Una lástima que siendo un hotel caro nadie ayude con el equipaje. Tampoco hay donde estacionar el carro para subir y bajar el equipaje. La señora que atiende el check in es mal encarada. Es caro para un trato así

The room is great, nice view, the staff is mostly great, except for the one receptionist that wasn’t very pleasant, but what bothered me was the lack of parking and the noise in the room from what happens in the hallway. Overall, a good stay, great location, would stay again with ear plugs and prepared to work to and from the car.

The elevator will take you from you floor right to the beach. The buffet breakfast was exquisite with a large selection. The waiter was nice a friendly

Excelent location. The sea to one side of the hotel and you are right by the old town on the other side
The room and balcony were spacious and nicely decorated. Could have done with a kettle in the room instead of the coffee machine as the coffee pods were never replaced by the housekeeping staff even though we were there for 5 nights, the fridge didn’t get any of our drinks cold but we weren’t bothered so didn’t mention anything to the staff.
There were many options for the breakfast but the dinner was on and off, some days better than others.
Although the hotel was right by the beach and we had great views of it from our room/balcony, please note the sun loungers you can see in front of the hotel are not included in your room rate even though it looks like it’s part of the hotel, they charge €20 for 2 chair (all day), good to bear in mind as we weren’t aware that was the case before we booked.
Overall we were happy with our stay and would definitely return, and would also recommend for anyone looking to stay at the old town area.

The staff at the front desk and breakfast restaurant were very friendly and always ready to help.
Breakfast buffet was very complete and for the last day since we were flying very early, they prepared us a very nice to go box.
Very convenient location in front of the ocean and steps to all the shops, restaurants and night life.
