A lovely small hotel in the centre of a lovely town. Never been to Switzerland before and it was wonderful. The hotel is small but with well appointed rooms which were spotless. However, it was the staff that really excelled with the chap on reception being really helpful, polite and friendly. The town is worth a visit and I’d recommend this hotel to stay.

Siamo partiti venerdi sera per winterthur con tutta la famiglia (2adulti e 2 bambini (6/3). L' ostello si trova in una zona tranquilla e facile da trovare. Ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e con molta professionalita. La persona ha cercato anche di parlare in italiano ed è stato molto apprezzato. Visto che siamo giuti con la macchina, ci sono state proposte 2 possibilità: una variante da 9.- al coperto o una variante da 5.- all aperto. Entrambe le soluzioni a pochi passi dall ostello. Noi abbiamo optato per il coperto. Conviene annunciarsi, in quanto pochi posti disponibili. La stanza che abbiamo preso noi era una quadrupla (2 letti a castello + letto matrimoniale) con doccia e wc in camera. Per una famiglia è la soluzione ottimale. Stanza confortevole, molto grandi, pulita e molto ben arredata (antico con moderno). A me sono piaciute molte le travi a vista, in quanto la stanza era in un soppalco all ultimo piano. Ho dormito molto bene. Abbastanza insonorizzato, eventualmente alla reception forniscono i tappi. Abbiamo scelto l opzione con colazione, e al mattino abbiamo potuto fare in cucina la colazione. Bello che si ha la possibilita di scegliare vare opzioni di colazione: budjet, mini, standard, ... cosi ognuno può scegliere quale aggrada di piu! Inoltre è a disposizione una cucita ben fornita, per scaldare, per mettere in frigo, cucinare. La scelta di questo ostello è stato veramente vincente e siano stati molto contenti. Consiglio a tutti! Anche con bambini piccoli. Il prezzo è assolutamente basso e ne vale la pena, sopratutto per coloro che come noi vogliono magari sono visitare in un giorno il museo technorama o la citta.

Uno de los mejores lugares que he permanecido hasta ahora. Literario 2 minutos’ a pie de la estación de tren. La propia instalación es muy limpia, moderna y tiene un interior blanco brillante. La habitación que nos quedamos fue espaciosa y limpia, con hojas/latas limpias sin puntos, y más que un buen catering (capas de café de Nespresso y crema y azúcar). Ada Ammann, el personal de la oficina de la mañana del 8 de junio de 2023, fue muy amable, hospitalario, alegre y ansioso por ayudarnos. El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas y tiene una gran variedad de habitaciones.

Estaba muy contento con este hotel en la ciudad de Winterthur, con tráfico gratuito, rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes. Aquí nos disfrutamos de esta ubicación, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, que nos llevó a nuestros destinos fácilmente sin el busto de Zurich (cerca de un viaje de día). Después de la inscripción, Melanie nos llevó a nuestro cuarto y nos explicó cuidadosamente cómo todo funcionó y lo que estaba disponible en el cuarto, incluyendo seguridad, nevera, camas muy cómodas y un hermoso baño moderno. La habitación está muy bien decorada, tranquila y a un precio razonable. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.

Quizás por este período ”Covide”, pero encontré el establecimiento ”sin alma” triste si no fue la hospedadora de la acogida que tenía un sonrisa o un ambiente frío que pasaba en corredores desagradables, El desayuno también se ha hecho con productos ”basic” punto de sabor nada que salga del lote. ¿Una palabra también para el estacionamiento que se paga y que está lleno cuando llegamos a la noche?? Soy un comprador de Ibis, pero volver a dar un poco de color o de vida!!

Desafortunadamente, no hemos recibido información sobre las horas del desayuno, pero hay un folleto en la habitación que contiene información. Se informa que el desayuno buffet ”todo lo que puede comer” está disponible en los fines de semana y los días festivos hasta 12.00. Cuando llegamos al buffet el sábado a las 10.15, lamentablemente ya se había limpiado todo. Nos dieron, de forma involuntaria, otro pequeño desayuno que desgraciadamente no correspondía al precio de CHF 15.00 por persona. Cuando hablamos con el personal, nos rechazaron, lo entendimos mal. El domingo, nos habíamos ido antes y podíamos servirnos en el bufete. A las 11:10.00, vinieron otros invitados que leían este folleto, y lo entendieron de tal manera que hasta las 11:12.00 se dará desayuno. El personal del desayuno buffet fue muy desagradable y sirvió el buffet muy violentamente.

Ideale locatie zo dicht bij treinstation, busstation en centrum. Gemoedelijk hotel met fijne sfeer, er kan veel. We hadden een ruime kamer ( sliepen hier 3 nachten i.v.m. familiebezoek) met prima bedden en kussen ( heerlijke geslapen). Op onze kamer konden we koffie / thee zetten. Een fijn verblijf met een heerlijk ontbijt ( echt top). Genoten en we komen vast nog eens terug. Het personnel is ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
