Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Eine sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung im ganzen Haus, die mit Liebe zum Detail ausgesucht wurde. Unsere Juniorsuite im 2. Stock mit Blick durch die Bäume auf Strand und Meer war mit allem ausgestattet inklusive Wolldecken für den Balkon, Regenschirm, ausreichend Holzkleiderbügel im Schrank (ohne ”Klaufix-Sicherung” - wir hassen sie). Verschiedene Teebeutel und Kaffeepads für die Nespresso-Maschine, diverse amenities im Bad (ausgenommen Duschhaube), eine tolle Regendusche, Fußbodenheizug, etc. Ein Notepad mit kostenfreiem Internetzugang rundet das Angebot ab. Lediglich die Raumtemperatur in unserem Zimmer war etwas überheizt. Die Lage des Hotels an der Strandpromenade ist optimal. Der Parkplatz direkt gegenüber wurde mit € 14,-- pro Tag berechnet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mit das beste, das wir bisher genossen haben. Am ersten Abend haben wir in der Brasserie des Hotels gegessen. Auch hier eine sehr gute Qualität zu angemessenen Preisen. Einziger Tipp an die Küche: Die Schale für den Coq au vin war etwas zu klein, sodass man aufpassen musste, dass beim Zerschneiden des Fleisches die Sauce nicht überschwappt. Abends haben wir uns immer noch auf einen Drink in die gemütliche Hotelbar gesetzt und uns gefreut, mit dem ”Europa” ein wirklich tolles Hotel in Kühlungsborn gefunden zu haben. Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmte bei uns zu 100%. Allerdings waren wir in der Nebensaison dort, was sich sicherlich auch auf die Zimmerpreise auswirkt.

Wir machen jährlich ein Freundinnenwochenende und 2023 sollte es in Kühlungsborn sein. Darum hatten wir im Januar `23 das „Ostseeluft“-Angebot gebucht: im Doppelzimmer Deluxe. Zzgl. einer Massage im Wellnessbereich. Das Einchecken ging recht fix. Wir erhielten entgegen unserer Buchung allerdings eine Suite unterm Dach. Sie war ohne Beleuchtung recht dunkel und hatte auch den einen oder anderen kleinen Reparaturbedarf. Sonst war auch sie soweit i.O. (Aber eigentlich wäre uns das DZ Deluxe viel lieber gewesen!) Das Frühstücksangebot war super auch der Service in diesem Bereich. Zügig wurden Lücken im Büfett aufgefüllt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle durch die Bank freundlich und aufmerksam. 2x waren wir im „Wolkenlos“ zum Abendessen – Büfett. Das war auch sehr gut. Viele Salate dabei und Gemüse, Fisch, Fleisch und etwas Süßes. Auch hier waren die Mitarbeiter super. Freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und hell. 1x hatten wir dann ein Candle-Light-Dinner in der Orangerie. Etwas gehobenes Ambiente. Das Essen und auch der Service ließen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Danke für den netten Abend. Im Wellnessbereich hatten wir eine Aromaölmassage 65 min lange vor unserer Anreise gebucht. Die war auch super entspannend und ist zu empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind alle sehr freundlich. Da hatten wir nun auch unser „Geschenk“ erwartet, dass uns im Angebot aus dem SPA Bereich überreicht werden sollte. Das erhielten wir dann allerdings erst auf Rückfrage und Klärung. Es gibt einen Pool im Wellnessbereich, Saunen, einen Fitnessraum. Also kann man auch bei schlechtem Wetter sinnvoll seine Zeit im Urlaub verbringen :o) Begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten sind hinter dem Hotel für 12 Euro/ÜN. Die Ostsee ist eigentlich „gleich vor der Tür“. Nur über die Straße und man ist in 2 min auf der Promenade mit weitem Blick über das Ufer der Ostsee. Das ist eine super Lage. Fazit ist. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt doch sehr entspannt. Und wenn man einen „Taler“ mehr überhat, kann man das wohl mal machen.

El hotel fue reequipado en la mayoría de los habitaciones. Por lo tanto, la parada fue muy agradable. Teníamos reservado la pensión de jubilación - bueno, la comida no era el corredor. El desayuno era suficiente, pero limitado y igual diariamente! El personal es muy amable! A pesar de todo, nos reservaríamos de nuevo allí, pero sin pensión media, hay muchos restaurantes en el entorno donde se puede comer mucho mejor. En cualquier caso, refrigerador vale la pena un viaje -pero renuncia a un viaje a Santa Dama- todo bloqueado y no hay nada que ver allí.
