Desde nuestra llegada al hotel hasta nuestra salida puedo decir que la amabilidad y cuidado que demuestra el personal del hotel es exquisito. Es un hotel muy acorde a su categoría con todo lujo de detalles. Hemos tenido un problema con la televisión de la habitación la cual no funcionó hasta la noche antes de irnos, pero en el momento que se lo pusimos en conocimiento al Jefe de Recepción su interés por subsanar ese contratiempo fue admirable. De hecho hasta nos invitaron a cenar en su restaurante mexicano, todo un detalle. Sobre sus instalaciones son sobresalientes como la piscina, spa … Es un hotel totalmente recomendable, sin duda repetiremos.

No dije que el edificio emblemático de Ammán no recomienda la sala del atrio (la primera vez que no sé qué es la sala del atrio). No hay ventanas y la puerta no se puede abrir. Detrás de la puerta hay un patio. La velocidad de Internet realmente no es buena. La comida en un restaurante del hotel es tan normal que no se recomienda comer, pero la vista de ese restaurante es muy buena, los demás son todos hoteles estándar de 5 estrellas.

My wife, 8yr old daughter and I stayed in the Arabesque for the beginning of our Jordan trip, its location is perfect particularly if you are self driving... it is walking distance from the main sites/ restaurants in Amman and also offers easy to access parking outside the front. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (special mention to Jack on the front desk and Haz the owner). The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the breakfast very good. We intended to return to the Arabesque bit due to its deserved popularity were unable to :-( Haz was extremely helpful in finding us alternative accomodation in the city as well as organising a PCR test for our return even though we were not her customers on this occasion! Please visit the Arabesque if you are in Amman.

The apartment is also well equipped with necessary items, The reception is manned 24 hours a day, and therefore, any questions can be answered quickly. The place has a nice restaurant on its fourth floor and the chef makes delicious food indeed. We tried only breakfast, and it was tasty and sumptuous. The chef is also a very nice person and listens to your needs and makes the food accordingly. The best part about this hotel is the people. Almost everyone we encountered there was super nice. Special words of mention should go to Nabil Shams (who is either a partner or owner of the place) and Mahmoud. They answer calls from the room literally 24 hours a day and address any issues and needs. They always greet the guests every time one walks into the hotel with absolute warmth and friendliness.

Pre-arrival communication was excellent and they arranged a taxi to pick us up at around 01:45am. The welcome when we arrived around 02:30 was great also. The place is very clean. I also really liked the location, it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood you can happily walk around.. quiet that is until you get to the hotel, which is by far the noisiest place in the whole area. We booked this around 6 months ago when there was no mention of noise on the reviews, if there had been then we wouldn’t have booked it. Unfortunately our room on the first floor was directly above the venue. The first night we arrived so late it was ok, though even at 3am there was a fair bit of noise from people moving stuff around downstairs. Night 2 was ok, there was nothing happening. The problem was night 3. We had an early start and tried to go to bed at 10, but they had an event on. The music was so loud it was getting through earplugs, I called downstairs and asked when it was stopping and got told 12 and was told to put ear plugs in. I said I had. She said she’d speak to them to see if they would turn it down… 10mins later they turned it up.. it was so loud you could feel the vibrations coming through the bed. It did however get turned off at 12. The next morning we checked out and I mentioned it, the guy on reception said they’d stopped at 11, I just looked at him and he straightaway changed his mind to midnight and apologised, though he seemed to think it was funny and was laughing. Generally reception staff are a mixed bag - some are lovely and really helpful, some just completely ignore you and don’t even say hello when you great them as you go past. Breakfast was disappointing. It is advertised 7am to 10am, in reality it’s 7:30-9. If you arrive before 7:30 then nothing is out, at 9am you will find little food left and hardly anywhere to sit as the tables are full of other people’s plates and leftovers which aren’t cleared. Some of the reviews talk about having freshly made omelettes or pancakes - this is not a thing. at no point in 3 breakfasts did anyone offer us anything other than what was on the buffet (2 out of 3 breakfasts there wasn’t even any staff there). Overall, I completely understand that some people will love a lively location and not have breakfast - and that’s completely fine and this will be perfect for them - the location is excellent and it’s spotlessly clean; but if I’d known about the noise then I wouldn’t have booked here

El hotel se encuentra muy bien después de que nuestro alojamiento en Al Salt se haya mostrado insatisfactorio. Estado en el Hotel por 10 días para un viaje de negocios.
