El personal es amable, pero parece estar centrado principalmente en la asistencia a los políticos o a los huéspedes govt. Irónicamente, lamentablemente, los huéspedes pagan quedarse para participar, mientras que los funcionarios públicos se esperan como royalties.

I stayed at Abad Hotels when on a recent holiday in Kerala. They were all top-notch & the Abad Plaza was the first. I was here the first night of my tour & found it clean, very comfortable, & efficiently run. The staff spoke good English & were very welcoming; nothing was too much trouble. As well as standard amenities (complimentary toiletries etc), there was even a bowl of lovely fresh flowers in my room! Because I was leaving before the breakfast room opened in the morning, they went to the trouble to prepare a fresh & tasty meal for me to 'take-away'. The only problem I had was the smell of cigarette smoke on my floor & in my room. Unfortunately, despite very conspicuous No Smoking signs throughout the hotel, some patrons persist in breaking the rules anyway & make it bad for everyone else. But the air-con in my room cleared that problem up quickly, so all was good. I highly recommend this chain of hotels; I'd definitely stay here again.

This was my second visit to Thayamkery's and the stay was as good as the first time. First of all, the hospitality from the reception and staff makes you feel welcome. The room was excellent for a solo stay, with a work table, chair and toiletries which were infact good (Used it both times). Wifi Speed was sufficient for multiple devices and the greenery gives a homely feel. Didn’t try the food but the coffee on de***d was delicious. The bathroom could use some renovation but was still fine for me. An important factor is the perfect location which although at the heart of Edapally is still calm and quiet with a Hypermart nearby. Edapally Church, Metro Station, Lulu Shopping Mall and the main roads are all just a walk away!

Outstanding experience at Marriott courtyard Kochi. We stayed only for 6 hours before we could catch our flight but those 6 hours were made very special by the outstanding service we received. Check in process was smooth & easy. The front desk & the bell desk staff were kind enough to help situate our bags, gave us options for food & called the restaurant in afvance letting them know of us being hungry! They opened the buffet in advance to cater to us. Restaurant ***ager Sarvana went out of his way to ensure our daughter felt like a princess. She got a complimentary cake & they custom made her dishes per her wishlist. Chef Priyesh made special pasta which wasnt in the buffet for us & made fresh kerala ****tta & brought it yo the table himself. Restaurant staff including Imran & every wait staff at restaurant made us feel at home. While we went to our room, our card didnt work & housekeeping staff personally went to reception & got us new keys. Very clean, modern & well appointed rooms. I also want to give a shoutout to our driver Benet for helping us negotiate portar rates at airport & dropping us safe & sound for a complimentary airport drop off! I will be back here everytime i fly out of Kochi!

This was the first stop on this year’s 3 week holiday in India. The welcoming could not have been better .. we arrived long before our room should have been ready but it was all made up. I’d highly recommend a room with the sea view .. you will be aware of the ferry boat which runs between 6am and 9pm, but you soon become oblivious to it. The pool is lovely and the 3 restaurants serve the most amazing food … the curries and local dishes are awesome. 2 highlights … high tea at 5pm is not to be missed (no extra charge) then a sunset cruise around the river at 5:30pm (no extra charge). And you don’t have to walk far from the hotel to find some great shopping streets and some local restaurants either. Big thanks to all the team in the hotel for making the start to our holiday so special!

Literally have no words to describe this experience . Absolutely amazing stay with the utmost attention to detail , personalised service in a prompt & helpful ***ner . Hotel location is quite secluded & away from the main bustling city area so quiet & well secure . However i had very little desire to leave the hotel after the wonderful welcome & hospitality . There are ***y names which i can recall but few are surely going to stay on my mind forever . Right before my travel to Kochi Alisha called on me to check my travel schedules & requirements . He***d make sure that my family looked up well after personally attending us . Krishnakumar helped us to get an early check-in .You guys are extremely resilient & thrive to make the experience of the guests worth remembering .The room which we stayed in was opulent , the buffet spread at the restaurant was decent . For anyone travelling to Kochi please do not pass up the opportunity to stay at this property . Thank you to all the staff at the front desk for all your hospitality . You guys are observant & understanding .Glad we made the choice to stay at this hotel for a few nights .

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, está un poco descuidado por ejemplo llovió fuerte y se metió el agua al restaurante, el pasillo del piso 1 huele como a viejo, el cuarto tenía un olor como a qué el aire acondicionado tiene mucho tiempo sin un ***tenimiento adecuado, a pesar de eso la experiencia fue inmejorable, el staff de meseros se lo desean muchos restaurantes de mayor categoría, esos muchachos personifican lo que es un excelente servicio al cliente, además de ser muy agradables, siempre sonrientes, atentos y sumamente educados. Me hospedé por 18 días y me sentí en casa, éstos muchachos hicieron la diferencia. Ojalá la gerencia valore muy bien ese talento tan valioso que tiene y se les reco****se su excelente trabajo y servicio.

Very clean and spacious comfortable rooms i stayed. Friendly & courteous staff with superb food options made my day. Kids where so happy with the yummy food as non spicy and tasty for them. The food was very tasty & you can smell the authentic flavor. I would definitely stay here again whenever possible or stleast go with the food at the roof top or at the Edge executive or Hype. wonderful short stay very close to the airport with a free shuttle service which was prompt. The hotel staff greeted us with a welcome juice drink, were very friendly and happy to help. I had my glasses posted there from our last hotel after leaving them behind and they delivered them straight away to our room just after arriving most kind service 🙏 our suite was modern, spacious, very clean and comfortable and we had lovely views from the balcony and even watching the sunrise the following morning which was stunning! Very efficient service to our room for drinks and food and the food was delicious both in the evening and at breakfast time. Definitely recommend this relaxing place.

Bien, ¿dónde voy a empezar? Arrival: George nos acogió a su estancia y nos tomó el tiempo para responder a todas las preguntas que tuvimos y más. El hotel es un hotel muy amable, honesto y paciente *** con una actitud ”Can Do”. Después de hablar con él, sabíamos: estaban, qué, cuándo, cuánto y cuánto. El cuarto: muy limpio con ventilador AC y techo, buena ducha y mucho agua caliente. También parecía que había una pequeña cocina que no usamos que podría ser útil para algunos huéspedes. Ospitalidad: George & Daisy son algunas de las personas más agradables que se encontrarán en este planeta. Muy cuidado y honesto. Estaba enfermo por algunas de mis estancias y Daisy me enfermó de vuelta a la salud con algunas curaciones de casa. George tenía algunas pistas sobre la medicina y en 2 días estaba de vuelta para sentirme bien! ¡Salvó nuestra viaje a Kerala. Muchas gracias. ¡Puedo recomendar a Elim Homestay a cualquiera que visite Kochi.

With hope in my heart, I rushed to the hotel staff for assistance. To my relief, they came into action immediately, arranging a ride to the airport in no time. The staff's efficiency and helpfulness were beyond words, and I couldn't be more grateful. As I embarked on the journey to the airport, a sense of gratitude washed over me. Thanks to the quick thinking and assistance of the hotel staff, I made it to the airport just in time to catch my flight. Sitting in the plane, I reflected on my stay at the Presidency Airport Hotel. It wasn't just about the comfortable rooms or delicious food; it was about the incredible hospitality and support they provided, even in times of need. It was a reminder of the importance of good help and left me with fond memories of my time in Cochin.

I booked one night by this hotel, my tariff was not refundable. Ten days before my arrival we have a serious medical problem during our tour in the south of India and unfortunately we had to go back home in Europe. I wrote to the hotel about my problem and even if my tariff was not refundable, they give me back the full amount that I paid. So, I have never been there, but as they are really serious with a great attention to the customer, as soon as I can fly again to India for sure I will stay by this hotel and I suggest all of you to choose this hotel
