Mi madre y yo hemos visitado Portugal durante los últimos diez años y decidido dar un intento a Bertolina. El lugar es excepcionalmente limpio y acondicionado. Las habitaciones están limpias todos los días y lo que necesitaba no es un problema. La habitación es muy buena, muy útil y informativa. La habitación es muy grande, pero no es muy fácil de dormir. La habitación de la zona de la piscina es muy agradable y la zona de baño de sol con un refrigerador junto a la piscina para acoger las bebidas. El hotel está en una situación de gran calidad, pero no se puede encontrar en una situación de gran calidad.

Este lugar tiene críticas polarizantes. Después de ir allí, entiendo por qué. Las instalaciones y servicios son buenos, puedes utilizar la piscina, lavadora y secadora (el rendimiento es pobre), sauna y spa de forma gratuita, y aunque la estructura del edificio es única (recepción en los pisos 1 y 8, 2 traslados en ascensor, etc.) , está bien si te acostumbras. No pudimos encontrar el camino en taxi, así que subimos la colina con nuestras maletas, pero la recepción en el primer piso está cerca del Spar Mart. Fueron amables, pero el aire acondicionado estaba roto, así que llamé dos veces y no vinieron, así que me di por vencido. Este lugar está en el medio del casco antiguo, así que hice una reserva según la ubicación, pero está literalmente en el medio de la calle del club, por lo que incluso si estás dentro del alojamiento, te hospedarás en el Sala de conciertos toda la noche, no hay insonorización, así que tenéis que disfrutar juntos hasta las 5 de la mañana. El ruido es de otro nivel, como dicen las críticas extranjeras. Estoy viajando por todo el mundo, pero este lugar es realmente ambiguo jaja. El desayuno no está mal, pero es simplemente ambiguo… . Personalmente creo que sería menos ruidoso y mejor si no fuera solo en este callejón porque es Albupay!!

If you want a luxury hotel, don’t book this one!!! I wanted a cheap sunshine break after all the bad weather in the U.K. this summer and having come back from a luxury hotel in Majorca I checked this out. I’ll be honest, the rooms aren’t great but we came for sun so wasn’t in the room for a lot of the time so that was fine. We had 2 single beds and a Juliette balcony overlooking the Main Street, some would complain of noise, it didn’t bother us. Rooms were cleaned/beds made 2 out of the 3 days we were there. Added bonus was having kitchen area with a fridge/kettle etc. I’d read the bad reviews before we went and I was dubious, but I’d say if your after a cheap bit of sunshine and somewhere to sleep/shower this place is a good base - as long as you aren’t expecting luxury!!! The location is fantastic. We were a little worried about checking out after reading about the random reception opening hours, but sure enough there was someone there at 3am to take our key and refund the deposit we paid - **please be aware this is €200, which shocked us as we weren’t informed til we got there - we paid it as they wouldn’t budge, but it was back in my bank within 3 days** I would return if I could get a good price again, location is perfect and we met some lovely people round the roof pool. If your not fussy you’ll be fine here. Also all the lads we met on reception were lovely and super helpful x

Visto lo céntrico del hotel, pedí una habitación en la parte trasera y no se oía nada. Un remanso de paz. Además, en breve están aislando todas las ventanas exteriores de forma especial para aislar completamente del bullicio que se puede firmar a algunas horas en la calle, de forma puntual. El cariñoso trato de Ana fue la guinda perfecta a una estancia que, aunque corta, era especial por ser, también, mi cumpleaños. Me prepararon el desayuno incluso estando el comedor cerrado provisionalmente por mejoras. Ana me hizo sentir como en mi casa. Volveré seguro! Gracias Ana!! Desde el corazón de otro mejicano…

El hotel era hermoso y muy limpio, el personal de recepción era muy útil, un día nuestra puerta de balcón se acercó, el mantenimiento del hotel lo fijó en 10 minutos a pie de mi pregunta. La piscina también fue muy limpia y hermosa, fue sólo por 1 semana que definitivamente no fue tiempo suficiente para explorar todas las instalaciones del hotel, 100% volverá en el futuro

El complejo se trata de una especie de ”aldea” con pistas de tenis, parques para niños, minimarket, bar, cafetería y 4 o 5 piscinas, una de ellas con toboganes para los niños pero muy demandada. Los usuarios del hotel o de los apartamentos tienen acceso a todas las zonas comunes. Nos tocó un apartamento bastante bueno: amplio y con el baño reformado, aunque por lo que vi no todos eran tan nuevos como el nuestro porque hay zonas un poco más antiguas. Todo estaba muy limpio y las camas eran cómodas. Salón con terraza y TV internacional. La cocina (integrada en el salón) estaba bastante bien equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, tostador, microondas y bastante menaje. El complejo se situa en la parte alta de un acantilado, por lo que tiene muy buenas vistas y acceso propio a la playa por unas escaleras (puede ser algo dificultoso para personas muy mayores). El buffet del desayuno bastante correcto y variado: tostadas, huevos, champiñones, cereales y fruta... No había geles ni utensilios de baño, y tampoco de limpieza para la cocina (estropajos, trapos...) Nos costó bastante aparcar algunos días, ya que creo que no hay aparcamiento para todos los alojamientos que tienen y es algo molesto sobre todo si llegas a horas cercanas a la noche. En la época en la que fuimos el complejo no estaba lleno, pero en otras épocas pueden estar masificadas algunas zonas. El Wifi creo que solo funciona en recepción. Está a las afueras de Albufeira, por lo que tienes que usar el coche para ir al pueblo pero son solo 4 minutos en coche.

To say this place was awful is all I can do after my personal experience there recently, I certainly would never book to stay there again or recommend it. I booked a double room in their Guest House part of the complex. * The Reception is only open certain hours. You are supposed to be able to contact them outside those hours but I had to call them a couple of times and got no answer or help. It’s really impersonal and there’s no one around when you need them. * There is no facility to make hot drinks in your room. There was a bottle of water. You have to go to the breakfast room where a vending machine serves terrible quality drinks. You don’t want to have to walk around the hotel first thing in the morning to get hot drinks. *Room 521 was right by the door into reception and was noisy all night with people banging through into the corridor to get to their rooms. * The space immediately outside of the double windows in my room opened out on to the terrace for people sitting having breakfast. This was horrible and gave no privacy into the room at all. Thankfully it was raining but had it been sunny I would have had people sitting right up by my only window in the room. * They have waterproof mattress protectors on the bed which made it feel like you were sleeping wrapped in tin foil it was so hot and it crackled loudly every time you moved. * Pillows were either absolutely enormous and too big to put your head on or so flat and small they were useless. * No bathmat provided for the floor while showering, bit of a safety concern and I had to use a pool towel. No where to hang towels in the bathroom when you’ve used them…it was all just lacking in thought. * No waste bin in the bedroom * Horrid yellow lights in the room * It’s very dark and depressing inside. * Bright light over the door to highlight where the door was in the night but it lit the room up through the night making it hard to ignore and sleep. * Breakfast is only available from 8.30am which is very late. It was poor, stale bread and dirty jars with cereal in with a very poor selection of foods. Overall this was poor quality, grim and depressing and absolutely not worth the cost.

Desde la comercial Sofia Patricio, que nos facilitó la reserva ateniéndonos de forma rápida y eficaz; la recepcionista Solange siempre con una sonrisa; la persona que te recibe en el buffet... todo el personal en el hotel hace que te sientas muy bien y relajado. Las instalaciones muy cuidadas, el personal de limpieza constantemente pendiente. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias. Es verdad, que las limpian a la hora de la siesta, pero basta con pedirles que vuelvan luego y sin un sólo problema te las hacen más tarde. El Buffet muy recomendable, rico, variado y muy bien organizado. Aunque tu horario fuera el último había de todo como a primera hora. Una experiencia muy positiva que seguramente repetiremos en las próximas vacaciones.

Hemos estado en el puente del Pilar del 12 al 15 primero lo bueno. Tuvimos un problema en la habitación de atascos en el cuarto de baño lo solucionaron inmediatamente el trato del personal de diez especialmente quiero mencionar a la señorita leyanna Ruiz gracias a toda la información que nos proporcionó de la cadena de hoteles muthu (transportes del hotel, reservar las comidas temáticas en los diferentes hoteles de la cadena etc) gracias a toda esa información nuestra experiencia ha sido maravillosa. Por lo tanto quiero darle las gracias a esa maravillosa persona que es Leyanna Ruíz. Y ahora lo que menos nos gustó, Poca variedad en los desayunos y en los almuerzos comida escasa pero muy rica (por quejarme de algo)

First time staying at OS. Not the first time staying at Pine Cliffs as have been coming to this resort for a few years now. Hugo at concierge was SO helpful and friendly. Accommodation was spot on. Spacious, well maintained and airy. Comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of towels and tea/coffee provided. Daily housekeeping and also helped by turndown too! One pool towel provided per person as long as you have a towel card (which is returned to you once you return your towel). One resort downside is parking - as the resort has rapidly increased over the past few years, and bearing in mind we visited late October, you may find a parking spot close to the OS or you’re stuck with a five minute walk away, after trying to source a parking spot!. Some cars are just badly parked (abandoned) and therefore prevents others parking next to them. Unsure how this will impact during the busier months? I really wouldn’t want to know! Good playground area which is open till late. Kids clubs still available which we used years ago and it still appears very popular. Tennis courts haven’t changed in years. Although still very busy, personally, l think they could all do with a lick of paint and a good ‘freshening up’. Book in advance as it get busy most days. Golf, as normal, is heavily booked in advance. The course remains stunning as ever! Whilst we were in the golf shop golfers were trying to book ahead for March 2024! The road through the resort is very busy, dark and many cars don’t regard folk walking on the side of the road (due to lack of pavements), and with minimal street lighting, it’s often hard to see walkers. I would bear this in mind if walking with prams or toddlers in tow, perhaps a light on the pram would be helpful. Trade vans in particular speed through the resort. When leaving the resort, again, be mindful as the road is unlit. However, once you get out onto the main street, all is fine. There is a small supermarket out on the main road. Caters for basics. If you have a car, there is an Aldi about five minutes drive from the resort. Altogether it was a nice break and the weather was glorious which is often a gamble in late October! Spa is lovely although no treatments were received on this trip, we used the saunas / jacuzzi pool. All were very impressive, clean and well maintained. Should we return, we will now only stay in the Ocean Suites!

I think it should be illegal that they have this as a 5 star resort. It is more like a 3 star. Cleanliness - the hotel is dirty. Corridors, restaurants etc. the floors don’t get cleaned often. You will see a spillage sitting in the same place for hours. It is filthy. Food - horrendous. There is only one main buffet restaurant. If you want to eat the same thing day in, day out then you’ll be happy. The lack of variation is awful. The food is bland. And mostly cold. They just top up warm food occasionally on top of the cold food. Lunch is pretty much always going to be the same as dinner with a couple items swapped out. You will see the same items reappearing every other day. It is a help yourself drinks situation - once seated - get your own coffee (which is very watery & all machine), pour your own wine drinks etc. the same wine everyday. Food options are very limited. I ate chips, potatoes, pizza, fish fingers everyday for 5 days. They have 1 bottle of sparkling wine at breakfast but it isn’t there every day. Food will fall on the floor or be spilled and not get cleared for ages. Flies swarm the drinks machines. Plates are frequently dirty, alongside glassware. The page you are given when you check in claims there are morning snacks, afternoon snacks and midnight snacks in the buffet restaurant. I never saw these once during the stay. There is no where to get food outside of breaks, lunch & dinner. The lobby bar claims to be open all day, but we were asked to leave at 3pm with no where else to go. Entertainment each night is the same - a singer from 2030 to 2330. Some of which are very depressing songs all night. The hotel is very small and there is not much at all to do. If the weather is bad, you’re best just to sit in your room. Cocktails are machine made so they all taste weak & inauthentic. Housekeeping don’t sweep the floors when they make up your room or replace toiletries for example toilet tissue. I had a makeup stain on my bedding, they simply turned the sheet over and made the bed. When you check in they ask if you want lunch on that day or checkout day as you are not eligible for both. Once you check out they will not allow you to eat afterwards. I would never return to this hotel. I was also asked how my stay was when checking out - I said terrible but they had no response. Don’t know why they bother asking. The beach is also about a 10 minute walk away so I don’t know why this comes up as beachfront. The rooms are also very dark with minimal lighting. Hotel and rooms needs major refurbishment. Decor is old, damaged and looks awful. A lot of stains on walls, floors, curtains etc. There is also no help with luggage when you are arriving or leaving. You must manage everything alone.

Hoteles en El Hotel: Este hotel es un hotel con una habitación con una piscina, una zona de comedor limpia, con una zona tranquila y relajada. El personal está muy bien alojado, amable y feliz. La playa está a 10 minutos a pie y es hermosa arena blanca. Sería sin duda de regreso. Como viajero solitario, me sentí seguro.

La cocina estaba en buenas condiciones y parecía bastante nueva. Sin embargo, el sofá y otros equipos parecían agotado y cansado. El alojamiento está en el interior de una piedra a la playa. Aproximadamente 10 y 15 minutos a pie a la playa Como estabamos ligeramente fuera de la temporada de verano. Sólo se ofreció la opción Bed & Breakfast. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, muy agradable, muy familiar y muy útil, y la habitación de la habitación era muy agradable.

This hotel was by far the worst I've ever stayed in, and it completely ruined my holiday experience. Despite having a spacious suite, the layout was extremely unreasonable. A large portion of the room was wasted space, while the toilet area was unbearably small. The shower enclosure could barely fit two people, and the door failed to prevent water from escaping, resulting in a flooded floor outside. To make matters worse, the slippers provided were not only non-slip but made the floor even more slippery. I had a nasty fall as soon as I stepped into the bathroom, resulting in soaked clothes, a sore bottom, and a scraped hand from hitting the doorknob. If it weren't for my boyfriend grabbing hold of me, I shudder to think what could have happened if my head collided with the sink. The washbasin area was ridiculously tiny, barely leaving any space once a few cosmetic items were placed on it. Furthermore, the basin's drainage was slow. The toilet being positioned right next to the sink made it feel like bacteria could easily spread throughout the bathroom with a single flush. The quality of the paper towels was poor, and the provided shampoo and conditioner were unpleasant to use. As for the bedroom, I couldn't believe that in a supposed 5-star hotel, the twin beds were just two single beds pushed together. This caused us to get stuck in the gap between the beds during the night. Furthermore, the duvet was as thin as a sheet, and the mattress lacked the necessary softness and flexibility for a comfortable sleep. Overall, the sleeping experience was subpar. To top it all off, I am filled with anger because I missed the abysmal breakfast buffet's operating hours. I just wanted to have a good sleep and I woke up at almost 10:30am and couldn't get the breakfast in the hotel. It is beyond my comprehension why the hotel would only offer breakfast until 10:30 am. In my experience, most hotels of this caliber have breakfast service until at least 11 am, considering that guests may want to sleep in and still enjoy a meal. It feels incredibly impersonal and inconsiderate to force customers to wake up before 10 am or risk missing breakfast. I paid nearly 400 pounds for a 3-night stay at this hotel, which is situated in the middle of nowhere with unattractive decor and subpar facilities. The service provided was devastating, and I deeply regret booking this hotel. To those reading this review, I advice that if you don't want to waste a significant amount of money and ruin your mood, please avoid this disgraceful establishment that dares to call itself a 5-star hotel. It is nothing short of a scam.

Hola Este fue nuestro segundo viaje. Mi primer viaje fue el año pasado en el mismo hotel y fueron los mejores tres años que pasamos en cualquier hotel. Nos encantó el hotel y todo, desde el servicio hasta la ubicación de la comida, todo, pero esta vez nos trataron horriblemente en la recepción. El personal de la recepción fue el peor que un hotel debería tener como primer contacto. En primer lugar, nos dieron una cama separada para una pareja y cuando pedimos que las camas se unieran, el personal de la recepción después de media hora esperando a que alguien viniera y se uniera. las camas nos dijeron y eso también de la peor manera posible que el servicio de limpieza vendrá cuando tengan tiempo la peor experiencia que cualquiera puede tener en un hotel donde ha reservado una segunda vez para el tratamiento que ha recibido anteriormente no lo recomendaré Alguien para reservar este hotel, no sé, fue porque reservamos a través de trip. com porque nos trataron muy mal.

Great return flight on Jet2. Flight arrived at Faro airport around 09.30 a.m. and we were directed to a coach for the hotel; with 2 other couples, we were the last passengers off the bus at our hotel at 12.20 p.m. (a journey almost 3 hours. in a taxi it takes 45 mins). When we presented ourselves at reception we were told that the rooms were not ready, and would not be available till 3.00p.m. ????This hotel has 111 rooms + 10 suites ?????? We (all three couples) were pensioners, and had been up since 04.00 that morning for our 06.45 flight from Newcastle. We were tired and I simply did not believe what the young lady on reception told us. We were not offered any refreshment. When we returned to reception at 3 p.m., I asked the same young lady if she had any rooms available. She laughed and said ”No”. I did not smile or laugh. After such callous & unkind treatment, I vowed to find as many ways I could not to put any of our money into this hotel. There are no kettles or any way of making tea/coffee in the room, which was otherwise fine. Although we made a direct request to the hotel (through the travel agent) for a disabled (walk-in) shower, the hotel was unable to accommodate our request. In the event, the shower was manageable, and the room + balcony was very pleasant. Fortunately, we had brought our own travel kettle + tea/coffee/ milk. The food (half-board) was overall good, with lots of salads & fruit; however, even a bottle of water at dinner was charged for. We paid for a taxi back to Faro airport, 40 mins cost Eu60. this enabled us to grab some breakfast (07.30 start).

If you want a luxury hotel, don’t book this one!!! I wanted a cheap sunshine break after all the bad weather in the U.K. this summer and having come back from a luxury hotel in Majorca I checked this out. I’ll be honest, the rooms aren’t great but we came for sun so wasn’t in the room for a lot of the time so that was fine. We had 2 single beds and a Juliette balcony overlooking the Main Street, some would complain of noise, it didn’t bother us. Rooms were cleaned/beds made 2 out of the 3 days we were there. Added bonus was having kitchen area with a fridge/kettle etc. I’d read the bad reviews before we went and I was dubious, but I’d say if your after a cheap bit of sunshine and somewhere to sleep/shower this place is a good base - as long as you aren’t expecting luxury!!! The location is fantastic. We were a little worried about checking out after reading about the random reception opening hours, but sure enough there was someone there at 3am to take our key and refund the deposit we paid - **please be aware this is €200, which shocked us as we weren’t informed til we got there - we paid it as they wouldn’t budge, but it was back in my bank within 3 days** I would return if I could get a good price again, location is perfect and we met some lovely people round the roof pool. If your not fussy you’ll be fine here. Also all the lads we met on reception were lovely and super helpful x

Mi madre y yo hemos visitado Portugal durante los últimos diez años y decidido dar un intento a Bertolina. El lugar es excepcionalmente limpio y acondicionado. Las habitaciones están limpias todos los días y lo que necesitaba no es un problema. La habitación es muy buena, muy útil y informativa. La habitación es muy grande, pero no es muy fácil de dormir. La habitación de la zona de la piscina es muy agradable y la zona de baño de sol con un refrigerador junto a la piscina para acoger las bebidas. El hotel está en una situación de gran calidad, pero no se puede encontrar en una situación de gran calidad.

Hotel muy correcto. Buena atención del personal, limpio y buena comida, aunque no mucha variedad en buffet. Nos hemos hospedado en una habitación premium y bastante amplia y limpia (el baño algo antiguo). Los que se hospedan en este tipo de habitación tiene derecho a bebidas premium en el TI (adjunto foto). En general, buena estancia.

Lo peor el personal del bar principal y de la piscina, están de cachondeo y tú le pides una cosa y ellos te traen otra, te contesta de mala manera. Lo bueno la ubicación fantástica, la comida muy buena y cada día mejor. El gerente una persona maravillosa, te atiende muy eu te soluciona las cosas. El personal de recepción muy amables y profesionales. Las chicas de la entrada en el restaurante principal muy amables. La limpieza regular, puede mejorar. He estado varias veces en el alojamiento por su ubicación y comida. Lo de los bares empiezo a partir del año pasado. Los chavales no le importa los huéspedes. Las habitaciones bien y siguen mejorando.

La habitación era muy buena, muy limpia y muy agradable. El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad y en la playa, si se gira a la derecha cuando sales del hotel. Aquí hay un restaurante en la cocina, y un restaurante en la parte inferior de la colina. Si eres fussy, yo diría que caminaría a la ciudad o saltar en un camión porque los bares y restaurantes son abundantes. Hay el autobús de viaje que puedes saltar. No lo usamos nosotros mismos, pero oímos buenas críticas. Nos fuimos hasta un largo fin de semana, pero deberíamos estar aquí de nuevo.

En el hotel , el hotel se encuentra en una habitación de 6 horas y se nos ha contado cómo llegar a las habitaciones y sobre las horas del desayuno. Las habitaciones eran muy básicas , pero la vista de las habitaciones era muy limpia y se veía fabulosa sobre la playa . El desayuno era muy agradable, pero los salón de sol se han visto mejor. El hotel está muy cerca de la plaza de la ciudad, pero no se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad y en el centro de la ciudad.

Mañana termina nuestra fantástica estancia en este hotel, dividido en bloques de apartamentos. Todo excelente: APARTAMENTO: es muy amplio, con camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Tiene dos estancias y un baño enorme con productos cosméticos de gran calidad. BUFET: comida muy variada, de calidad y muy rica. La comida siempre caliente y reposición constante. En el bar de la piscina hay snacks de 12 a 6 de la tarde (hamburguesas, perritos...siempre recién hechos). PISCINAS: ●hay una con toboganes para niños hasta 17 años y un barco con toboganes y zona splash para niños más pequeños. Está vigilada por un socorrista que siempre está pendiente de que no pase nada y listo niños se tiren de forma ordenada. ●también hay una piscina lago rodeada de tumbonas que está genial para nadar y d**** un baño. EXTERIORES: muy cuidados y limpios. Además, el recinto está cerrado perimetralmente, lo que transmite mucha seguridad. ANIMACIÓN: el equipo de animación es genial. Mencion especial a David, Gabriel y Mariana Jesús, que motivan a niños y mayores con sus actividades. Rubén, uno de los gerentes es un gran profesional, siempre pendiente de todo. Por poner una pega, la limpieza de la habitación se hace muy tarde. Sin duda, un hotel para repetir y unas vacaciones maravillosas.

En definitiva el hotel está todo bien…habitación, limpieza, desayuno y piscina. Pero… La mayoría de los huéspedes que hay es gente joven con ganas de fiesta, con todo lo que eso conlleva. La música en la piscina empieza a las 12 y no para hasta las 20, escuchándose en todo el hotel, lo que no te deja descansar. Y por las noches abre una discoteca justo en frente, que además es del hotel, habiendo todas las noches muchísimo ruido de gente chillando toda la noche y música hasta las 7 de las mañana. En resumen el hotel está bien si lo que quieres es estar de fiesta, si quieres un ambiente más familiar no es el lugar ideal.

Pasamos 5 noches en este hotel con media pensión, error total. Comidas: El desayuno un auténtico desastre. Han puesto franjas horarias para desayunar y evitar aglomeraciones, pero todas las franjas estaban a reventar de comensales. Entiendo que tienen que cambiar el protocolo frente la Covid pero la distancia social brillaba por su ausencia. Colas de media hora para que te tuesten el pan o para coger un café. Muy mal organizado. La cena algo mejor, ya que no había tantos comensales, no obstante la variedad de platos escasa, colas interminables y lo peor, el agua cuesta 4€, un auténtico robo en mi opinión, después de haber pagado 1.600€ por las 5 noches en media pensión. Habitación: Cogimos una grande con vistas al mar, muy bonita, amplia y limpia, nos encantó. Zonas comunes: La piscina muy llena, la gente deja la toalla a las 9 de la mañana y más tarde no hay quien consiga una hamaca. El bar de la piscina está muy bien para tomar algo, pero no para comer, la comida es muy mala. La playa: Es una cala muy bonita y muy pequeña, estaba a reventar de gente, tendrás suerte si consigues poner tu toalla, pero olvídate de la distancia de seguridad. Se supone que hay una zona concedida al hotel (sin hamacas), pero está llena de gente igual, clientes y no clientes. En general una decepción, no volveremos y tampoco no recomendaremos.

La ubicación está cerca de una zona residencial y es tranquila y silenciosa. Nuestra habitación y balcón dan a un lote no muy bonito, pero no importó tanto ya que no estuvimos en la habitación gran parte del día. La habitación estaba limpia y la cocina muy bien equipada con utensilios y electrodomésticos. las sábanas del sofá cama tenían algo de pelo que no era demasiado agradable. En una de las mañanas, la luz se fue durante 30 minutos, pero por suerte no hacía demasiado calor en ese momento. Como era septiembre, el hotel estuvo bastante tranquilo la mayor parte del tiempo, aunque la recepción nos dijo que estaban completos. Casi había supermercados, por lo que era conveniente conseguir comida y bebida, y hay un par de restaurantes portugueses muy buenos a poca distancia.

El apartamento es confortable y los trabajadores son atentos. La ubicación está cerca de la playa, pero también en medio de todos los bares y restaurantes pensados para los ingleses. Con niños es mejor no ir, porque hay fiestas por las noches y ruidos a cualquier hora de la madrugada. La piscina está bien pero más de lo mismo. Vasos de plástico por todos lados y guiris bebiendo a todas horas, que no entienden de urbanidad. Los restaurantes de la zona son caros, sobre todo las bebidas alcohólicas. Sí vas de fiesta con amigos debe de estar bien, pero si vas de tranqui con familia es mejor que elijas otro lugar.

The hotel has perfect location for the Albufeira just on old town the beach just behind the hotel ,15mins walk to the to city center where the big supermarket cafes shopping center the room so brigth and big enough plus kettle tea and coffee,water ,the only down side is there is bars with very loud music is bite problem,I high recommend .

Impecable!!! Es decir poco. Desde la recepción todos sus empeñados son absolutamente amables, serviciales y eficientes. El hotel es bellos, los cuartos hermosamente decorados, cómodos y más que limpios. El desayuno súper completo!!!! El día que llegamos la Gerente del hotel se dió cuenta que era el cumpleaños de mi marido y nos mandó una botella de champan al cuarto para celebrarlo. Cómo ellos mismos dicen todo son detalles de confort en este hotel. Todo hermoso. Pero su gente es lo que lo hace inolvidable. muchas gracias por estos días !!!!
