Reservamos en este hotel a sabiendas que era únicamente para dormir, que era un hotel económico y que no íbamos a tener ningún lujo; sin embargo fue mucho peor de lo esperado, Para empezar ofrece un desayuno que no puede dar ya que el restaurante está cerrado desde hace meses, entonces que no lo ofrezcan, también ofrecen en su página traslado al aeropuerto, los empleados del front desk no tienen idea de esto, cuando preguntamos nos miraron con cara de no tener idea de que estábamos hablando, de nueva cuenta, quítenlo de su página si ya no ofrecen el servicio, Nos asignaron un cuarto para fumadores (sin preguntar) que olía terriblemente a cigarro, como llegamos muy cansados no pedimos el cambio, el aire acondicionado se activaba cada tanto tiempo y cuando lo hacía salía un olor horrible, mi hermana quiso usar la secadora de pelo y se quemó (la secadora, no el pelo), literal, le salió humo. Al día siguiente cuando llegamos del centro comercial nos dimos cuenta que no habían hecho la limpieza, preguntamos y nos dijeron que la hacían cada 3 días, vimos incluso una cucaracha caminando por el piso. Las personas de recepción cero amables, La verdad es que terrible experiencia, no lo recomendaría por nada del mundo. De hecho pensábamos llegar en un airb&b, nos decidimos por este hotel por el desayuno y traslado y ninguna de las dos cosas tenía, Todo mal!

Según los estándares del Hotel Samsung, es muy bueno. Las habitaciones son grandes y las instalaciones están bien. Aunque son un poco viejos, también están completos. Hay tablas de planchar, secadores de pelo y cafeteras. No zapatillas. El desayuno estaba bien, pero era igual todos los días. El personal de servicio fue amable. Se entrega un periódico en inglés en la puerta todas las mañanas y hay naranjas gratuitas disponibles en el vestíbulo. La desventaja es que solo se entregarán dos botellas de agua mineral el primer día y el resto del tiempo ya no se entregará. Vive aquí porque está más cerca de la universidad con la que trabajamos. Los alrededores son bastante buenos.

El mayor problema es que el tren está demasiado cerca del tren hasta las doce de la noche y hace mucho ruido y no puedo dormir, así que tengo que ponerme tapones para los oídos, lo cual es incómodo y afecta la calidad del sueño. Este problema no se puede resolver
