Excellent hotel. Excellent people. Best service. Room very spacious. Everything sparkling clean. Beautiful view from 15th floor during breakfast. Enjoyed very much our stay. We’ll stay again during our next visit to Baku

в номере убрано, но на ковре пятна и следы напитков, на обшивке дивана дырка... при выезде из отеля запросили оплату городского налога, который уже был оплачен при заселении, не очень приятные впечатления

Отель на ремонте!!! Изначально не хотели говорить на русском, делая вид, что не понимают! Потом заговорили!!!)) но это не проблема! Проблема в том, что к 5 звездам этот отель не имеет ни какого отношения! Слабая 3-ка, ближе к 2! Не советую! Девушка на ресепшен, к сожалению не помню её имя, умница!!! Только за это поставил не всё так ужасно😂

Bugün giriş yaptım 701 nolu odaya. İlk izlenimlerim: 1.gelemden 10 gün önce manzara konusu için mail göndermiştim fakat dikkate almamışlar. 2.Oda kliması sıcak moduna birtürlü geçmedi. Teknik geldi gitti. Akşam yemeğinden geldiğimde yapılmıştı 3. Odada kalem yok (laundry formu dolduracağım ama kalem yoktu odada) 4. Yeni bir otel olmasına karşın halilar ölmüş.(şekerliler hem oda içi hem koridor) 5. Mini bar boş olaması Olumlu yorumlarım: 1. Odalar g***t geniş ve dizayn harika 2. Güleryüzlü ve yardımsever personeliniz var 3. İnternet muazzam 4.room service hızlı hizmet veriyor.

The location of the property is superb within walking distance to Nizami street. The hotel facilities are great and all the staff are helpful and super professional. Thanks to Guest relations supervisor Nigar for making our stay much more comfortable.

The room, located on the 14th floor, was large and well-equipped. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was open until late morning and offered a good variety of food. We found it very convenient to have room service, especially upon our late arrival. It was a relief to order dinner after midnight without any issues, especially since we were traveling with two children. The laundry service was also impeccable.

A great location near to many city hotspots. The overall experience was hygienic and top-class! The food is also good! Nigar at reception is extremely helpful and kind to plan your days and tours.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was really accommodating for all requests. The location is great as it is close to everything (hospital, pharmacy, malls) as well as the city center. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the house keeping staff are lovely. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Good service and nice hotel! Staff very friendly and helpful. Well located and close to city Centre. Would recomend for anyone traveling to Baku!
