Upon arrival at the reception we had problems with the prepayment; It was not possible to pay the price without the prepayment already provided, after about 30 minutes it was possible in cash, not the preferred card payment; the employee justified this with a new computer system. The room was not air conditioned upon arrival and was quite warm; the shower does not drain normally and quickly fills up to the brim; The beds are a kind of box spring bed: for me (about 85 kg) the mattress was not comfortable. There was only few toilet paper upon arrival, so I called the reception after it was finished, but after about an hour nothing was delivered - not to be expected for a 4 star hotel! The bathroom fan is a bit noisier than I expected and should usually auto stop after a while (although it was connected to the lamp, it usually happens). The thick curtains easily detach from the suspension when closing, and the small room fridge is much too loud (noticeable at night). When exactly is breakfast should be in the folder (I didn't see it at first glance) I liked the breakfast, the orange juice could be freshly squeezed, there should be milk (and lactose free) next to the muesli, and there should also be gluten free bread, but overall good quality of the products; we didn't try the restaurant for dinner due to the high prices. fitness room: Directly the first machine on the left (for legs) doesn't work and it hasn't changed during the week's stay, although we complained, the note with this information had fallen under the bench, so not visible; but otherwise the hall is in good condition The pool is small and during the stay they closed it, it was soon announced that the pool heating would be repaired: heating at 35 degrees outside air temperature? Incomprehensible! I tried to speak to the manager but he didn't seem interested. After we asked for a discount because the pool wasn't working, at least they took away the note the next day. All in all, this hotel did not overwhelm us and we will not visit it again: high standards and beautiful pictures, but unfortunately no coverage in reality.

La habitación es muy bonita, el servicio de limpieza todos los días quita la basura y rellena todo para el baño, tal vez sería bueno limpiar las ventanas correctamente y debajo de la cama, pero por este precio es muy bueno. Un poco fuera del centro de la ciudad, pero alrededor también es suficiente para ver/ver. Taxi desde el aparthotel al centro de la ciudad aproximadamente 4-5-6€. Sra. Irina (espero haber escrito bien su nombre, ¡es genial!

We stayed in this hotel when our flight was delayed. Organised by the tour company at very short notice. The group was karge, approx 50 rooms booked, we arrived at around 4am and the hotel would have had very little notice of the group arriving. We cannot fault the hotel and the way the staff dealt with tired and cross cystomers was exceptional. Very patient and dealt with everyone as quickly as they could. We were give 2, twin rooms, very clean, great size rooms, no problems with heating ir aircon and we were able to open the window to let in fresh air. No issues with traffic noise though it was Sunday morning, may be different at other times. Bathrooms were modern and clean, with shower over bath, no issues. Breakfast was buffet style, very good selection of cereals, toast, pastries, bacon and egg, fruit, yoghurt, nuts, juice and hot drinks. Staff serving breakfast friendly. Lovely hotel, would definitely stay here again.

Este hotel me envió hace 30 años. Muebles baratos, TV con 20 programas. Ni siquiera los principales programas de televisión búlgaros están disponibles. Internet con una velocidad de 2Mbps. No hay limpieza. 1 toalla para 2 personas ... Ahora entiendo por qué sólo los equipos deportivos vienen aquí. El restaurante no funciona. La habitación estaba limpia y útil, con una buena nevera. Aunque mi esposa encontró la cama y las almohadas incómodas, yo no lo hice. El desayuno tenía una buena selección y el comedor era espacioso. POR FAVOR, POR FAVOR, alguien le enseñe al chef a freír un huevo. Independientemente de su preferencia, ya sea sobre yema fácil, volteada o dura, todos los huevos tenían una fantástica falda de plástico quemado. CONSEJO: use el tipo correcto de aceite, no suba tanto el fuego, caliente el aceite antes de que entre el huevo y no use huevos helados. El hotel organizó taxis para nosotros y estos fueron excelentes.

Bueno, esto ciertamente fue algo para recordar. Me alojé aquí en mayo de 2018 para una conferencia. El hotel es una reliquia del resfriado, que ciertamente no reservaría si tuviera la opción. El vestíbulo es enorme y está vacío, y las habitaciones, repartidas en numerosos pisos, están escasamente decoradas, lo que da una sensación fría y lúgubre. Las vistas a la ciudad son oscuras y amplias, pero la ubicación no es central y no ofrece nada para orient****. Hay un restaurante bastante bueno con cocina local cerca. La propia Sofía merece una visita, el centro es bastante interesante y la inmensa catedral extraordinaria, merece una visita por su propia sacudida.

Superlage, direkt an einer Ecke am oberen Vitosha Blvd. Für Touristen ideal weil viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Für's Auge nett eingerichtete Zimmer, das eingesetzte Material allerdings ist von minderwertiger Qualität. Billigstes Spanholz oder Presspappe oder was auch immer. Die Böden der Schubladen teilweise lose, weil mit Ministiften vernagelt, die sich auch bei leichter Beladung lösen. Wasserspartaste der Toilette ohne Funktion. Die Betten waren okay - mit gutem Schlafkomfort. Allerdings hatten wir auch ein Zimmer nach hinten raus - was sehr ruhig war. Nach vorn hin dürfte es laut werden. Eine echte Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nicht, Handtücher wurden aber tgl. gewechselt und Abfalleimer (der auch für's Toliettenpapier genutzt werden muss) geleert. Empfang bei Ankunft war sehr nett, mit Einweisung zu Zimmer und Gebäude. Gute Lösung mit codierten Türen (Eingangstür Gebäude, Eingangstür Etage und Zimmertür). So braucht man nicht auf Schlüssel aufzupassen. Danach saß eine junge Dame an der Rezeption, die für den Job m.E. völlig ungeeignet war. Wir hatten eine einfache Frage. Sie blickte kurz vom PC hoch, antwortete 'no!' und starrte sofort wieder in den PC - wohl in der Hoffnung, dass wir wieder verschwinden. Ich war geneigt micht für die Störung zu entschuldigen, bis mir einfiel, dass wir ja die Gäste in dem Hotel waren. Wir haben jeden weiteren Kontakt vermieden. Also niemand sollte mit der Rezeption als Ansprechspartner zählen.

Está ubicado sobre la calle principal entre la terminal de autobuses y el centro de la ciudad, ambos a poca distancia. Conveniente para moverse ya que está justo en frente de la estación de metro. También hay varios supermercados cercanos. El desayuno se sirve en un menú de precio fijo en la cafetería adjunta. Delicioso pero requiere mucho tiempo. We stayed with two young children for 4 nights whilst we attended a wedding in Sofia. The hotel is in a quiet location with parking. The staff on arrival are friendly especially George he made us feel very welcome and helped with our luggage. We stayed in the family room. The room was nice big and spacious. It is in need of a few repairs and upgrades. The sofa is dipped in the middle, the corners of the bathroom are grubby, the bath has jets that need gutting and the door to the balcony is hanging off and doesn’t close properly which is a safety concern. Breakfast is simple and not a lot was out although hot food is made at your request and room service is available. The breakfast staff were lovely. A young man called Alex was very impressive, polite and diligent. Such an asset to the company to have staff like Alex. An incident with the cleaner ruined our time here. We returned to our room to get ready for the wedding that we went to Sofia for to find the cleaners had turned the room upside down. They had pulled the sofa out and the larger lady with short hair yelled at us because there were crumbs from our children eating biscuits. She was very rude and refused to leave so that we could get ready. This made us late for the wedding. And it left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. My husband complained. And it was explained to us that they just want us to keep the room tidy. It was tidy there were just a few biscuit crumbs on the sofa and floor. We paid for house keeping and it was unreasonable of the cleaners to expect to clean already clean rooms. The fact that we were shouted out by the cleaner is outrageous. The lady with the short hair is a liability. You cannot shout and be rude to guests over crumbs on the floor and sofa. I don’t want to penalise the rest of the team for one hostile cleaner. The rest of the staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The outside area is beautiful especially at night. Lots of fairy lights. The staff are easy going and there is a play area in the gardens including a huge trampoline. There is a well which is covered so just beware to watch young children. The pool looks nice but is deep and cold. It would have been nice if it was heated but in September it was too cold to enjoy. Food is good and room service was great. Overall it was a comfortable experience and cost effective.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa este invierno. Lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, la habitación estaba limpia y ordenada. Impresionantes panoramas sobre las montañas nevadas de Sofía. ¡Definitivamente echa un vistazo al bar de la azotea! Lo recomiendo mucho tanto para visitas de negocios como de turismo. Nos llevó sólo 12 minutos desde el aeropuerto de Sofía.

Nos quedamos aquí por unas noches mientras exploramos Sofia. Este es un hotel perfecto y guapo, puramente en algún lugar para dormir por la noche. Si quieres fantasía, quédate en el centro. Pero ¿qué necesitas en una descansa de la ciudad? ¡Estás explorando todo el tiempo! El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede ir a la ciudad. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede llegar a la ciudad. El aeropuerto está a una media hora del metro y no hay problemas para volver ahí. Sistema de transporte suave! Hay un supermercado a 3 minutos a pie que es conveniente para el agua y las snacks. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. La habitación era muy limpia, pero no me gustaba la habitación. ¡Tome rafales para duchar, ya que está muy cerca del baño cuando ducha y muy cerca del ducha cuando usa el baño. El hotel es un hotel de vacaciones muy agradable y le recomienda que se quede en el hotel si vuelva a viajar a Sofia.

Sense Hotel Sofia has a five star but could do a lot better on the little things, The hotel itself is centrally located and an easy walk to metro station, trams stop and restaurants and bars, the staff are attentive with Prosecco on arrival a nice touch, we did arrive about an hour early and the room was ready so all looked great so far. We thought we had booked breakfast with the original booking but told not the case and we were offered a special price for breakfast which was fine with us. Breakfast was on the 9th floor with great views with an omelette station and buffet with a few cooked items and lots of other choices but you have to wait to be served your tea or coffee instead of being able to help yourself, which meant there were lots of staff milling around watching. Room was spacious and clean on the 4th floor with floor to ceiling windows making for a great view of the cathedral but only big shutters that didn’t block out all of the light in the morning. In the room there was a complimentary small bottle of water each and we could have one coffee or tea per day each from the mini bar which is a little cheap for a 5 star reputation, we have stayed in lesser starred hotels where tea, coffee and all that comes with it (milk and sugar etc) are free and refilled regularly or at request for no extra charge throughout the stay, so Sense lacking on that front. Check out was early on the Friday so we didn’t get a chance to get breakfast but they would not take it off the bill even though we hadn’t paid the bill yet which was a little confusing and felt like they were really penny pinching!

Dos palabras bien grande ubicación- desgraciadamente que todo lo que diría sobre este lugar.. parasmal- no ha cambiado desde los días comunistas.. El ascensor no funcionaba ni ofrece a tomar casos en los 6 vuelos de escaleras... había una hermosa pila de , supongo que cabello humano, atrapado en el duche de drenaje no plug en el bañón. AC no funciona. El cabello y AC informado a la recepción no hizo ninguna diferencia. El desayuno era muy inadecuado. Parecía terrible el huevo duro cocido parecía la cosa más segura para comer. El café parecía y sabía como Tar! ¡Un estadía barato durante la noche es sobre eso!

Nos quedamos aquí por dos noches hace unas semanas. £30 por noche para una habitación doble. Buen cama firme. Calma. Grande ducha. Café y una cocina. El desayuno estaba incluido en el precio. El desayuno estaba en un saco. Contenía jugo naranja, rollo de chocolate. Ovo cocido. Yogur. Y dos sandwiches de ham. Y café si lo deseas. Era suficiente para mantenernos en marcha y muy saboroso. El personal era muy útil y amable y cuidó nuestros bolsillos mientras teníamos que esperar a entrar en otros pozos después de la salida. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad.

A 5 minutos andando de la estación de metro. Buena ubicación y fácil de entender. El personal del hotel fue amable y me cuidó muy bien. No había muchos tipos de desayuno, pero todos estaban deliciosos. ¡Especialmente el yogur es excelente! Estoy satisfecho con este precio.

Hotel centrico, muy cerca de la calle mas importante/comercial de Sofia que es VITOSHA. Andando puedes llegar a los monumentos, iglesias etc mas importantes que has de visitar. No tardas mas de 15-20 min como máximo, paseando. Buen trato de todo el personal de de recepción. El personal de las habitaciones es otra cosa, porque yo creo no saben nada de ingles y ni te saludan cuando te lo encuentras en los pasillos o en el ascensor. Buen desayuno. Cuando estuvimos estaban reformando la recepción. Deberían continuar la reforma para los pasillos y baños de las habitaciones y actualizarlo. Si llegas desde el aeropuerto en metro, la estación de Serdika esta a unos 10 minutos bajando por el bulevard Vitosha. Es una buena opción para alojarte y hacer turismo.

We spent only one night in one of the ”panorama” rooms so this review is resticted to just those things that left an impression. The room itself is very large, being divided into three areas: a living area, bedroom and bathroom. Arguably there is also a separate hallway in front of the main door. Note however that only the bathroom is divided from the rest of the room by its own door. Everything was very clean and mostly comfortable. There was both a shower cabin and a separate bathtub, and a large selection of bathroom toiletries was provided. So far so good. It was clear that the hotel was not busy at all during the period between Christmas and new year, but despite that, there was an excellent selection of things for breakfast, hot and cold, healthy and not so healthy, together with decent coffee from a machine. One thing I didn't like, though, was that the oranges were just cut into quarters and not peeled. There is a balcony where you could take your breakdast if the weather is a bit warmer. When we arrived in the room, it was very, very warm to the point of being very uncomfortable. There are two air conditioning controls in different places in the room, and we turned them down to the lowest possible temperature (marked as 10 degrees on the control) and turned the fan speed up to maximum but it made absolutely no difference. There was still warm air coming out of the vents. The only option to cool the room was to open the windows and turn off the aircon. This of course makes it rather noisy, since the hotel is located in the city centre. This lack of effective aircon is a serious problem and given the price of the room, it should be working properly. Other people have complained about this in their reviews; the hotel really needs to do something about it, because it seriously discourages us from coming to this hotel again, especially during the summer - and we are regularly in Bulgaria every summer. Certain other things could use some attention from the hotel. The pillows on the bed are filled with some rubbery substance that provides no support and is very uncomfortable to sleep on. There seems to be no alternative available. There is a minibar in the room with items priced as high as you would expect, and when you check in, they insist that you pay a Lv50. deposit against use of the minibar, which is refunded when you check out - provided that they've checked that you haven't used anything. This is the first hotel where I've ever had to do that. The staff on reception, especially on checkout, were mechanical and not pleasant to deal with. I don't know if it's just a lack of confidence in English but it really doesn't feel great to deal with such robotic people and it is neither a good first or last contact with the hotel. The room has a safe and slippers are provided but no bathrobe. Also no iron to iron out the creases in your clothes that they've got from being in a suitcase for hours. We stayed here because our flight arrived late night and shuttle bus came to the sofia airport after calling the hotel. We prefer to get the shuttle bus without calling (ex. it's better if we can call the bus by app or text etc). However, the driver and all staff were really nice and friendly. Our train was very early morning so we asked the hotel to prepare our breakfast and it was really good! Thank you. Our room didn't have bathroom rug.

El Hotel Rila es un hotel antiguo con instalaciones antiguas, ascensores del tamaño de una caja de zapatos pero en una parte muy céntrica de la ciudad cerca de todo. Nuestra primera noche nos alojamos en una habitación pequeña estándar (creo que cuesta $ 46 quizás $ 50 con impuestos, etc.) que no fue satisfactoria. Al día siguiente, por $ 10 - $ 12 por día, nos mudamos a una habitación espaciosa / suite de tamaño doble con 2 balcones. Es muy agradable sentarse en el balcón con el sol poniente de la tarde y lavar algunas prendas y dejar que el sol las seque. Ninguna de las habitaciones tenía cortinas de ducha en los baños. Cuando pregunté sobre esto, me dijeron que esto se debía a covid. Hhmmm, ¿no estás seguro de cómo una cortina de ducha influye en Covid? Nos alojamos un total de 7 noches y solo una vez, después de que llamé a la recepción, vino una camarera y sacó la basura y cambió las toallas. Para ser justos, mi novia tiene la costumbre de esparcir todas sus cosas en las 2 habitaciones, así que dudamos en armar un escándalo. Puedo imaginarme a una sirvienta que se sorprende al entrar y no saber qué hacer con todo el lío. El desayuno cuesta más y solo estaba bien, pero lo suficiente para comenzar el día. Había un televisor de pantalla plana grande que nunca encendimos, no había caja de seguridad en la habitación, pero pudimos dejar nuestros objetos de valor abajo en la recepción. También hay otros hoteles cercanos que probablemente estén más renovados y modernos y probablemente cuesten un poco más. En nuestro próximo viaje, lo más probable es que veamos otras opciones. El personal era amable y servicial. Supongo que depende de cuáles sean tus expectativas, pero para nosotros funcionó.

La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable. Nos llegamos tarde después de un viaje de 3 horas de Kazanlak y no había comido, así que Krasimir preguntó al restaurante a la puerta de la puerta si podían cocinarnos algo de comida aunque dejaron de servir a las 9:30 pm. El servicio y la comida en el restaurante era excelente. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. En el centro de la ciudad, Krasimir nos ha reservado un taxi para volver a la ciudad, con la ayuda de que nos hayamos visto en Sofía por primera vez y de que nuestros búlgaros estén muy limitados.

Excelente hotel estuvimos hospedados mi marido y yo 3 semanas,nos sentimos como en casa teniamos una habitacion estudio con pequena cocina equipada en excelentes condiciones la atencion es inmejorable,mas nos se puede pedir,tanto de la recepcion como la administracion todo super limpio y en especial en epoca de covid19 que siempre uno tiene ese temor mijaela nos ayudo mucho igualmente los demas esta hubicado a pie a 300 mts de la calle peatonal llena de restorantes y negocios lo recomiendo sin dudas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the welcome and care of Ludmil. He met us at the railway station for a very reasonable amount and waited 45 minutes when the train was late. His knowledge and advice was very interesting. The place was clean and well-appointed with lovely furniture and a great atmosphere. We appreciated being able to use the washing machine and having use of the well- equipped kitchen. The location is great - close enough to walk everywhere but not busy or noisy. A peaceful and delightful place. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Ludmil!

Buenas puntuaciones: - Le personnel parle anglais et est accueillant. - Letière confortable. - Possibilité de laisser nos bagages à l’hôtel après le Check-out. - Emplacement sécurisé. - Se trouve à proximité du centre. Pontos malos: - Tuvimos la mala sorpresa de encontrar un cafard muerto en la habitación durante nuestra estancia. - Sala de baño muy pequeña y no práctica. Además, estaba llena de humedad y no teníamos jabón a nuestra disposición. - La moissure était omniprésente sur le plancher et les murs. - Chambre bruyante (passage des avions). - Preses de courant très hautes et difficiles d'accès. - Beaucoup d'araignes au plafond. En resumen, los puntos negativos tienen, desgraciadamente, primas sobre los puntos positivos, lo que justifica nuestra nota de 2/5.

¡El desayuno es bueno! El aire acondicionado no está demasiado frío, buscar al hermano de la recepción también está ayudando activamente ~ ¡al día siguiente, alguien vino a reparar! ¡Buena actitud! La ubicación está cerca de la estación de tren, y son más de 20 minutos para ir a la zona de restaurantes donde no tiene atracciones pasadas o lugares animados.
