El aspecto del hotel es muy grande, es un hotel resort de ocio, a cierta distancia de la ciudad, es más conveniente conducir en coche. El hotel tiene una piscina y muchas saunas, por lo que puede pasar una tarde en él. Una de las piscinas también puede nadar desnudo. Muchos hombres de mediana edad se lanzan a la piscina nudista, y también hay algunas ancianas. Los jóvenes generalmente optan por pasar tranquilamente.

No es mi tipo habitual de hotel en esta gira trans europea, pero lo encontré en booking.com (Después de hablar con alguna persona inútil en un centro de teléfono de reserva centralizado) lo reservamos también allí. 20e más barato para reservar en línea, inc desayuno. Un hotel grande, en las afueras de Brno. Parece que se han renovado recientemente, muy modernas, excelentes habitaciones, muy amigable personal, restaurante y desayuno es increíble. Haga un punto de estar aquí y reservar en línea el día de la llegada (aunque sospecho que este lugar será reservado completamente durante las fechas de Moto gp!)

Hotel agradable con un desayuno muy bueno (mucho de comida y diferentes tipos de comida, bebidas, tortas), la habitación se ve agradable pero everage, nada especial, pero es sólo mi opinión. La habitación tenía aire acondicionado pero no funcionaba y nadie nos dijo en la recepción automáticamente durante el control que el aire acondicionado es de costo adicional. La habitación con aire acondicionado se desactivó y se desactivó. La habitación es cara y la gente necesita pagar más por activar algo que está en la habitación, un poco divertido como una broma mala. Big Plus es un parking gratuito frente al hotel.

We are a family of refugees from Ukraine. Upon arrival in Brno, we were lucky enough to spend a week in this lovely hotel! We had a cat and a dog with us, and fortunately, pets are allowed at this hotel. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Very large and comfortable beds, huge TV, balcony, bathroom… Delicious breakfasts and not only! But especially we want to note and thank the staff of the hotel. Absolutely all very polite and nice people! Waiters, maids, administrators, managers. Everyone! Separately, we want to thank the general manager, who helped us several times in solving some issues. The receptionist girl who helped organize transport for us. The waiter who always smiled and treated the kids (and us) with goodies. You all are super! Thank you a lot! We really hope to live in your hotel again, but not as refugees, but as guests. :-) Prosperity to you and all the best!

Este es un hotel nuevo y limpio. Sin embargo, era muy básico. El personal estaba muy bueno y preocupado por cualquier problema que pudiéramos tener. Este es básicamente un hotel de carretera en una parada de camiones que utilizan camiones. El hotel es un hotel muy bueno si usted está en la carretera por mucho tiempo y sólo necesita un lugar para descansar. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación estaba muy bien.

Estabamos aquí en Brno y aquí en el Hotel Grandezza con su excelente ubicación. El cuarto, con vistas al mercado y los preciosos edificios eran muy bonitos. Todas las caminatas de aquí fueron maravillosas, ya sean las catacombas con la entrada al mercado o la catedral, así como los museos. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno es un sueño. Nuestra suite era muy grande y mantenida. Este hotel sólo se puede recomendar.

Habitación 002. En la parte de atrás de la propiedad, en el piso, mirando hacia fuera sobre el parque de autos. No hay té / café / caldera en las instalaciones de la habitación. A pesar de que me ahogaron en el radiador todos los días, se cambiaron para fresco todos los días ... La habitación era bastante dim, siendo como la ventana se veía en el parque de coches y estaba rodeada por otras propiedades 4 -y 5-story. El mobiliario era un poco ”antiguo” y se advirtió, y el guardabosque necesitaba un empujón firme para cerrar. fotos de otras habitaciones que había visto en línea antes de la reserva! Sin embargo, el desayuno era bueno, el personal de recepción excelente y la ubicación muy buena. Buenos bares / restaurantes cerca y sólo a 10-minute a pie del centro de Brno, World I stay again? Sí, La ubicación, pero yo le pediría NO estar en Rm002 sino estar en uno de los pisos superiores. ADVERTENCIA - Taxi: Consegui un taxi desde la estación de ferrocarril al hotel. Hailed en un rango etc. Cargó CZK 500- por el viaje que fue excesivo. No hay metros en el camión, sólo dinero y no hay recibo ... El camión que el hotel me ordenó para llevarme de vuelta a la estación fue CZK 200-, recibió tarjetas y le dio una receta.

Este albergue fue un pesadilla y creeme - no soy una princesa y mis expectativas fueron bajas. La habitación era sucia con tapices que no han visto limpiador de vacío durante mucho tiempo. Había un refrigerador, pero hombre, era tan desagradable. Las duchas estaban saliendo, no había lugar para poner tus cosas cuando se lavaba, el agua en la cuna estaba fría y no había toallas de papel. La cocina está mal equipada. Wi-Fi no funciona. La peor parte es que nunca he conocido a los huéspedes tan inconsiderados. Hay algo sombrío sobre este lugar. Los niños borrachos gritan en medio de la noche, la gente siempre batea la puerta o un tipo que hablaba con alguien en altavoz durante 2 horas a media noche en la cocina (?!) hizo imposible dormir y una estancia allí insoportable. No es culpa del albergue, pero añade a esa mala experiencia y creo que la falta de recepción 24/7 tampoco ayuda. Todo el mundo hace lo que quieren y no le importa nada. También, tantas personas escriben que el ascensor no estaba funcionando durante su estancia. ¿Me hace pensar si alguna vez funciona? Pero, ya estaba fuera de orden. No lo recomendaría a nadie. Y el precio tampoco es tan grande, he visto muchos lugares más baratos y mejores.

Once we got to the Royal Ricc, we were VERY happy. EXCELLENT location that was an easy walk to SO much (well, except to parking). The rooms were as beautiful as advertised and the beds were quite comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast was solid ... not bad but nothing to excite one (but no complaints). Most of the staff spoke some English so interacting with them wasn't an issue if you spoke no Czech. My ONLY complaint about them was that on several occasions, I wrote to them for assistance on various topics and response was quite slow or even non-existent. Bear in mind that this a traditional Old World hotel (as in you leave your key at the front desk on your way out and picked it up on your return) but usually these are the ones with top notch service to help them stand out. But would I return to stay there if I were in Brno? Probably so.

Hotel Omega es un buen hotel, habitaciones amplias y limpias. Sala de baño privada limpia con ducha, lavabo y WC. Las habitaciones se limpian diariamente. El desayuno buffet está en el cuarto piso con vistas al castillo y una de las iglesias. El desayuno es bueno y siempre se completa, el personal es muy amable y útil, y la única desventaja es que no se habla inglés ni un poco alemán en la recepción. En Brno es difícil estacionar, por eso he reservado un estacionamiento en el (pequeño) estacionamiento del hotel. A 200 metros (en otra calle) es un tranvía. Con el tranvía y el autobús se puede mover bien. En la estación principal compré un 5 días de tarjeta de tranvía y autobús por 250 coronas. (aproximadamente 10 euros). La conexión WiFi es muy buena. Una desventaja es que el bar y el restaurante no están abiertos todas las noches. Por eso he decidido comer en la ciudad y beber una cerveza cuando el bar está cerca, también en el pivaro en la tranvía.

The hotel is nicely decorated in a modern style. It also has congress hall and an interesting attraction - a large pendulum. The breakfast was excellent, with an outstanding selection of food. The room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable. There were also kettle and coffee maker in the room. We parked the car in the hotel garage, which is nicely arranged. Access to the garage is a bit tricky, from the back street.

Parecía ser utilizado por personas que visitaban la zona por motivos de negocios más que por turistas. Los únicos visitantes eran los que parecían ser turistas, así que me sentí relativamente frío y cruel con el personal. El personal que se registró en ese momento dejó sus pasaportes y conversó con otros colegas durante el registro. Aparte de ser desagradable, era un lugar cómodo para quedarse.

Este hotel es un paraíso de vacaciones!! Tantas cosas hermosas en la zona, un hermoso parque, excelentes restaurantes. También es excelente la accesibilidad al centro. Las habitaciones están bien organizadas y el personal es más que amigable! La comida es excelente y nunca he visto tantas opciones de comida excelente en el desayuno en cualquier hotel!!! Sin embargo, ventajas: camas con tenda para probacy, cada lugar tiene su armario (no necesitan cerradura, tienen sus llaves y es un servicio gratuito, pero es lo suficientemente largo para que entremos justo un bolso no demasiado lleno), caja fuerte, luz personal y tomada para cargar. Es bueno el diseño y el mobiliario. Además, son flexibles con la entrada y dan instrucciones claras en caso de entrada después de las 21:00. Y guardan gratis tu equipaje si permaneces en la zona más allá del checkout . Lechos cómodos, pasan todos los días a repararlos y a decorarlos. Desayuno 5€ al día tienen ofertas de comida y bebidas. Personal social y disponible.

We had booked a room for three adult people. When we got there, there was only one prepared bed with only one duvet! We talked to a woman in the reception, and it is by far the worst hotel service we have ever experienced! At this point it was almost midnight and the response we got was that she did not know where the bedding and sheets were kept. She had us follow her and after a while she found only one duvet and one sheet for this duvet. She handed it to us like so, not prepared, and when asked she said to us: “Does it look like I do that type of work here?”. After this we went back to the reception as this was completely unacceptable treatment from a receptionist at a well known hotel chain. She was not solution oriented AT ALL. She told us there were not any other available rooms. She never apologized. She would not give her full name , and said that she was quitting her job here. She told us she hade never been in this type of situation before. She told us she had no one to ask for help and that the people who work here during the day, and who would know where the bedding we needed were, were not here at this time of the day. She told us she was not hiding the bedding from us, that she sincerely did not know where it was. We did not get the room prepared as we had booked it. She even asked us what WE (!!) thought she should do. She said that the only option she saw was to give us back our money and that we could leave the hotel, at 00:30 at night (!!!!). Outrageous!!! We were all so dumbfounded and shocked by this completely unacceptable way of treating your clients that we absolutely considered to pack up and leave. After some time of talking and being dumbfounded by this TERRIBLE service she suddenly said the she could separate us and give us one more room. We accepted this and that was it. We are going to take action after this and call the director of the hotel and tell him about this experience. This is the absolute worst service experience we have ever experienced. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! And SHOCKING as this is a known hotel chain with great reviews! I am still lost for words, as I also was after talking to that terrible employee with no service skills to say the least.

No es mi tipo habitual de hotel en esta gira trans europea, pero lo encontré en booking.com (Después de hablar con alguna persona inútil en un centro de teléfono de reserva centralizado) lo reservamos también allí. 20e más barato para reservar en línea, inc desayuno. Un hotel grande, en las afueras de Brno. Parece que se han renovado recientemente, muy modernas, excelentes habitaciones, muy amigable personal, restaurante y desayuno es increíble. Haga un punto de estar aquí y reservar en línea el día de la llegada (aunque sospecho que este lugar será reservado completamente durante las fechas de Moto gp!)

La habitación está limpia y está bien situado. Está cerca de la estación de autobús. Está muy cerca de las atracciones y las zonas centrales del personal, muy entusiasta. La próxima vez tendrá la oportunidad de elegir otra vez para quedarse

Hotel agradable con un desayuno muy bueno (mucho de comida y diferentes tipos de comida, bebidas, tortas), la habitación se ve agradable pero everage, nada especial, pero es sólo mi opinión. La habitación tenía aire acondicionado pero no funcionaba y nadie nos dijo en la recepción automáticamente durante el control que el aire acondicionado es de costo adicional. La habitación con aire acondicionado se desactivó y se desactivó. La habitación es cara y la gente necesita pagar más por activar algo que está en la habitación, un poco divertido como una broma mala. Big Plus es un parking gratuito frente al hotel.

El hotel es muy grande, el entorno es bueno, pensé que el hotel de Burnol era muy barato, no pensé que fuera más caro que Praga, aquí 120 euros por noche, pero el desayuno es muy bueno y la salida es Uber más barata.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte hier. Es ist eine sehr schöne Pension. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mitten in einem Wohnviertel. Zu Fuß sind es 3 Minuten bis zur Straßenbahn und 30 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Am ersten Morgen gab es zusätzlich zum Buffet für jeden einen Palas*****en und am 2.Tag ein süßes Teilchen. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und spricht ein wenig deutsch. 2 negative Punkte waren für uns, dass es sehr hellhörig war (Zimmer oben darüber und Flur) und das man das Zimmer nicht richtig verdunkeln konnte. Das Zimmer ist groß und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon. Hinter dem Haus sind kostenfreie Parkplätze, mit einem Tor gesichert.
