I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. Pagar consejo sólo cuando llegue. Fuimos pagados locales a través de Bucking de su tarjeta y en el respiratorio nunca puede encontrar el salario. Совершенно непонятно, откуда у отеля такие хорошие рейтинги. Прокуренный номер, вечно мокрый ковролин со стороны душа (через стену), дырявое постельное бельё, грязные и дырявые полотенца - ну максимум троечка из пяти. Мало вешалок, грязный стол, ржавый страшный слив в душе. В номере холодно, в окнах какие-то щели, которые никак не закроешь (у одного из окон ручка снята), кондиционер на тепло не работает (на ресепшн сказали, что он централизованный и посоветовали его не включать, чтобы было теплее). Из плюсов - номера просторные и не тесные (но тёмные, но это беда многих отелей), сотрудники ресепшн (особенно Александра, её хвалят во многих отзывах и я не исключение). На завтраке много всего, думаю что каждый найдёт, чем позавтракать, отдельно отмечу кофе - как правило в отелях он отвратителен, здесь же вполне себе. Расположение отеля не плохое и не хорошее - вроде и не так далеко от центра, близко к набережной, с другой стороны - рядом стройки, и дом типа фавел)) Резюме - отель за свои деньги пойдёт, но рейтинг никак не оправдывает.

Perfect location within walking distance to all the attractions, close to the old city, the promenade, etc. I stayed there for three enjoyable weeks. Amazing staff Turan, Ibrahim and the lovely Rashid, attentive to every request and help with everything needed with patience and kindness. The room is modest but has everything needed for a long and short stay Comfortable bed, hot water and strong current in the shower, electric kettle, refrigerator, TV, air conditioner, shower products. And very clean, with no aftertaste. The breakfast is modest, enough to start the day. The hotel has a good restaurant and excellent black beer. This is the hotel for me also for the next time when I arrive.

La habitacion muy austera, el bano se miraba viejo y deteriorado, jabon y vanities como shampoo y enjuague de baja calidad, toallas exactas 2, no hiciero nunca el TURN OVER o la cortesia nocturna, el colchon de la habitacion 1516 estaba VENCIDO parecia hamaca. Yo me esperaba como lo promocionan un hotel de 5 ESTRELLAS, buen colchon, toallas extras, buen jabon , shampoo, y acondicionador. Que me hicieran la cortesia nocturna o TURN OVER, que el marmol del bano estubira en buennas condiciones no todo manchado y con silicon con hongo en las orillas de la regadera. No volveria a quedarme ahi, ni lo recomendaria.
