La habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. Nos encontramos en el hotel, pero no en el hotel. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en el salón y en una de las habitaciones, y el teléfono no funcionaba. El segundo día llamamos a la A/C, y se introdujo en nuestra sala de estar una unidad portable con un muro de madera parcial instalado entre las puertas del patio para la ventilación a/c (que bloqueó el acceso al patio y la hermosa vista de la montaña. Nos encontró un texto del resort que la a/c estaba baja en el freno y que trataban de planificar a alguien para que saliera y llenara la unidad. El día siguiente recibí un mensaje de texto genérica del resort preguntando cómo era nuestra estadía; vaya. Después de haber dejado una revisión negativa, un gerente asistente llamó. Nos informó de que no han podido programar una fecha y tiempo para que el a/c se reparara; El director asistente también pidió que nos detengamos en la oficina esta noche porque el director desea hablar con nosotros. Cuando llegamos a la oficina, el director asistente se reunió con nosotros y nos dio dos tarjetas de regalo de $50; el director no salió y nos hablaba. Nos parece que el resort debería haberse mudado a una habitación diferente. Por lo que se refiere al teléfono, no podíamos usarlo para llamar a un viaje al estacionamiento. Porque nos quedamos cerca de la parte inferior de una colina fuerte y porque tengo una discapacidad de caminar La situación es muy frustrante. Una cosa más es que hay sólo un restaurante que opera en este resort. Está abierto sólo a partir de 3-9 pm, por lo que no hay desayuno! También se cierra los martes y miércoles, por lo que no hay tonto en el resort esos días. Hace muchos años vine a este resort y me encantó tanto que quise volver y quizás comprar una de sus acciones, pero, después de este viaje, no lo creo. Pero me decepcionó tanto en nuestras habitaciones en el resort y el hecho de que la gestión no pudo resolver los problemas.

Super precio razonable y rito en el océano y si obtienes un condominio en el piso de arriba, obtienes una vista al mar. Nos encantó este lugar, era muy espacioso para nosotros también, nuestra habitación tenía una habitación con dos camas individuales y una sala de estar con una pequeña cocina completa y un sofá cama con colchón. Teníamos amigos que se quedaron en la playa de Poipu y nuestra habitación era mucho mejor, más grande y alrededor de $ 1500 más barata. Pagamos menos de $ 1000 por 7 días. Volveré a esta ubicación.

I almost don’t want to write this so I can keep this secret AMAZING hotel in my back pocket. This was our first time in Hawaii and my criteria was to be on the beach in a laid back location. I work in the design industry, so I appreciated the way that the rooms were both laid out and the updated comfortable furnishings. We were in a unit with a beach view on the ground floor. Every morning we would wake up to watch a stunning sunrise and wander slowly on the beach for a stroll with our coffee. We had our teenage daughter with us who had her own closed off area and bathroom. Having 2 bathrooms and a kitchen was incredible. We ended up cooking more than going out due to how expensive all of restaurants are. There were grills located near the pool area that we utilized and laundry services that looked great but we never partook. Having a pool and hot tub was a nice bonus, but we spent most of our time exploring the beaches so we really only dipped in later in the afternoons. The staff was and will be one of my main reasons for returning. They could not have been more accommodating and lovely. Thank you Makanna for jumpstarting our car! Just to begin my accolades of every single person that worked there that we interacted with. Lei was the first person that we met and her calm nature was just so lovely. Shout out to Lehua for driving us to the botanical gardens when our car broke down and for just being such a sweetheart of a person and a wealth of knowledge. We met several of the staff that I can’t recall their names but when I bumped into them in town, it was like seeing an old friend. Thank you to the staff that continuously provided us with clean towels and renewed our tp and paper towels. We met Juliette one afternoon and she was so sweet. Chawaka, Sierra and Dayna, our stay was perfect because of the care that you took. I cannot wait to return, too bad that we love soo far away. Until next time 🤙❤️🤙❤️🤙❤️
