Habitación espectacular sobretodo las que tienen vistas al mar. Personal muy amable. Acogedor y elegante. Hotel con mejor ubicación y vistas de Bakú. El personal del desayuno excelente. No vaciabas el vaso de zumo que ya te lo retiraban. Una nota negativa para el servicio de piscina. Nefasto. Los camareros son unos vagos y sucios. No recogen ni los vasos ni botellas ni los restos de comida aunque pasen 40 veces por delante. Eso sí fumar y estar de risas sí que lo podían hacer. Desmerecen la calidad del hotel. También deberían llamar al orden a los clientes que no se saben comportar como por ejemplo dejar que los padres les hagan hacer pipi a los niños al lado de la piscina.

Excellent upmarket hotel. Very friendly staff, nothing too big or small. Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Missed a night so they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite facing the old town / overlooking the flame towers. Lovely room, cleaned twice per day and comfy beds. There’s a lovely bar on site which also had a pianist on the Friday evening; plus a whiskey/ cigar lounge which was pleasant. Drinks in both were great. Also used the room service option. Chocolate fondant was excellent, chicken sandwich average but a decent selection and prices of the mini bar fridge weren’t unreasonable. There is also a spa on site, although didn’t use it prices weren’t advertised and couldn’t find much online (even tried downloading the four seasons app). Did ring them to get prices but can’t recall what they are. The hotel also has an ATM which is really handy as taxis are predominantly cash based if you use the Bolt app to get a driver. You can also rent scooters to get around the city which are a very short walk away from the hotel (and worth it considering the traffic!). Felt very safe here and would definitely return back to the same hotel again.

Милый небольшой отель. Вид прекрасный. Завтраки вполне приличные, но кофе платный, если кому принципиально. Номер у нас на троих, большой, удобный, вид на море. Фен, халаты, тапки, чай-кофе, чайничек, и вода ежедневно. Чудесный вид. До фуникулера 5 минут пешком, спускаетесь вниз и вы на бульваре гуляйте, отдыхайте, наслаждайтесь. Посетили спа в отеле, делали массажи, очень все понравилось. У нас был один час бесплатный, что приятно. Если возникали какие-то вопросы (бокалы в номер или такси вызвать и т.п.) все оперативно решалось сотрудниками. Рестораном не воспользовались, т.к. вкушали местную кухню в городе, про еду в отеле не могу ничего сказать, кроме того, что цены значительно выше, чем в городе. В общем и целом рекомендую этот отель, если вы не страдаете снобизмом. Спасибо персоналу.

Quite disappointed. Firstly, do not book the breakfast. There is no choice at all, it’s porridge or omelette every day - you can’t even get your eggs done another way. The woman who serves it just stands blankly in front of you without saying a word, doesn’t explain the options, when pressed just replies “omelette” over and over. This is served with a croissant, a few olives, and a bit of bread on the side etc. The croissants are soggy and inedibly chewy at the bottom, clearly from frozen, literally couldn’t eat them. Bread is rock solid. We initially thought the price was decent when first booking breakfast (and hadn’t had it yet) but the street is full of cute places offering actual nice breakfasts for half the price, so it’s very high for the area. There’s also no air con in the restaurant and the sun hits it directly so it’s very warm. Besides the sad breakfast, the experience was mixed/poor. Besides the strange interpretation of customer service in the restaurant, staff are generally pleasant and ready to help with luggage. The bathroom is well stocked with toiletries and has a spacious shower, and the hotel’s location in the old town is ideal. 15 minutes from fountain square, maybe 10 to the promenade. Now for the flipside: only one flat pillow each, looking very lost on the large double bed. Duvet is the wrong size for the bed, it doesn’t even each the sides of the mattress, let alone hang over, so you’ll be duvet fighting all night. Room has a lot of floor space but they clearly didn’t know what to do with it, it all just feels a bit lost and uninspiring, certainly doesn’t feel like a boutique hotel at all. For some inexplicable reason they are reluctant to replenish the toilet paper until you literally go down to reception to ask for some each time; the cleaner is happy to replace shampoo but seemingly not toilet paper, and they only provide one roll at a time, so you’re always caught short at some point - just bizarre. Window for the room without a balcony is not to the outside but to the corridor which lacks privacy, not sure if we missed this in the room description but what couldn’t be expected is that the corridor remains fully illuminated all night and the curtains don’t block the light. You obviously also can’t really air the room because of the window situation.

I will start with what I like before even reaching to the hotel. After the booking i was contacted by Edwin to give me some advises about transportation and money exchange. Arriving to the hotel we were welcomed by Edwin at the door helped us with the luggage and giving us all the information about Baku , places to visit , restaurants and all what you need. The hotel is in very quiet area yet very near to all the atrocities and old city , we didn’t have to use transportation at all . The room is quite small but absolutely clean and looks like it’s brand new , tea and coffee and water bottles are available. We loved our stay there and I really don’t have words to thank Edwin for all his help and being so friendly all over our stay . Highly recommend it .

El servicio es muy lento, no espera mucho. Sin duda, me aconsejaría no tener desayuno allí en absoluto. La ubicación del hotel es excelente. en el corazón de la antigua ciudad, cerca de la estación de metro, muchos restaurantes alrededor. A pesar de la mala experiencia en la comida y el servicio, aconsejo que este hotel sea muy acogedor y limpio.
