I recently booked a room at this hotel for my parents, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their experience. From the moment they arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my parents were comfortable and well taken care of. The service was truly outstanding. The room was booked for one night and included breakfast the following morning, which my parents thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel also has a restaurant where guests can purchase extra meals at any time, which was very convenient. The availability of a car park made their stay even more hassle-free. My parents were very satisfied with every aspect of their visit, and I’m grateful to the hotel crew for making their stay so enjoyable. Thank you for your exceptional service! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff and security guard were so kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel interior was beautiful and well designed, and everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. The place is good for the price. The location is very close to the beach and restaurants, has a nice garden and pool, with lots of common areas to hang out in. The bed was comfortable and room decent with a nice balcony. They seem to only focus on cleaning the basics. I wish they’d clean a little bit deeper, and fix a couple of things because the place could be quite nice. There are some bugs - to be expected in a tropical, budget place but not too bad. Mainly there was lots of ants in the bathroom, and the walls aren’t properly sealed so it’s easy for the ants to get in. If they just did some very basic repairs, renovation and deep cleaning the place would be great. I’d still say it was good value for the location and I would stay there again if passing through Colombo.

La habitación es más limpia que imaginar, la cama es muy cómoda, y no hay ruido en la noche. El servicio de recepción es bueno, el tratamiento de la estancia es rápido y los problemas ayudarán a resolver. El único pequeño problema es que hay que esperar un poco de agua caliente, pero no afecta el uso. En general, el precio es muy alto, la próxima vez que vienen aquí debería considerar la posibilidad de volver a vivir.

The stayed at Lavinia Bay Beach Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly designed, offering a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view from the balcony with a sea view, which provided a perfect spot for relaxation. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, with fresh ingredients and excellent presentation.But the pool has to be renovated and maintained.

I stayed there for a night and extended the stay for one more night. There's a kettle, water, glasses and cups, coffee and tea, a fridge, bottles of shampoo/conditioner and lotion. You can have breakfast on the sixth floor, and there's a great café called Grind nearby. Two supermarkets - Spar and another one - within 5-10 minutes on foot. The towels had tone cream spots on them, and they don't seem to clean every day (on the second day, i called to ask for some water and toiletries, but only got water). Besides, i heard the noise of the vacuum cleaner in the hall at 9:30 pm - i requested a quiet room and was trying to fall asleep, so that was disappointing.

Berjaya Hotel is a grand entrance. Feels like premium hotel and is best for the people who want to explore the beach. The view from the hotel was very serene, waking up to the sight of beach is amazing. The train passes by every few minutes which might be a nuance if you like absolute quiet environments. There are restraunts and bars nearby on the beach which is a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It was strange to find a lack of amenities in the room like toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. I had a walk a couple of kilometres to find a shop to buy slippers before I could take a shower and relax after a long flight. The staff was very helpful during the checkin and checkout process helping me carry my luggage even at 4am in the morning. The complimentary breakfast was also delightfully diverse with a mix of Desi, Continental and Srilankan dishes. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I hope the hotel management can add to the amenities so the international travellers can have a more comfortable stay.

El jefe y el servidor son excelentes, con gusto ayudan a los demás, mi línea de datos de teléfono móvil está roto, el jefe me llevó a comprar. La habitación del hotel está diseñada de manera inexistente y tiene un sentimiento de casa. Los árboles están fuera de casa, el campo de los pájaros de la mañana, una pantalla tropical de la selva. Cada día, los jefes hacen un desayuno delicioso, saludable y nutritivo. El jefe presenta entusiastas vistas locales que merecen una visita y un ambiente local de viento y tierra, lo que es muy emocionante. Es un hotel de estancia en casa. Excelente servicio, El propietario está listo para hacer todo lo que pueda para ayudar. Árboles tropicales alrededor de la casa y usted se despierta con la canción de los pájaros en la mañana. Muy delicioso desayuno, tanto el sabor local como el oeste.

Amazing location and friendly staff and clean rooms. Will be a added bonus if we can have Jaffna food Available all day from lunch time till midnight. Great experianca. Well done

Location was good, in the heart of the city. Rooms are average and hotel did not provide shower cap, soap and shampoo. Else everything was ok. Recommend only for short stay. The only thing i like about hotel was friendly staff and plenty of food restaurants nearby area. Else everything was average.
