Reservamos en este hotel debido a las reseñas positivas ,que ponía la agente,pero o son mentiras ,o hotel boran los reseñas negativas! Hemos viajado desde España,una noche de 16 diciembre ,nuestra mala sorpresa fue a llegada en hotel las habitaciones hacia mucho frío.....osea no pusieron la calefacción,las habitaciones son grandes ,antiguas y cutres,la ducha era en pasillo,cómo en una cárcel,el parquet hacia un ruido nada más tocar con tus pies ,fuimos a recepción para pedir cambio de habitación ,nos dijeron que debemos esperar unos 40 min para que se caliente la habitación,pedimos unas mantas más ,aeroterma o calefactores la repuesta fue que el dueño se quiere ahorrar el dinero ,por esto no había calefacción en hab,y no nos dieron nada!!! Afuera eran -10 grados y en habitación 0 grados!!!! Pedimos hoja de reclamaciones y nos dan un e-mail pedimos hablar con un encargado,nos dijeron que no hay!! Quisimos tomar un te ,infusión o café caliente por la mañana,y no había donde !! Os digo a sus paisanos habían trato buenos,y fiestas dentro del hotel,pero para otros viajeros de otros países ,el trato fue mal ,seco prepotente !! No tuvimos otra elección ,de irnos antes ,por que viajamos cada noche en un país ,para ver mercados navideños! Mi amiga se constipo desde esta noche le diagnosticaron pneumonia!! Lo único bonito creo que es la zona ,pero de disgusto que hemos tenido ni miramos la zona....solo que de mi ventana se veía un cementerio! Si viajáis por Europa algún tour ,os aconsejo no alojar en este hotel ,las condiciones son escalofriantes,no os dejéis engañar por las fotos será solo para verano y para sus paisanos! Alojamiento mejor precio y calidad, vais a encontrar en Alemania que está a 10 km Lastima que no he hecho fotos para que veis las vistas y los condiciones!!Hamas viajaré por allí!!

We recently stayed at Hotel Winselerhof and we've had a pleasant experience. From the moment we'd arrived, until the moment of departure, We were treated with great service and hospitality. First and foremost, the reception at the front desk was warm and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel and its amenities, and answered all my questions with a smile. Our room was very comfortable and luxuries. It was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we slept really well during my stay. The amenities were top-notch, and everything I needed was within reach. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection of dishes, both hot and cold, and the staff were always on hand to assist and accommodate special requests.

We stayed for 2 nights, the room for 3 was basic but very spacious, comfortable beds, how ever the bathroom area has no door, the wc and shower both have a glass door that you can totally see through, and hear everything, very embarrassing! The hotel is very big and the food is great, breakfast, dinner, drinks- all nice and not too expensive. The service was not good, our room wasn’t ready when we got there, and when we finally got to it, the third bed wasn’t ready (no towels too), the breakfast payment was very hectic, and finally when it rained they wouldn’t open the gate for us to go in the parking area because “the parking is flooded “, after 5 (!) calls on the intercom, we managed to drive in and found a small puddle, not even close to a flood (our other car wasn’t even wet!). It was really stupid and rude and just unnecessary.

El servicio era bueno. La habitación estaba completa. Desayuno bien cuidado y una amplia selección. Desafortunadamente, teníamos la habitación por encima del Pub irlandés. Eso es precioso. Hasta 4.00 no se cerró el ojo. A pesar de las ventanas cerradas ventilador, tampoco hay aire acondicionado, y era muy caliente ....Estas habitaciones sobre el pub deberían ser realmente útiles ......
