Admittedly I didn’t have high expectations for a hotel in Rockford. But we were pleasantly surprised with the updated decor, nice breakfast/lobby area for hanging out with friends, and the quality mattresses and bedding. The breakfast, in addition to the typical waffles and warm meat/egg items, included hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit, such as melon and pineapple. The location is close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The fitness room had a recumbent bike, elliptical, a couple treadmills and plenty of dumbbells and kettle balls. We will stay here again!

En 08/15/2020 Me quedé en el Alpine Inn. Necesito toallas, así que fui al escritorio delantero para pedir toallas. El agente de la oficina de la noche me dijo que estaba fuera de toallas. Estaba sorprendido por esa respuesta. Volví a mi habitación con manos vacías. Mi esposa subió poco después de preguntar si tenía toallas cuando le dije lo que le pasó llamaba la mesa delantera y le pidió toallas. La camarera de noche dijo otra vez no. La nueva esposa le dijo que era inaceptable. La camarera luego puso a mi esposa en un mando para ver. Cuando volvió al teléfono le dijo que sí tenía toallas mi esposa le pidió que los trajera el agente dijo no “no lo hacemos”. Mi esposa le dijo que mi marido estaba ahí y usted se negó a darle las toallas. Yo me dirigí al escritorio delantero otra vez y cuando caminé en el escriba no se miraba no me saludó completamente ignoró. Yo me pedí de nuevo las toallas y ella me entregó 2 toallas de cara pequeñas. No se disculpa por mentirme a mi marido luego a mí por teléfono. El albergue de la mañana en el 8/9/2020 no honró mi reserva que reservaba un par de días antes con un comprobado en el tiempo. Cuando llegué, me dijeron al camarero de la mañana que volviera en 6 horas. Finalmente tuve que cancelar mi reserva y reservar otra habitación en The Days Inn. Conducí desde Madison Wisconsin y tu sitio de reserva me permitió solicitar el check-in a las 9:30. Tengo esta receta. Me dijeron que volviera en 6 horas, pero a veces podría ser antes. El piso de la piscina era muy sucio... El calor era muy nublado, lleno de arena, y los jets de piscina no funcionaban bien... El desayuno estaba bien.. El uso de drogas definidos que se realizan por algunos de los huéspedes... la zona de elevador del hotel reeked de **** cada vez que los usamos y tengo un 4/7 año de edad... Un huéspede estaba tan enojado con algo que estaba ligeramente espumoso en la boca, casi cayó sobre varias veces l, La habitación era limpia y lo más importante para mí, pero no me quedaría aquí de nuevo basándose en la experiencia.

Hace una noche rápida aquí en Feb 2022. Fui muy presionado por el tiempo, así que les agradezco hacer todo simple. El único negativo es que es un lugar bastante grande y hay muchas puertas al exterior, por lo que puede tomar un segundo para conseguir sus pañuelos.
