job well done. Basically, they compensated the unimpressive performance of the front desk by surprising us with some towel arts, flowers, and fruit everyday.

First time travelling to Sri Lanka and checked in to a great hotel. The service was wonderful and I was greeted warmly by the staff. Room was clean and spacious with a great view of the ocean. Options for breakfast were not great, but good enough with tasty food. The only minor complaint was the water temperature of the shower as the temperature fluctuated quite often.
