Hands down the best hotel in Baku. Very friendly,helpful and amazing staff. Especially Mr. Hussayn was very friendly and went out of his way to help us and other guests in every way. Gem of a person and an amazing hotel.

Siamo stati qui un anno fa, ed era stata un'esperienza eccellente. Questa volta ho trovato dei peggioramenti nella qualità per esempio delle amenities, ridotto all'essenziale. La colazione è di qualità ma limitata. Personale della reception disponibile e preparato. Personale della colazione magnifico. Personale della piscina eccellente.

Very good hotel but with some unexpected glitches in the rooms like useless iron, floor mat in the bathroom preventing shower door from opening, noisy aircon and absent toilet brush. Also the room was entered after midnight by presumably room service without knocking, which was quite shocking to say the least. For an otherwise excellent 5 star hotel this list is a bit too long.

The most elegant and favorite hotel in the heart of Baku. I always feel fascinated when I visit JW by its extraordinary design, fabulous restaurants and great staff. Specially Zaur’s always helpful to be informed about hotel’s new features.

I just had an amazing stay at the JW Marriott Baku. Got upgraded to a junior suite with views of the flame tower. As a tourist the experience is top notch with everyone being friendly and courteous, from front desk staff, bell boys, breakfast servers and chefs, and lounge staff etc. Special thanks to Huseyn at the concierge who made my trip more memorable with tour guides arrangements, restaurant recommendations and helpful tips with transportation. This is the place to stay in Baku!

What an amazing experience we had at this fabulous hotel for 3 nights at Baku. The deluxe room is spacious with wonderful view of the cityscape. The bathroom is huge & partitioned in such a way that it does not inconvenience multiple usage. We need to thank Farid at front desk who arranged for a very early check in at 8 am the day we arrived, which helped us a lot in changing & going out for our tour in a more relaxed manner. Room service was extremely prompt. Breakfast at Zest lifestyle cafe has a large & wonderful spread, catering to all taste buds. Aynur & her team's care & attentiveness needs a special mention. Can't thank you enough for the wonderful kindness.

5 stars world class property and service. Staff are courteous, warm, flexible, and responsive. I stayed here a couple of times and wasn’t surprised to hear that this is the first choice for the famous and celebrities. Highly recommend this. Special thank you to Murad Akbarli and team.

Facility was good and well managed, but the staff was excellent. I assume all their staff are local. They were so courteous, friendly with exhibited extreme level of willingness to help the guests. It was my daughter's birthday which I didn't mention. They noticed from the passport while checking in and unbelievably, staff at three restaurants we visited knew it was her birthday and beside wishes she was treated with a small cake. This was in addition to a nice cake sent to the room with a couple of staff to wish. Overall excellent stay

The hotel exceeded all my expectations! Wonderful rooms and attentive staff created a cozy atmosphere. But I especially want to mention the "Pivnaya Apteka" restaurant nearby the hotel. Their craft beer and dishes are simply delightful! I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone!

One of the best locations, the hotel is def worth considering. Overall a memorable stay. However the lobby restaurant for breakfast requires an upgrade as it feels very dated and the furniture is old too. Overall vegetarian options are limited at the hotel and overall a much better level of service is required to cater to vegetarian customers with multiple food options.
